Isto pe importante porque se a máquina estiver desregulada, com folgas, ou desbalanceada, poderão ocorrer vibrações ou trepidações durante a usinagem que irão provocar falhas no acabamento e nas dimensões dos cilindros.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Passando-se à retificação propriamente dita, o cuidado que deve ser tomado é o de usinar os cilindros deixando-os com um diâmetro de 0,03 a 0,05 mm menor do que a medida desejada.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Com isso, garante-se material suficiente para ser retirado durante o brunimento, após o que atinge-se a medida final especificada.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Brunimento&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;O brunimento tam como finalidade remover aaspereza, ou seja, os riscos horizontais paralelos, deixados pela ferramenta de retificar e, ao mesmo tempo, proporcionar ao cilindro, um acabamento final uniforme e de rugosidade controlada.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A rugosidade das paredes do cilindro exerce grande influência no posterior desempenho do motor pois se, por um lado, uma parede for deixada muito lisa, não irá reter um filme de óleo suficiente para lubrificar convenientemente o pistão e anéis, e, por outro lado, se for deixado um acabamento grosseiro, muito áspero, haverá desgaste prematuro dos anéis e tendência do motor a consumir óleo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Assim sendo, para se obter uma boa rugosidade e consequentemente, um bom brunimento do cilindro, devem-se respeitar os seguintes pontos:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 – O brunidor deve ser movimentado rapidamente para cima e para baixo, em rotação moderada.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cada fabricante de motor normalmente especifica essas velocidades.&lt;br /&gt;Exemplo:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;a) Motores Diesel com cilindros de 90 mm de diâmetro:&lt;br /&gt;- Rotação da máquina: 100 R.P.M.&lt;br /&gt;- Frequência: 50 cursos por minuto.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;b) Motores diesel com cilindro de 128 mm de diâmetro:&lt;br /&gt;- Rotação da máquina: 80 R.P.M.&lt;br /&gt;- Frequência: 40 cursos por minuto.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 – As pedras de brunir devem ser limpas com uma escova dura entre o trabalho em um cilindro e o próximo para não ficarem “empastadas” e prejudicarem o acabamento.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 – A grana das pedras de brunir deve ser a especificada pelo  fabricante do motor, não sendo recomendadas pedras excessivamente grossas ou excessivamente finas, pelos inconvenientes acima mencionados.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Na falta dessas especificações, normalmente consegue-se bons resultados com pedras de grana 120 a 150.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4 – A lubrificação dos cilindros durante o brunimento deve ser abundante para evitar aquecimento e consequentes danos às partes em trabalho devendo-se, para tanto, utilizar óleo de corte de boa qualidade. Este tipo de cambio permite a troca de marchas automáticas ou manual, de maneira sequencial.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;O sistema é desenvolvido em conjunto com a Magneti Marelli  a transmissão tem 5 velocidades e permite ao motorista trocar as marchas de forma manual ou automatizada a qualquer momento durante a condução. Nessa ocasião vê-se que quando as extremidades das bronzinas se encostam, as capas mantém-se ainda afastadas dos mancais devido a esse comprimento extra.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_TlTPdhX-Bfk/SlsoDeXWl1I/AAAAAAAAEmE/F05h6xsHgbo/s1600-h/Fig4_5.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="cursor: pointer; width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_TlTPdhX-Bfk/SlsoDeXWl1I/AAAAAAAAEmE/F05h6xsHgbo/s400/Fig4_5.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5357920221843068754" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Verificação de carga de aperto das bronzinas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Isso acontece para que, quando os parafusos dos mancais forem apertados com o torque final, a força exercida pelos mesmos, comprima a bronzina, forçando-a a assentar-se totalmente em seu alojamento. Isso é chamado de “carga de aperto das bronzinas”.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Portanto, é muito importante que o aperto final seja exatamente o recomendado pelo fabricante do motor (e aplicando com uma chave de torque de boa qualidade), pois, se o aperto for excessivo, isso causará a deformação da circularidade do mancal e se for insuficiente, haverá um contato imperfeito da bronzina com o mancal e com o colo do virabrequim, formando vazios entre a face externa da mesma e seu alojamento, o que acarretará ema pior transferência de calor, um desgaste irregular da mesma, folga insuficientes para passagem do óleo lubrificante e, consequentemente, uma diminuição na sua vida útil.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Outras características das bronzinas é que sua espessura é menor nas pontas como prevenção contra um eventual excesso de aperto.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Conforme mostrado na figura abaixo, a espessura das bronzinas vai diminuindo ao se aproximar das pontas até ficar de 0,013 a 0,025 mm menor que no meio.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_TlTPdhX-Bfk/SlsoDtg_PAI/AAAAAAAAEmM/r0MntYxeF5U/s1600-h/Fig4_6.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="cursor: pointer; width: 400px; height: 250px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_TlTPdhX-Bfk/SlsoDtg_PAI/AAAAAAAAEmM/r0MntYxeF5U/s400/Fig4_6.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5357920225910012930" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Dimensões das bronzinas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Com isso, mesmo apertando-se demasiadamente os parafusos dos mancais, continua-se tendo uma folga suficiente para passagem de óleo lubrificante nessas regiões.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Outro ponto, a ser também observado, é que as bronzinas são fabricadas com um pequeno alargamento de diâmetro nas extremidades. Esse alargamento, que poderá ser de cerca de 0,25 mm (.010”), tem por finalidade forçar as pontas das bronzinas contra o alojamento. Dessa forma, ao apertarem-se os parafusos, a tendência das extremidades será de comprimirem-se mas contra os mancais, ao invés de tentarem fletir-se para o lado de dentro, contra o colo da árvore de manivelas, o que diminuiria a folga naquela área.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tanto o alargamento do diâmetro nas pontas como os demais pontos aqui abordados devem ser observados cuidadosamente pois, além de auxiliarem na análise de problemas que envolvam bronzinas, quando da desmontagem do motor, também, e principalmente, são os grandes responsáveis pela existência de uma folga correta entre as bronzinas e os colos da árvore de manivelas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Essa folga, por seu vez, influi diretamente na lubrificação tanto da própria árvore como, também, de outras partes do motor, principalmente dos cilindros, proporcionando-lhes condições ideais de funcionamento.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Quando essa folga não é correta, podem ocorrer diversas anomalias no funcionamento do motor, tendo-se já contatado, inclusive, casos de escoriações e engripamentos envolvendo cilindros, pistões e anéis, causados pela instalação incorreta de bronzinas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;http://feeds.feedburner.com/Carburado&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/532146019163196718-1213710879388817784?l=blogcarburado.blogspot.com'/&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

No entanto, por falta de observação de alguns detalhes consideramos “menos importantes”, alguns motores retificados não conseguem apresentar nem o rendimento nem a durabilidade desejados.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Retificação do bloco de cilindros&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Depois da desmontagem do motor, procede-se a lavagem do bloco retirando-se todos os “selos” que vedam as câmaras de água, para remoção dos depósitos e oxidações existentes no interior das câmaras.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Feita a limpeza, inspeciona-se o bloco em busca de trincas, rachaduras ou outras irregularidades que possam ter ocorrido durante o funcionamento do motor.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Alem disso, como o motor é uma máquina térmica, o bloco pode ter sofrido deformações ou desalinhamentos, devido às variações de temperatura sofridas durante o período de funcionamento.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Por isso, inspeciona-se, com uma régua, o plano superior do bloco no sentido de comprimento, como transversalmente, e contando-se empenamentos retifica-se a face do bloco em uma retificadora plana (ou fresadora), desde que a altura do bloco ainda esteja dentro dos limites estabelecidos pelo fabricante do motor.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_TlTPdhX-Bfk/SlHxw6rsQHI/AAAAAAAAEiM/oUb_DcDQ-B4/s1600-h/Fig4_1.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="cursor: pointer; width: 400px; height: 266px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_TlTPdhX-Bfk/SlHxw6rsQHI/AAAAAAAAEiM/oUb_DcDQ-B4/s400/Fig4_1.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5355327254608756850" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Verificação do empenamento do bloco – parte superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Deformação dos alojamentos&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Também devido às variações térmicas, o bloco do motor pode sofrer ligeiras deformações que produzem desalinhamento nos mancais centrais. Porem estes não podem ter mais que 1,75 m de altura, pois se não ficarão meio que apertados, pior é que nem o motorista pode ser muito grande ,pois irá limitar ainda mais o espaço para os passageiros.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A picape está disponível apenas na versão Adventure por R$ 46.440. E sai de série com ar-condicionado, direção hidráulica, vidros e travas elétricas, além de rodas de liga-leve de 15 polegadas. Freios ABS, airbag duplo, CD player com Bluetooth e entrada USB. O sistema Locker é vendido separadamente por R$ 1.200. O equipamento continua de série na picape de cabine estendida e em outros modelos da linha Adventure.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;O problema é que com este novo modelo a Strada acabou perdendo muito espaço na caçamba. Ante tinha 830 l e agora com a cabine dupla ficou com apenas 580  litros podendo carregar até 650 quilos em seus 1,4 m² de área.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ela tem o comprimento total de 4,46 m, 1,74 m de largura, 1,63 m de altura e 2,75 m de distância entre-eixos. Volte a 45 km/h. Repite o ciclo de aceleração de 45 a 75 km/h, pelo menos umas dez vezes. Não é necessário qualquer amaciamento adicional. Se as condições de transito não permitirem este precesso, acelere rapidamente o motor várias vezes na segunda marcha ou nas marchas intermediarias. A finalidade é aplicar uma carga ao motor durante períodos curtos e em sucessão rápida, logo após o aquecimento do motor. Isso empurra os anéis de pistão contra as paredes dos cilindros com pressão crescente e resulta num rápido assentamento dos anéis.&lt;br /&gt;1.2  - Após o amaciamento, devolva o veículo ao proprietário ou motorista com as seguintes sugestões:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;- Carros de passeio e caminhões leves&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dirija o veiculo normalmente, evitando, porém,  manter altas velocidades pro períodos longos, durante os primeiros 1.500 quilômetros.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;- Caminhões pesados e ônibus&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se possível, realize serviços leves durante os primeiros 80 quilômetros.
