LCD Upgrades Available for V1 Systems

For any existing customers who have our version 1 X-Changer cabinets with CRT monitors, you may now upgrade your monitors to new LCD Flat Screens. These new touch screens will brighten your display and also emit less heat then the CRT's. if you CRT is looking poor and you are interested in upgrading to the new LCD's contact your local distributor for upgrade pricing and availability. ELO provides a 3 year parts warranty with these new monitors!

$5 Dollar Bill Updates Now Available

We appreciate you patients! But we were able to get our hands on a new five dollar bill today and have been able to successfully test the new bill against our update files. New $5 Bill Updates

We are getting a number of phone calls regarding the new $5 bills that are supposed to be in circulation this week. We will be offering an upgrade service similar to one we did for the $10 bill update a few years back. We have the necessary files from Mars Electronics but we have not yet been able to test the update with a new five! We have asked our bank to notify us when the new fives are in so we can get some and complete our testing.

Once we are confident that the update will work we will start accepting upgrade requests to be scheduled with one of our technicians. The upgrade can be installed from our office but we will request that you be on site with a new $5 to test after the upgrade is complete. So keep an eye on your e-mail soon which will describe the upgrade process and allow you to schedule an update.

Yankee Equipment Show

I just returned from the Yankee Equipment Show in Waltham Mass, and wanted to thank everyone at Yankee for inviting us this year to the show. I enjoyed meeting everyone, and I enjoyed speaking with many of the attendees of the show. I've been to many distributor shows across the country and have to say that Yankee Equipment puts on a great event. So I've had my fill of corned beef and cabbage and ready to assist all of those who I was able to peak interest in our products. I've hosted 2 webinars over the last few weeks with a really good turnout, I'm going to continue to schedule and host these webinars as long as people continue to sign up for them. Its a great opportunity to learn more about how our products are different and to see a live demo of the remote capabilities of our system. I'm hosting the meetings with a new service provided by www.dimdim.com, Its a great web conferencing tool that allows viewers to participate and view the presentation with nothing more then an Internet browser and speakers.

So far we have had distributors, store owners, and prospective clients participate in the meetings. As I mentioned all of the responses have been very positive and I plan to continue them. If you want to participate in our next webinar all you have to do is register and you will receive an e-mail from the dimdim invitation server with instructions on how to join the meeting. I welcome anyone who wants a first hand look at our systems to register and participate in our next seminar.

I like technology, and I'm a firm believer that the Internet and websites are a great way to keep people informed. I struggle as a small business owner to keep our website current with the latest updates regarding our products and company. The process of building HTML pages, designing, testing the new website content takes a lot of time and often gets delayed. Although I think we do a good job keeping our pages updated I've decided to create this Blog as a way to provide current news and thoughts from myself and my team. It's my hope that those interested in our products can continue to get something new each time they visit our site. It's my intention to post regularly, as well as encourage my team to do the same. There will be no specific topics, we will post product information, technical updates, company news, and any other random thoughts pertaining to the Laundry business. CCI Introduces the first Laundromat Card system specifically focused on needs of small to medium sized laundromats. Until now Card Systems have been out of the reach of small Laundromat owners primarily due to the cost of the equipment, LaundryCard Lite brings lowers this obstical by offering a package that allows the owner to choose which features are most important and only pay for what they want. Additional features can be added at any time and the systems functionality can be expanded to include all of the same features of the LaundryCard Premium product. LaundryCard Lite is now available through CCI's nationwide distributor network.

CCI announces the availability of system upgrades for all existing CCI system owners. The upgrades are separated in 3 tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier has been designed to offer store owners the option of choosing the upgrade that is right for their location. The upgrades include High Speed Internet access, Credit Card transfers, Attendant Task Manager, Attendant Work Scheduler, Multi-Level Vend and much more.
