2 ovos&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 de óleo (milho ou girassol)&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de sopa de fermento&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de chá de canela&lt;br /&gt;
8 castanhas do Pará&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;Preparo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Pré-aqueça o forno em temperatura média. No liquidificador, bata os ovos com o óleo. Acrescente a banana (ou outra fruta de preferência). Deixe formar um creme e, em seguida, acrescente a aveia e o acúcar e bata até obter uma mistura homogênea. Em uma bacia, coloque a farinha de trigo, o fermento e a canela e acrescente a mistura do liquidificador, mexendo suavemente até homogeineizar a massa.
