Remain current with educational technologies. Qualifications and Experience: : Advanced degree in training and development, highly preferred. : 8+ years of software training experience. Minimally 3 years of hands on training experience and 5 years training management experience. : Functional understanding and practical knowledge of software systems is required. Experience with IT security and access risk management solutions is preferred. : Working knowledge of instructional design; with a good understanding of adult learning. Advanced knowledge of department duties, responsibilities and procedures for audience groups being supported by training staff. : Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong project management, leadership, and team building skills. : Prior experience implementing and maintaining technology-based training/distance learning programs for a geographically dispersed workforce preferred strongly preferred. : Prior experience with e-Learning tools and learning management systems strongly preferred. : Hands on P&L experience and a track record of establishing and meeting financial goals. : Bachelor's degree required.
