Dear All,

Since SBI PO 2015 notification is out, you will soon start getting enquiries for the same. We have compiled a list of FAQs which you might encounter and their answers.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Question: What is the course duration for SBI PO 2015?

Ans: The course duration is 3 months and it will include 2 hrs classes daily (5 days a week)

Question: Do you provide separate classes for Phase I and Phase II?

Ans: No, since syllabus of phase I and Phase II is almost same, the preparation for phase I and phase II goes together. In our 3 months course, we cover both phase I and Phase II syllabus.

Question: I want to prepare only for Phase I of SBI PO? Do you provide that?

Answer: Preparation of Phase I & Phase II are same. So, if you join our 3 month course, we will cover both.

Question: I want to prepare only for Phase I and will prepare for phase II once I clear phase I. Can I do that?

Ans: The time gap between phase I and phase II will be very less (it is approx 2 weeks in case of IBPS PO exam). So in such a scenario, you have to prepare for Phase I and Phase II together as you will not get time to prepare for phase II later on.

Question: If I prepare for SBI, will it be helpful in IBPS PO also?

Ans: Yes, syllabus and pattern of SBI PO and IBPS PO is almost the same except phase II of SBI PO might have more questions based on Data interpretation as compared to IBPS PO. Phase I of both the exams will be almost same.

Question: Will you help us in preparing the descriptive part also?

Ans: Yes, we will arrange special class/classes to prepare you for the same.

Question: When is the fresh batch start for SBI PO?

Answer: Be prepared with your fresh batch list.

BTL Marketing Activity at Local Level

Greetings!!

Below the Line Marketing Activity is an important and not to be missed item in your list of activities for increasing visibility and getting walk-ins. Though we are doing all possible efforts in the online front/ seminars etc but these channels are not to be missed as these are low budget activities and can give an extremely high ROI. Through this post we would discuss various channels through which you can get yourself launched with a bang / place well in your locality.
Few of the major activities could be following:

1. Posters - Standard design for the posters are available with most of you and if not you can contact the head office to get the latest addition to the design. These posters are bilingual and can be target at local places and nearby villages/ satellite towns. This activity is done overnight and is to be done regularly. Posters which we prefer are generally florescent in color (Orange/Green) to get higher visibility. These generally costs around Rs 1.50/- per poster and the pasting might happen for another 50 -75 paise/ poster. In a go one can print approx. 5000 posters to be used over a period of 10-15 days. This activity can increase during season time.

Word of Caution: Like in Delhi we have Defacing Act in place and a fine is imposed in case of posters so please be careful and have local level channels/ settings with the Municipality/ Beat officers etc so that problem is not faced. Ensure you don't paste posters on government property.

2. Pamphlets Insertions in Newspaper - A little bit strenuous activity as you got to coordinate with local news paper vendors. The day starts as early as 4:00 in the morning and a personal supervision is advisable here. Pamphlet insertions can be done for the most circulated newspaper in your area. These vendors generally charge you any where from 20 paisa per insertion to 50 paisa per insertion depending on quantum. Quantity should be kept minimal. Get an idea before hand on the circulation no from one area and accordingly distribute the pamphlets to different vendors. Depending on the size and quantity the posters price ranges from Re 1 - Re 1.35/-. Relatively costly as compared to postering but can give you immediate response. A lot of 50000 pamphlets can be printed for this activity depending on the population/ circulation of newspaper.

Word of Caution: Don't blindly believe your vendor on the quality of service. Personally supervise the insertion activity as they tend to throw away the pamphlets or keep it with themselves as there earning on the number of pamphlets. Expect early morning calls here so ensue phones are switched on and not left in office.

3. Hand Distribution of Pamphlets/Capsules - These distributions can be strategically done outside exam centres/ outside own office/ outside competitors office (Offcourse not outside there doors). Here the marketing exec needs to be smart and should be able to atleast talk couple of lines with the prospect and tell them about our presence. The investment on these execs pays off really well. They can be paid Rs 5 - Rs 10 per inquiry and should be given a motivation to get more and more inquiries.

4. Canopy - A Canopy can be designed (artwork already available) and be placed outside the complex where your centres are located. These canopy come handy when your centre is not visible or is located in a bigger complex. A reasonable sized canopy should cost you anywhere around 2500-3000/-.

5. Stickers - We have artwork available for Stickers. These are Vinyl stickers and can be pasted on local transports like Rikshaw/ Autoricshaw etc. which travels across city. Your office boys or marketing boys can be given stickers in lot of 100s and be asked to paste it on Rickshaws etc on a daily basis. Per sticker cost should be in the range of Rs 1.2-1.5/stickers.

1. Do some local marketing of the seminar - like putting up banners/poster near educational hubs/colleges in your area to create more awareness about the seminar.

2. Decide on a good speaker for the seminar. It is better if the speaks is a Quant Faculty or a Ex-banker.

3. Seminar will be held at your centre, so keep one classroom ready for the given time slot.

4. Make a note of all inquiries received for the event. We are also getting lot of inquiries through bankersadda, we will share the same with you shortly. Arrange a phone call to all inquiries to confirm about the seminar. You have to ensure that maximum number of students attend this.

5. This will be your best chance to impress and create positive impression for your brand. Make full use of it. Take this as a demo class and impress all students.

6. Do not make a direct or desperate selling pitch in the seminar. If students are impressed they themselves will ask about your fresh batches and fee.

7. Offer some discount (Rs.1000 or Rs.500) to all candidates attending seminar.

Important points for franchisee operations

•Minimum fee should not be less than 5000.00 per student, any fee less than this amount should be approved by us only.

•Revenue sharing will be of Rs. 1250.00 or 25% (royalty) of total revenue whichever is higher will be our (Career Power) part and rest amount will be yours on per admission basis.

•Service tax is payable on the total fee collection. If you have taken the service tax number, you can pay service tax of your share (75%) and we pay service tax on our share (25%), otherwise, if you not have the service tax number, we will pay service tax on the complete fee.

•Total Revenue will be deposited in the account of Career power opened exclusively for your location on next morning daily without fail. Also please do not forget to upload the scan image of receipt slip in CMS.

•We will do Weekly settlements (From Saturday to Friday Business) and release your share in your account (on coming Monday) accept the cost of books you have in hand.

•The cost of books we retain with us and will be released on or before 5th day of next month as per the below mentioned formula
A-Opening balance of number of Kits in hand on first day of month
B-Number of kits issued during the month
C-C=A-B Closing balance of number of kits in hand on last day of the month
D-50% of Cost of one Kit (The cost of our kit is Rs.800.00)
E-Amount we retain with us =D*C
F-Amount we release to the BP=D*B

•Cost price of over the counter sale items for franchisee will be informed on time to time basis and the settlement of those items will be on sale purchase basis.

•Monthly audit will be performed for your centre by our auditors.

Please note that all Google Drive files consume lot of Internet Bandwidth. Request to all inactive users to please close down the file browser when not in use. Else every minute it downloads the entire Masterfile or as the case may be to udpdate the data.

We have also seen same file being opened multiple times in the same laptop. Its not adding any value so please be careful.

In case, an enquiry visits your centre, one of you should take the enquiry and continue your lunch later on (Please DO NOT ask enquiry to wait till you finish your lunch).

Dear All,

Decemeber 2014 results are out. We must acknowledge the hard work put in by each of you in the last few days of the month so as to reach closer to your targets. Although, none of the centre could achieve their target in last fortnight, we have firm faith in our teams & their capabilities. We sincerely hope that 2015 will bring new heights of success for us as well as for our company.

First Position: Team Lucknow (Alok, Niharika, Saumya, Sibtain) has achieved the first position in this fortnight. Under the leadership and guidance of Alok, the centre has come a long way. We must appreciate the continuous hard work done by Niharika, known for working overtime for all 31 days in a month, without any leaves. Good job done by each of you. Congrats for winning Rs. 1000 cash prize each.

Second Position: Team Uttam Nagar (Kavita Suri & Chinu) and Kingsway Camp (Sakshi, Mandeep, Kanika, Anku, Kiran & Anuj) are declared as joint winners for the second position. Kavita's team has been able to arrest the downfall of the centre in last 2 months and with their hard work, been able to secure a position in top two. Sakshi's team has been a consistent performer through out the year. With their unrelenting hard work and continuous innovation, the KC Centre has seen highest percentage growth in last one year. Good Job team. Congrats for winning cash prize of Rs. 500 each.

Well, year 2014 was a good year for our company, wherein we saw opening of 3 company owned centres (Kanpur, Lucknow & Ghziabad) and 5 Franchisee Centres (Bareilly, Aligarh, Jhansi, Gwalior & Guna). We are determined to make 2015 even better. We plan to open atleast 40 new centres in 2015 and become and national brand, by way of creating our presence across the geography. Atul has taken up the responsibility of our franchisee expansion across India and he is determined and focused to roll it out in a fast and best possible manner.
