<div><br />The Onsite Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of facility upkeep, repair, and improvement for Willet Stained Glass Studios’ Winona studio operations, as well as associated commercial and residential properties. <li>Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair facility infrastructure, including plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, lighting, flooring, and structural components.</li>
<li>Maintain, calibrate, and repair tools, machinery, and equipment used by the maintenance department to ensure safety and optimal performance.</li>
<li>Build custom shop furniture, shelving, storage units, and shipping crates to support production, shipping, and operational needs.</li>

<div><strong><u>Property Management</u></strong></div>

<li>Perform and coordinate maintenance and repairs for two commercial and two residential properties, ensuring compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations.</li>
<li>Schedule and perform seasonal upkeep tasks such as snow removal, lawn care, gutter cleaning, painting, and weatherproofing.</li>
<li>Conduct regular inspections of all properties to identify and address potential maintenance issues before they escalate.</li>

Equipment includes bodymakers, printers, washers as well as other packaging machinery. Responsibilities include following all local, state and federal electrical codes. Documentation of problems and maintenance of equipment and facility systems are also required. This position will also provide training for equipment operation and safety precautions.</p>
