Well as everyone knows the "credit crunch" is hitting everyone hard. Here at Venture Personnel we have always had a healthy through flow of candidates seeking career progression. Now we are seeing more candidate who are either needing a higher income due to an increase in financial commitments, or have been hit even harder, by being made redundant.
