You could say that about all walks of life, but yes, I agree it's particularly true in this instance. Whether it's the time of year, the economic climate, or your personal circumstances there is no perfect time. So you've just got to bite the bullet and see what you get for your efforts! I'd always recommend being prepared though - eg. don't leave one job until the next is lined up (I'm often amazed by how many people do just "jump" without thinking things through at all).

I have been living with anxiety and depression for many years and have struggled with finding, and keeping, a job. One of the biggest obstacles for me has been getting to the workplace. I was finally able to get employed by J. Lodge Corporation. J. Lodge Corporation is a quality call services company that incorporates and employee model consisting of disabled Americans. By using their educational and business experience; employees are able to pursue a work from home, part-time career. Working for J. Lodge Corporation has given me the opportunity to work from home and have flexibility in my schedule.
J. Lodge Corporation is currently expanding. They are looking for individuals who are interested in their company and who qualify for their positions. If you are interested, please visit http://www.jlodge.com/careers and apply online.

Too many resumes read like a menu rather than about the value that the professional brings to the prospective employer. A brand has to be distinctive, of value to others and consistent. This needs to be reflected on the resume, the pitch and on-line social networking sites. Too many in my opinion fall too short.

Personal Branding is not only how you look and talk, it's about what you say in the interview. So you must be prepared before going into an interview with your personal 5-point statement - practiced over and over so that you can answer the "sure to come" questions, Why should we hire you, Tell me about yourself, etc. I've found an only App/tool for creating a personal brand without the help of an expensive coach - it's at www.jobwinningbrand.com The name of the site is Job Winning Brand. The result is a 5-point statement about yourself. Amazing!
