Hello! 21st year old's world! #2 Swiss Garden Private Birthday Party & Umaiya Japanese Puchong

2013-07-26T17:45:00.001-07:00

Hotel & Residency

而我们租的Residency,有pantry,living room,small place for reading,bedroom & bathroom.

Living room

Bedroom

Reading table

Bathroom

Cabinet

！yeah!

This super large HELLO KITTY birthday cake!how awesome is it~~~wooohooo!!!
So surprise to have this as my birthday cake, never think before i will hve kitty cake in my life ;'D
SO SO SO AMAZING...

and they gave present too

这是一盘RM65.00

Boy boy

Kimchi salmon maki

Love you...

DIY bling nail art tutorials

2013-03-19T02:00:00.000-07:00

brand The Face Shop.

Insomnia? 5 Tips to help you sleep.

2013-03-16T01:09:00.003-07:00

Hellooo....long long time no blogging already.have half year?

haha!anyway, this blog is just wanna sharing a few way to help sleep ;]

I know alot of people have insomnia, some because of stress from life/work,~~missing lover,~~emo & etc...

So hope my ways for help sleep really helpful.

1. Apply lotion on your body,leg/hand/neck.Specificially on neck and back,if can,use the LAVENDER lotion or add lavender fragrance/aroma into lotion.Just massage on shoulder and neck with softness.

The researchers found that lavender increased slow-wave sleep, the very deep slumber in which the heartbeat slows and muscles relax. During this phase, the brain is thought to organize memory, as well.

2. The oldfashioned way:C-o-u-n-t S-h-e-e-p
HAHAHAHAHA! but really work! Imagine a hundred,a thousand,a million sheep on your mind.
or download a picture of sheep. Then count it,I never try before, but heard ppl said this is work!

3. Drink milk and make it warm before drink.
Can drink before 15 minute when you ready to sleep.

4. Listen soft music plus try to don't think any in your brain.
Close eye,use your heart to listen.Few choice here :

Relaxing Piano

Soft Guitar -

And...the last one is My own way, read english dictionary.hoho!
If word size small and dense.
Maybe choose some language of you don't know. French?Italian?German?
Whatever...

So why not ?let's try tonight :D

2012-02-22T20:11:00.000-08:00

Dare To Have,Dare To Face"

first movie starring Lee-Hom and Liu Yifei.

Have one part is perform Liu yifei ready a poem for the guy she like.
But the guy didn't accept, and criticize the poem is very poor and unmeaningful..
On this time Lee-Hom sing the poem with piano...
How romance...A boy protect the beloved.=)

oh wow oh~

"then we should find it together ♥ . the key must be left somewhere around the corner.
if we find it with our heart . that key

Miss You Especially In The Silent Night~
