"Fucking" is the name of a town in Austria.

Much to the dismay of the town's 104 residents, this unfortunate name has led to numerous acts of vandalism from tourists. Visitors from the English-speaking world have been stealing road signs.

Though the town has had its name for centuries, it wasn't until British and American troops arrived to the area in WWII that the town began to receive notoriety. Back it the 1940s locals were amused by foreigners taking pictures by signs with the town's name. Now they're getting pretty sick of it.

According to one Austrian tourist: "The Germans all want to see Mozart's house in Salzburg. The Americans want to see where The Sound Of Music was filmed. The Japanese want Hitler's birthplace in Braunau. But for the British, it's all about Fucking."

Among some of the more amusing signs in the town is the one with the message "Please -- not so fast" under the town's name.

My Notes: I only decided to add this because of the unusualness of it. I love trivia and this was something you just don't see every day. It also serves to reminds us that different words mean different things in different parts of the world so we can't judge what one person means when they use a particular word.
A man from this town can proudly say "I'm from Fucking, Austria." And he would be telling the truth without cursing. I can say" I'm from fucking America." I'm telling the truth but I'm cursing. So guess whose more likely to go to Hell...him or me??

Sexology 101: The Nasty Side of Doing The Nasty

The last several weeks has seen me out socializing more than usual. I've been seeing new friends and old friends. It's been great but exhausting, after all I did just celebrate another birthday and they are piling up like dirty laundry on a Bravo Housewife. My birthdays are out of control and keep rolling on. The only bright side to this runaway train is my friends and I are old enough to be able to laugh at most of the things life throws our way. Like sex. At our age we tend to look at it with a more realistic view than a romantic view.
Most of us have been married longer than a Roosevelt was president. We have long ago traded our schoolgirl rose-colored glasses for prescription lenses. This made everything come into focus and trust me...things weren't as rosy as they had appeared. We found out soon after the honeymoon phase there was a nasty side to doing the nasty with men. Oh, yeah...not the freaky stuff....just the nasty everyday, makes you want to puke stuff.
Case in point, one friend confessed that her husband wants sex every night. After almost fifteen years of marriage she could do with a night off....or maybe even a month off. Either way she was sick to death of having sex with him. Sex is like chocolate cake. You love it but if you have it for dessert every night for ten years you are sick of it and probably can't stand the sight of chocolate cake. Women need a break. She told me that seeing a hard cock makes her sick at this point. I would have to say that man has wore out his dick's welcome. He should have paced himself better. Talk about greedy, and where did it get him? A wife that hates having sex with him. She is sick of chocolate cake.
Another thing that gets women is after being with a man for some time is his sloppy ways in bed, such as when he drops his full weight on top of her. Oh guys, do you have any idea how that feels? And God forbid, she has just eaten.
There you are with a full stomach and some guy drops, on average, two hundred pounds on you. Then he insist on kissing you. By this time in the relationship he rarely feels the need to gargle or stop for a full brushing of his teeth before the kissing commences. Now you are laying there with two hundred pounds of dead weight on top of you with bad breath who insist on kissing you. Then he gets sweaty from the pumping action so by now he has B.O. And when you think you can't take any more his breathing gets labored and he starts breathing real hard in your face!
Men, take my word on this one......when a woman is turning her face away from you during sex it means she is disgusted and is on the verge of bolting or vomiting. So hurry if you care to finish cause this lady is on the edge. I have had breath blown in my face that stunk so bad during sex that it would make a dog vomit. And somehow it just managed to get worse throughout the sex act. How does breath go from bad to worse during sex? I don't know but it can, trust me.
And for some inexplicable reason they wonder after all that why we didn't orgasm.
Some of the gals complained about having to be involved at all. Just let them masturbate in bed next to us they proclaimed. It's like we're having sex but we don't have to actually do anything, I have to agree with this one. I love it when my man whacks on off next to me in bed and I just have to watch, or not. Sometimes I just finish watching TV or read. The best part of this agreement is I know where he is and what he's doing. Occassionally I'm nice and when he's finished I hand him a few kleenex to clean up with. I'm a good wife.
These were some of the topics I heard this week and thought I'd share so we could all pause a moment and think. After a certain age sex fails to be romantic. Sex is more of a chore, like scrubbing the toilet, it's a nasty job but necessary to keep things running smoothly.

Sexology 101 - Does Size Really Matter?

If my memory serves me right, it was about twenty years ago I read a copy of Rolling Stone that someone had left at work. To this day I remember two things from that magazine, first, they had done a very in-depth interview with Joe Walsh of the Eagles. And secondly, he said, or at least I think it was him, "It's not the wand that makes the magic, it's the magician." He as referring to his penis size. I never forgot that quote. It was a perfect analogy and I have used it many many times since.

Men are so hung up on the size of their penis that it's all they think that qualifies them as a man. The bigger the penis, the bigger the man. That's about the most stupid thing I've ever heard. What if women went around comparing vaginas? Mine's bigger than hers so I'm the better woman! Ummm, somehow I don't think would work. Ladies don't like to brag about having a vajayjay that's so wide it could accommodate anything short of a MAC truck! However, men do love to brag of having a member so large it could split her in half if he ever let go completely. He likes bragging to his friends how he has to restrain himself to keep from hurting the little lady! Ohhhkayyyy! How many men are out there like that really? One in every ten million!

The average penis size is six inches. That's it. Six inches is the average and about all we ladies can hope to get. Sometimes you get more, sometimes you get less. It's all a gamble. Honestly, what most women worry about is not the size of a man but does he know what to do with it. That's right, Mr. I-Could-Split-Her-In-Half-With-My-Big-Dick, is usually the kind of guy who is so enthralled with his own Biggus Dickus that he is usually the Slam, Bam, Thank You Ma'am, kind of fellow. He figures she will be so dazzled by the sheer sight of his member that he rarely takes any time for her or romance. A man with a twelve inch penis is usually so proud of that thing he is more into it than you.

Another thing to consider about overly large penises. They can cause medical issues. That's right, a women can't have someone shove a baseball bat up her vajayjay repeatedly and not have some consequences. Consider Pauline Bonaparte. She got to hand pick the biggest men from her brother's armies, and she fucked her way through thousands of them it is said. Her doctor warned her to stop because the constant friction of the overly large men was causing her to have sores and infections that wouldn't heal. She refused. And it killed her. Of course now we have penicillin and salve for the sores, and we're cleaner, but still. Let this be a cautionary tale to all.

Now the guy with the more average size is one to perhaps try a little harder to please. He knows he needs a few more tricks in his sexual arsenal to make his woman happy. This man has usually done some research, both online and in the field, to perfect some techniques that will ensure she has as much fun in bed with him as he will have. This is a good thing. He wants you to know that just because his penis is only six inches long he can do so much more to make you scream with delight you won't care what size his penis is. I really like this kind of guy. He is a giver and takes his time to make sex an experience you both will enjoy.

At the other extreme is the man with the little penis. I've never had any experience with him but I've had friends who have and they say he can be brutal. Why? He's pissed. He has a tiny penis and he is angry about it so usually he doesn't enjoy women the way he should. He can run the gamut from being mean to sadistic. However, one woman did tell me about her experience with a man with three inches. I couldn't believe it. She swears it was true. However, she said he was wonderful and that he was very experimentive in bed. She told me there wasn't anything he wouldn't try. She said he was the only man she ever knew who could be "down there" for hours and not complain. He loved nothing more than to have his face in her vajayjay. She was extremely happy with her little man. She said he never wanted anything for himself. Sex was all about pleasing her. So perhaps she is on to something.

I suppose this only proves one thing. Size never matters. Like Joe Walsh says, it's the Magician, not his wand that should be making the magic for any woman. The magic should begin when he kisses you or holds your hand. The romance of the relationship is the important part. And if sex is the only thing about the relationship it doesn't matter how you choose your lovers, or for what reasons. Just make certain of one thing....get a good one. The inches on a man does not matter, his character matters greatly.

Sexology 101 - Introduction

Given that I write about sex for a living I would say that qualifies me to blog about it too. In my books, Tokyo Heat and Blood Drops, the sex is fictional so I can have the characters do anything I want. They can be as normal as missionary style twice a week or they can be wild and crazy swingers who involve their friends and strangers in their sex lives on a daily basis. The wife can be using her marital bed to make money charging strangers for sex that she met on Craig's List or the husband can be having it off with his best friend on every fishing trip they go on. Whatever, my imagination holds no limits. That's the beauty of fiction writing.

However, it's also the beauty of sex in the real world. The imagination holds no the limits. What two consenting adults do in private is their own business. But as a writer it's my business to tell the world about it. So I've decided to start a new mini-series here titled Sexology 101. What is sexology? The study of sexual behavior and patterns. But here I'm going to also myth bust as well. There are several myths about sex that simply are not true but few are willing to talk about them. As your online sexologist, we will discuss it.

So tighten your seat belts we are in for a wild ride! I want you to feel free to verbally engage, make comments, make suggestions for discussion, and disagree if you see fit. But as in good sex you must be a participant to truly enjoy it.
