Meet Coby… he’s about to become a big brother!

Isn’t Coby’s mommy beautiful?  She’s just as beautiful on the inside too.  She’s totally glowing… and just weeks away from meeting her first baby girl, Isabella.  This next photo is one of my favs:

I love these quiet moments between coby and mommy.  In just a few weeks, he’ll have a sister!

I never thought I’d say this, but I’m excited to have a month off from traveling.  We have been traveling every 2 weeks since March and while it’s fun, I miss my own bed.  Waking up this morning in my own bed was as sweet as baby’s feet.  I feel rejuvenated and ready to tackle my long to do list!  So many things in the works right now, including Propel.  There’s  much to look forward to!

Growing up, I always wanted a sister.  I wanted another playmate… someone to share clothes with… and someone to share a room with.  It’s too late for me to have a sister, but it does make me wonder if Cameron would want a sibling.  It won’t be any time soon, but these three beautiful girls make me want to have a big family myself!

These three have clearly distinct personalities.  It’s so fun to witness.  How many siblings do you have and do you think birth order plays a role in your personality?

I have been traveling every other week since March.  I never got to travel growing up, so I guess I’m making up for lost times.  Just got back from New Orleans and heading to Chicago in a few days.  I also have a few Napa/Sonoma (yay), New Mexico, and Bali for this year.  Things have been non-stop here… and I wouldn’t have it any other way.  I’m so grateful to have a job that doesn’t feel like work.  If you want to set up a portrait session in any of these locations, shoot me an email!

P.P.S.  The above photo was taken on Cameron’s first out-of-state trip last year.  I took him to work with me in Hawaii when he was 2 months old.  This mini-globe was a random decor in our condo that I was drawn to.  We were there for Sue & Gregg’s Maui engagement session, and actually just came back from their wedding in DC 3 weeks ago!  Stay tuned for their pretty photos!

If you have followed my blog for awhile, then you probably remember photos I took of their family – like the finger painting photo session we did when her second daughter turned one, or the valentine’s day shoot we did last year.  I also do all their product photography.
