The power doesn't advocate not working for what you want. It advocates giving love for what you want and inevitably an inspired action will reveal itself. For example if you wanted to learn how to speak Italian, the usual course would be to enroll in a class then buy an audio course and plow at it until you could atleast make casual conversation. But if you go the LOA route, serendipitous things will begin to unfold. An Italian teacher will move next door and then you'll find an excellent dual language film that teaches you more than any teacher ever could. But these things don't happen when you're plowing thru trying to make things happen.

Hi, nice article. It's so important in meeting people for the first time to make as good an impression as we can. I work in sales and marketing and this is almost what will make or break a sale. Thanks for you info. I will remember to look to see what their eye colour is as well as trying great under my breath for a natural smile. Also important to repeat the persons name out loud when you first meet for memory retention, as well as trying to pick out a distinguishing feature on their face and joining that feature to a name which will trigger the memory of the name of the person that you have just met. My blog http://routinehabit.com/blog is about creating great habits to make life better and I'll be certain to add your points into my routine for when I first meet someone new. Thank you again.

Hi Carolyn,
Its a really positive post for me and I felt good while I was reading it. I had took a resolution not to consume alcohol during this Christmas and also on the New Year Eve. I haven't consumed alcohol till now and I hope I don't get dragged into it tonight. Happy New Year to you in advance. Thanks.

This is good information Carolyn.
People may overlook some of these simple concepts, like making the goal realistic.
This would be a good time of year to mention this again.

I love your article on Curcumin. I was once told by an East Indian friend That his Grandmother would serve them warm milk, honey& tumeric before bed when he was a child. I now drink this often. It has a calming affect.
I also notice that My East indian friend's don't get wrinkles? Must be the Tumeric?

Hi Carolyn,
I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of your MOM.
But everything has to go on.You have lots of good memories with her, and even if shes gone she will always be in your heart.
This article about the Starbuck's Soy Green Tea Latte is very interesting.
i'll pass this info to my family & friends.
I'm enjoying all your articles.
Have a Merry Christmas and all the best for the New year 2012.
Take care and God Bless always.
