Project Scope

This project included the installation of a wide range of Gared Performance Sports Systems equipment throughout the facility, supporting basketball, volleyball, training, and multi-use activities.

• (18) 3106 Single Post Front-Braced, Front-Folding Basketball Systems for competitive play and practice flexibility
• (2) 4080 Multi-Sport Cages to support batting, training, and multi-sport use
• (3) 6105 Volleyball Systems designed for durability and consistent performance

Transforming Performance & Athletic Spaces for a Growing Community

Carroll Seating Company was proud to partner with Broken Bow Public Schools on a full modernization of both their auditorium and gymnasium, delivering seating, bleachers, and athletic equipment designed to support student performance, school spirit, and community engagement for years to come.

This project created two high-performance gathering spaces — one for the arts and one for athletics — each engineered for comfort, safety, and flexibility.

Auditorium Seating

The school’s two-level auditorium was outfitted with more than 500 Hussey Quattro® fixed seats, providing consistent comfort and sightlines across both the main floor and balcony. High-back ergonomic chair backs, plush waterfall seat foam, and quilted upholstery ensure long-lasting comfort for concerts, assemblies, and community events. Aluminum seat numbering and row lettering complete a clean, organized layout that improves patron flow and usability.

Gymnasium Bleachers

The main gym received two wall-attached Hussey MAXAM® powered bleacher banks, delivering fast, push-button conversion between open floor space and spectator seating. The systems include:

• Courtside aluminum seat planks
• Multiple aisles with self-storing safety rails
• ADA-integrated Flex Rows
• High-visibility black rail finishes and clear deck surfaces

Together, the bleachers provide a safe, durable, and visually modern seating solution for games, assemblies, and tournaments.

Athletic Equipment & Game Systems

To complete the gym upgrade, CSC installed a full package of Performance Sports Systems (PSS) athletic equipment, including:

• Six ceiling-suspended, side-folding basketball systems for main-court and cross-court play
• Regulation glass backboards with tournament breakaway goals
• Motorized roll-up divider curtain to split the gym into multiple activity zones
• Touchscreen centralized control system for safe, efficient operation
• Volleyball floor sleeves and hardware for competitive play

This configuration allows the gym to quickly transform from a full-court competition venue into a multi-court PE and practice facility.

As one of the city’s most historic and active congregations, KAM Isaiah Israel required seating that balanced comfort, durability, and reverence for tradition. The updated seating solution enhances the worship experience while supporting the congregation’s ongoing programming, services, and community gatherings.

Carroll Seating designed and delivered fixed seating solutions plus additional temporary seating which can be used for large events and holidays to complement the sanctuary’s architectural character. The seating delivers long-term performance with clean lines, supportive ergonomics, and a timeless aesthetic suited for religious and cultural assemblies alike.

Carroll Seating Company recently had the pleasure of revitalizing the auditorium at Round Lake High School, replacing 420 existing chairs with brand-new Hussey Quattro Traditional seating.

The upgraded auditorium features wood veneer end panels, matching armrests, and high-mount aisle lights, combining timeless style with modern durability. For added flexibility, the first three rows were designed with skidded chairs that can be easily removed for special performances and annual events — maximizing both function and versatility.

Scope of Work:
Carroll Seating delivered nine Maxam 1 portable bleachers to increase seating capacity, optimize court space, and gain mobility.

 With a capacity of 408, the Noonan Elementary bleachers provide ample seating for school events and games.

The new portable bleachers are made by Hussey Seating, one of the leading manufacturers in the industry. They feature high-quality aluminum frames and sturdy polyethylene seats and footboards for durability and comfort. The three rows of seating allow for optimal viewing angles and maximize space on the gym floor.

Located in Mokena, Illinois, Noonan Elementary is dedicated to providing a safe and inclusive learning environment for its students. As part of this commitment, they also strive to offer top-notch facilities for their athletic programs. That’s why they turned to Carroll Seating for their bleacher needs.

We’re excited to be on-site at Heartland Community College as Phase 2 of the ICB Science Labs renovation kicks off!

This project involves the transformation of multiple first-floor classrooms and lab prep spaces into cutting-edge higher education laboratories and collaborative student areas. The scope includes both selective demolition and full-scale renovation of classrooms 1301–1303 and 1401–1409, as well as adjoining corridors and lounge areas.
