I've been using Caruso Steam Rollers for over 20 years. I switched from the hard plastic type, after I found they ripped my hair out. I have very straight, un-permed shoulder length hair. I like to have curl in my hair, even when I wear it up, which I call my "palm tree affair", or wear it down, depending on the occasion. I play a lot of golf, and so I am outside, and find that the curl will stand up to the foggy weather.
I use the large rollers for my hair. I recently replaced the rollers, as the foam has deteriorated. My only complaint is that the new foam rollers don't grab the hair strands and hold them. Possibly, because my hair is thinning. Other than that, I am a huge fan of this product. I have two sets; One for home, and the other I keep in my travel bag. I would recommend this product to anyone that has long hair and wants curls that will last!

These rollers are nothing really special. I have thin, fine hair. The hair must be pefectly dry, and having some product (dry) in it to give it "tooth" helps. It is a very lengthly process because the hair has to dry completely and sometimes one needs a hair dryerto help it dry. When you spend the extra time the curl does last a little longer.

I have owned my Caruso Steam roller for years and finally had to replace the rollers. Curling my hair is quick and easy. .... believe me, you don't want to leave the curlers in for any length of time or your hair will be way too curly....I would recommend the set to anyone.

My husband bought my first Caruso curler kit when they first came out years ago and I love them. I wash my hair the night before and in the morning I plug in my caruso, let it heat the water for steam then when I get ready to do my hair I roll my hair by the time I curl the last strand of hair the first caruso curler is ready to be removed leaving me with a perfect curl. I remove all rollers then I brush, spray and go. Great easy style and fast.

I have used Caruso rollers since they first came out. It is a fantastic product...no more fried hair from curling irons and hot rollers. Just great, long lasting curls. This is the worst of the Caruso line of curlers. I've bought two of these, and each one quit working after two uses. If you want the Primo of Caruso curlers, go to eBay and buy the Happy Traveler one that uses salt. This was one of the first ones I bought years ago, and lasts forever! Which is probaly why they quit making them. They had a great product then, so why improve on perfection?

I did not expect the product to be shipped in a ziploc bag! I expected to receive NEW in it's own box. While they appeared to be "New", I believe they were part of an entire set(steamer and all)and taken out of the box and sold. One roller was ripped at the top.

I love Caruso rollers, but will not purchase them from this company again.

These certainly do work. I have medium length straight, fine hair and I now have wonderful waves/curls that last 2 days!! My next day morning gym hair gets great compliments. These are great rollers and do no harm to my hair. I suggest using the jumbo rollers all over. I ordered a 6 pack of jumbo rollers and use a total of in 9 my hair!

I have been using the Caruso steam curlers for YEARS. This is the best product. You just add water (can also add conditioner, if you're hair is dry), and these curlers will give you those big hollywood curls that you have always wanted. People always ask me where I go my hair done. I can do this in 15 mins and I'm out the door. Easier than blow drying!
