I love when a new J. Crew catalog comes in the mail. What is smart to do a few weeks before a bunch of family comes in to town? Why tear out the guest bathroom of course! Charlie girl turns 2 today! I am so in love with this girl. She is affectionate and sweet and loving, and a whole lot of fun. Why is it so hard to get my kids to sit and pose for a picture? And when they do there is no camera around, naturally. Yesterday we had a good Easter Sunday except for Charlie sleeping through the whole lunch and egg hunt! When she finally woke up I had them sit on the patio steps to attempt a nice sister picture... but they are either being too silly...  or jumping out of the shot.

Anyone who has been to my house cannot miss the rather large African animal head on my living room wall, so I do have a special place in my heart for taxidermy...
