<description>(1) Vendor needs to provide homeless intensive case management services to the government authority located in Los Angele, CA.– The outreach team will collaborate closely with security, Airport Police, the Crisis Intervention Team, and public safety personnel to identify, engage, assess, and connect individuals experiencing homelessness to appropriate housing and supportive services. The provider will be responsible for submitting weekly written reports detailing key metrics, including terminal counts, the number of assessments and engagements, and successful transport and connection to shelter or housing options.– Provide a dedicated vehicle to provide as–needed, non–emergency, non–medical transportation of individuals, as needed– Participation in planning and operational meetings relating to their work and servicedelivery– Monitor service quality and effectiveness, including internal supervision, as well as use ofclient feedback and service data to inform continuous improvement(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 2, 2026.</description>
