4,000 pumpkins of all shapes and sizes have arrived, with another 4,000 load arriving October 15th.

Prices start as low as $.50 and priced according to the size of the pumpkin you pick out. The proceeds from our fundraising efforts supplement our youth budget.

In our Pumpkin Patch, we have a fully stocked Pumpkin Store. If it looks like a pumpkin or has anything to do with pumpkins, we will have it. We also have a delicious assortment of jar goods, handcrafted decorations, bales of hay, Indian corn, and gourds.

Bring your family, neighbors and friends. Not only does it serve as a great picture spot, it’s a place where all who visit are greeted with Christ’s love, truth and joy.

Wow, we sold our very last pumpkin last night and are in the process of dismantling the Casselberry Pumpkin Patch. The youth at Community United Methodist were amazing this year and Emily and Amy made it through their first year in charge of the oldest and biggest pumpkin patch in Orlando. Thank you SO MUCH to the community for supporting us. It would (obviously) not be possible without you. We distributed somewhere around 20,000 pumpkins to Casseberry and Orlando area residents. We would be THRILLED to see your carved pumpkins, jack-0-lanterns, or any other ideas. Please feel free to post a comment and/or photo. Thanks!

Wow...another LOADED shipment of pumpkins. Roughly 6,000 new pumpkins last night. I helped unload and can attest that these are some of the biggest pumpkins I have ever seen. Just unbelivable. It took about 3 hours to unload the truck of pumpkins and get them spread throughout the patch. So stop by and tell em the website sent you!

The early turnout and response has been awesome and we have had to order another truck! We still have some great pumpkins available. Still plenty of pumpkin choices in all sizes, shapes and colors.

The pumpkins arrived in awesome shape. Imagine unloading a full sized-semi truck from front to back, floor to ceiling with pumpkins. It took about 60 members of our church and youth group to unload the approximately 5,000 pumpkins. We get to do it all over when batch 2 comes on October 15th! Anyways, your Casselberry Pumpkin Patch is Open! Cmon down. Tell them the blog sent you and get a free small pumpkin!

We will be unloading the pumpkins in about 15 minutes. The Casselberry Community United Methodist church youth are ready to unload the pumpkins. Stay tuned, this Orlando Pumpkin Patch is open TOMORROW.

Remember, we are located close to most everything in the Orlando Area, and are about 1/4 mile on the corner of 436 and 17-92, near the Community United Methodist Church.

Pumpkin Patch Set to Open

Sunday night, the youth of CUMC all came together to set up the patch and get ready for the pumpkins to arrive on Wednesday. They laid out the palets, spread hay, and set up the pumpkin store. It was a lot of work but nothing compared to whats to come on wednesday. This coming wednesday at 4:30 the youth and any other volunteers will come out to unload an entire 18 wheeler full of pumpkins. The Casselberry Pumpkin Patch features pumpkins that weigh over 50 lbs to the small pie pumpkins. It will be a lot of hard work but will be worth all the energy in the end. We hope to do really well this year with new products in our store and plenty of pumpkins to sell. Come out and help support Casselberry's Community United Methodist Church youth groups while having fun picking out your favorite pumpkin.

Just a quick update. Lots of things are happening, and your favorite Orlando Pumpkin Patch is set to open on October 4th. The pumpkins get delivered on October 3rd, and we are setting up the store now. It is quite a site every year as 2,000 pumpkins (and that is just the first batch) get delivered. A large portion of the Casselberry Community United Methodist Church are on hand to help, and several Casselberry residents get involved as well. You are welcome to come out the 3rd to help or watch. This Orlando Pumpkin Patch opens the 4th....don't miss it. Orlando's greatest Halloween time celebration and tradition is here! Get excited

Pumpkin flowers are edible.
Pumpkins are fruit.
