Ingredientes para a massa de crepes:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1 litro de leite&lt;br /&gt;
400 gr de farinha&lt;br /&gt;
6 ovos&lt;br /&gt;
100gr de manteiga&lt;br /&gt;
sal q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Peneirar a farinha. Adicionar os ovos e o sal. Bater ligeiramente deitar o &amp;nbsp;leite pouco a pouco. Passar&amp;nbsp; a mistura por um passador e adicionar a manteiga derretida antes de utilizar.&lt;br /&gt;

200gr de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
400 ml de natas&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Leve o açúcar a derreter ate ao ponto de caramelo. adicione as natas previamente aquecidas, mexa e leve ao lume a engrossar.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Sugestão de apresentação: Recheie os crepes com chantilly e regue com o molho de caramelo. Enfeite com morangos.&lt;br /&gt;

1 colher de sopa de manteiga&lt;br /&gt;

Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Leva-se um tacho ao lume com&amp;nbsp; a casca de limão, o pau de canela, o açúcar e a manteiga até ferver.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;Coloca-se a aletria e deixa-se cozer.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Batem-se as gemas e juntam-se em fio ao preparado anterior, estando este fora do lume.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Coloca-se na travessa e enfeita-se com canela.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;

Preparação:&lt;/div&gt;

Bata o açúcar com a manteiga. Acrescente as gemas uma a uma, batendo sempre, até levantar bolhas. Peneire a farinha com a maizena e o fermento em pó e vá acrescentando ao preparado anterior aos poucos alternando com o leite sem parar de bater. Junte a essência de baunilha e volte a bater. Á parte bata as claras em castelo com a pitada&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
de sal. Junte as claras ao preparado anterior delicadamente com a ajuda de uma colher de pau. Unte uma forma redonda ou um tabuleiro com manteiga e polvilhe com farinha, verta a massa na forma e leve a forno médio cerca de uma hora faça o teste do palito. Entretanto prepare o recheio. Deite num tacho a água com o açúcar e leve ao lume. Deixe ferver por três minutos. Desligue o fogão e deixe arrefecer. Bata bem as gemas com os ovos e atreves de um passador verta sobre a calda de açúcar já fria, leve a lume brando mexendo sempre até que o creme ganhe alguma consistência. Reserve e deixe arrefecer. Quando o bolo estiver cozido desenforme e deixe arrefecer. No fim do bolo e o creme estarem frios pode proceder á montagem. Corte o bolo ao meio, barre uma parte do bolo com metade do doce de ovos, Coloque a outra parte do bolo e espalhe o restante creme de forma a que o bolo fique todo coberto. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Sugestão de apresentação: &amp;nbsp; decoração em chantilly,&amp;nbsp;amendoa triturada, pérolas e flores em açucar.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/div&gt;

Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Corte o frango aos pedaços.&lt;br /&gt;
Descasque e pique a cebola e leve a alourar com manteiga. Junte o frango e deixe alourar . Regue com o vinho branco e a água e adicione o cubo de caldo de galinha. &lt;br /&gt;
Tape e deixe cozer até o frango estar macio. Posteriormente retire os bocados de frango para um recipiente e reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
Dissolva a farinha com o um pouco do molho e depois junte-a ao restante molho. Deixe engrossar um pouco, mexendo. Desfaça as gemas com o sumo de limão e junte-as também ao molho, mexendo sempre para não talharem. Polvilhe com a salsa picada e deite sobre o frango. Sirva bem quente acompanhado com arroz branco. &lt;br /&gt;

Corte morangos e disponha no fundo&amp;nbsp;de uma&amp;nbsp;tarteira. Bata os ovos com açucar. Esmague as bananas e faça puré.&amp;nbsp;Adicione o puré, a manteiga e o leite e misture. De seguida coloque a farinha e incorpore bem. Deite o preparado sobre os morangos e leve ao forno por aproximadamente 30m.&lt;br /&gt;
Sirva fria.&lt;br /&gt;

Misture a farinha e o sal diluído na água e trabalhe a massa até a ligar. Divida a margarina em 3 porções. Estenda a massa, espalhe espalhe sobre ela 1 das porções da margarina e enrole como 1 tapete. Repita esta operação mais 2 vezes até se esgotar a margarina. No final, deixe descansar 20 m. Em seguida, corte a massa em fatias com cerca de 2cm de espressura e depois coloque cada fatia sobre 1 forma lisa propria para queques; rode com os dois polegares a forma num sentido, espalhando a massa de modo a encher com ela a forma toda. Entretanto leve ao lume em banho-maria as gemas batidas com o açucar e as natas até o preparado engrossar. Deixe arrefeçer e deite 1 colher de sobremesa de recheio e cada forma. Leve as formas ao forno até os pasteis ficarem cozidos e tostados. Mais ou menos 25 minutos de cozedura. &lt;br /&gt;

Bata os ovos com o açucar, o óleo e a cenoura ralada. Junte a farinha e o fermento sempre a bater. Vai ao forno durante mais ou menos 40 min a 180ºC. Verifique o teste do palito a partir dos 30 min, uma vez que este bolo fica húmido por dentro.&lt;br /&gt;

Cobertura:&lt;br /&gt;
Leve tudo ao lume e mexe se sem parar até engrossar um pouco. Deite por cima do bolo ainda quente. &lt;br /&gt;

Ligue o forno a 180 graus. Numa tigela, misture a farinha, o fermento, o açúcar e o cacau em pó.&amp;nbsp;Noutro recipiente, bata com o garfo os dois ovos e a mistura de leite e sumo de limão e despeje na mistura da farinha. Adicione a manteiga derretida e os pedacinhos de chocolate, e mexa até que os ingredientes estejam misturados.Unte 12 forminhas de muffins e coloque a massa em cada uma delas.Leve ao forno por cerca de 30 minutos. Bata as claras em castelo e coloque num&amp;nbsp; tabuleiro.Levar a cozer, 5 minutos( a 10) em forno bem quente (190º). Retire e deixe arrefecer.&lt;br /&gt;
Entretanto, prepare o creme:&lt;br /&gt;
Num tacho, misture o açúcar com a farinha, as gemas e o leite e&amp;nbsp;leve &amp;nbsp;ao lume até engrossar, rertire e deixe arrefecer.&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque o creme por cima das claras e polvilhe com canela em pó.&lt;br /&gt;

Adicionar as gemas e envolver bem.&lt;br /&gt;
Adicionar alternadamente com as claras em castelo, a mistura das farinhas com o fermento, envolver tudo muito bem.&lt;br /&gt;

Coza o polvo em abundante água com uma cebola descascada dentro. Escorra-o e reserve a água. Corte-os em pedaços e reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
Leve ao lume um tacho com o azeite, a cebola,o louro, os&amp;nbsp;alhos&amp;nbsp; e a salsa picada, a alourar. Junte o tomate&amp;nbsp;cortado aos &amp;nbsp;bocadinhos e mexa bem.&lt;br /&gt;

Começe por ralar a cenoura e reserve. Bata o açucar com a manteiga e os ovos. Posteriormente adicione a farinha, o fermento, a cenoura a raspa de limão e as sementes de papoila.&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque o preparado num forma untada e leve ao forno a 180º cerca de 30 minuto. Verifique a cozedura com um palito. Desenforme e delicie-se!!!&lt;br /&gt;

Bata a &amp;nbsp;polpa de manga com o açucar e bater muito bem. Junte a margarina derretida e bater novamente. Posteriormente&amp;nbsp;adicione a água. Junte a farinha e mexa muito bem. Adicione os ovos um a um e bata bem. Deite&amp;nbsp;em forminhasde silicone ou de alumínio&amp;nbsp; untadas com margarina. Leve a forno pré-aquecido a 180ºC, até ficarem douradinhas. Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
200 gr de açucar&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de sopa de amido de milho&lt;br /&gt;
200 ml de leite de vaca&lt;br /&gt;
400 ml de leite de côco&lt;br /&gt;
50 gr de côco ralado&lt;br /&gt;
8 folhas de gelatina incolor&lt;br /&gt;
3 claras&lt;br /&gt;
200 ml de natas&lt;br /&gt;
500 gr de polpa de manga&lt;br /&gt;
190 gr de açucar&lt;br /&gt;
3colheres de sopa de limão.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
Comece por misturar o acuçar, a farinha e o côco ralado. Leve ao lume com o leite de vaca e o leite de côco. Entretanto demolhe as folhas de gelatina por cinco minutos. Adicione as folhas de gelatina escorridas ao preparado e assim que começar a borbulhar desligue e deixe arrefecer totalmente. Bata as claras em castelo e adicione ao creme já frio. Bata as natas em chantilly e envolva ao preparado anterior. Coloque numa forma de fundo amovível e leve ao frigorífico até solidificar.&lt;br /&gt;
Leve um tachinho ao lume com o açucar, a polpa de manga e o limão por cerca de 30 minutos em lume brando . Retire do lume e deixe esfriar. Coloque por cima do semifrio e sirva. Bom apetite!!&lt;br /&gt;

Batem,-se os ovos inteiros com o açúcar e, quando a mistura estiver esbranquiçada, juntam-se, a pouco e pouco, as gemas desfeitas.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Bate-se tudo durante mais 20 minutos com o batedor manual ou 10 minutos com o batedor eléctrico.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Sem bater, junta-se a farinha bem peneirada.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Deita-se a massa numa forma de folha ou de barro forrada com um papel groso.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Tapa-se com uma folha do mesmo papel.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Leva-se a cozer em forno quente (225ºC) durante 10 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Retira-se do forno e desenforma-se.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Come-se no dia seguinte.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
