Identify your skills and expertise

The first step to earning money online as a freelancer is to identify your skills and expertise. This will help you determine what types of projects you can realistically take on, and what areas you need to improve upon. It's important to be honest with yourself about your strengths and weaknesses, and to seek out opportunities that align with your skills and interests. This will help you attract the right clients and projects, and position you as an expert in your field. Your portfolio can include a variety of media, such as writing samples, design work, and coding projects. This will help you rank higher in search results and attract more potential clients.

Set your rates

One of the benefits of being a freelancer is the ability to set your own rates. However, it's important to be realistic and competitive when setting your rates. Consider factors such as the complexity of the project, the market demand for your skills, and your own level of experience when determining your rates. It's also a good idea to offer flexible pricing options, such as hourly or project-based rates, to appeal to a wider range of clients.

Manage your time effectively

By following these steps and putting in the hard work, you can turn your passion into a successful blog that generates income and allows you to share your ideas with the world. Here are the steps to take to get started:

1. Choose a niche. The first step to starting a blog is deciding what you want to write about. This is called your niche, and it's important to choose a niche that you're passionate about and knowledgeable about. Some popular niches include personal development, health and wellness, travel, and food. Choosing a specific and focused niche will make it easier to target your content to a specific audience and rank higher in search engines like Google.

2. Choose a blogging platform. There are many platforms to choose from when starting a blog, such as WordPress, Wix, and Squarespace. Each platform has its own pros and cons, so it's important to do your research and choose the one that best fits your needs. For example, WordPress is a popular choice for bloggers because of its flexibility and customization options, while Wix is a good choice for those who want an easy-to-use, drag-and-drop interface. It's also important to consider the search engine optimization (SEO) features of each platform, as this will help your blog rank higher in search results.

3. Set up your blog. Once you've chosen a platform, it's time to set up your blog. This involves selecting a domain name (the web address for your blog), choosing a hosting provider (the company that stores your blog's data and makes it available online), and installing and configuring any necessary software. Some platforms, like Wix, include hosting and domain registration in their plans, while others, like WordPress, require you to purchase these services separately. It's important to choose a unique and catchy domain name that accurately reflects your blog's content, and to select a reputable hosting provider to ensure your blog is always available and runs smoothly.

4. Design your blog. After your blog is set up, it's time to start customizing it to your liking. This involves choosing a theme or template (the overall design and layout of your blog), adding widgets (small pieces of code that add functionality to your blog), and creating pages (like an "About" page or a "Contact" page). Most blogging platforms have a wide range of themes and templates to choose from, so you can easily find one that fits your style and brand. It's important to create a content calendar (a schedule of when you'll publish your content) and stick to it, as this will help you stay organized and consistent. When writing your content, be sure to focus on quality over quantity, and always proofread your work before publishing it. It's also important to optimize your content for SEO by including relevant keywords, using header tags, and using alt tags for images. This will help your blog rank higher in search results and attract more traffic.

6. Promote your blog. Once you have a few pieces of content published, it's time to start promoting your blog. This can be done through social media, email marketing, and other online marketing strategies. It's also a good idea to engage with your audience by commenting on other blogs and participating in online communities related to your niche. This will help you build a loyal following and increase the visibility of your blog.

7. Monetize your blog. Once your blog has gained some traction and has a loyal following, you may want to start monetizing it. There are many ways to do this, such as through advertising, affiliate marketing, and selling digital or physical products. It's important to carefully consider what monetization strategies will work best for your blog, and to be transparent with your audience about your monetization efforts. It's also a good idea to continue optimizing your blog for SEO, as this will help you attract more traffic and potential revenue sources.

In summary, starting a blog in 2023 requires careful planning and hard work. Cibo Amore : Food Review

2019-12-30T20:41:00.001+05:00

There is a new eatery opened recently named as “Cibo Amore” at Maskan Chowrangi, near Chopsoy and finally I got the opportunity to try its delicious food.

It has been the talk of the town as it has newly started and also offering 25% introductory discount. After seeing frequent reviews about its stuffed buns and pasta, it brought a crescendo of excitement in me to try it once.

Waffle Chicken Sandwich

Also we had a sudden plan, as the weather was so mesmerizing my friend called me at university and said "Mausam check kr yar kahi bahar chlen (Look at the weather, let’s go somewhere to enjoy)" and we made a sudden plan to visit "Cibo Amore". We had to celebrate a friend's birthday so we called them and asked if they could arrange all things and the staff made a quick complementary decor on such a short notice for which we are thankful. The staff was very helping.

Mac n Cheese

The menu was just amazing and wholesome. They had a variety of food from pasta to pizza, burgers to sandwiches, pizza, stuffed buns, soups and much more. I personally loved the beef fillet and the pastas. We ordered:

Creamy Tikka Pizza: It was loaded with chicken pieces tikka and cream cheese. The presentation was Fabulous 😯. It tasted perfectly delicious.

Beef fillet: The bun was stuffed with juicy beef fillets, topped with a yummy sauce filled with a touch of mushrooms, onions, capsicums and cheese. This dish was finger licking good! Must give it a try.

Alfredo Pasta: This dish was also mouth-watering. It was made with fettuccine pasta filled with Alfredo sauce and topped with the most delicious grilled chicken strips. It was the best pasta ever, full creamy sauce and the Smokey grilled chicken touch. It was so tempting that I'm again craving for that.

Oriental Pasta

Oriental Pasta: It is one of there specialty and the sauce was a secret one but was so good that my taste buds could still feel the taste. The touch of green pepper, olives, mushrooms and cheese was amazing.

Waffle Chicken Sandwich: The waffle contains fried chicken fillet, with a tint of special mild flavor sauce, tomatoes and iceberg.

Mac n Cheese: It was stuffed bun filled with macaroni and cheese. The presentation of Mac n Cheese at the top of the bun was something 😍Topped with sauce and served with veggies.

Alfredo Pasta

Every single dish was one of it's own and had a unique and extravagantly delicious taste.

The waiters were such amicable people they were all on their toes all the time serving people hot food and also inquiring if they could bring anything to their tables. They asked us too if everything was perfect and which actually was.

Creamy Tikka Pizza

It is a must try place 💯 💯. The ambiance is amazing. The staff is really cooperative & honestly it was the first time that I was satisfied with every single dish I ordered.

Must visit once and it will be your go to place!

Tom Cruise Run For Presidential Election 2020

2019-10-14T15:00:00.003+05:00

Who does not know the famous Hollywood actor, Tom Cruise! Yes, you get it right we're talking about the heartthrob, Tom Cruise.. So would you think it is cool if you find that your beloved actor is looking to stand for the presidential election in 2020? Have you ever given any thoughts to that? I mean why not?! He is the man of exceptional qualities, who literally can do everything. Besides, he already saved the world three times so why not give him this chance as well to let him save the world one more time maybe, No?!

So about a month ago, a video of Tom Cruise got viral on YouTube, he was running for the presidency of the US and in the video, the actor is literally running on the road. Yeah! running as he usually does almost in his every action movie like "Mission Impossible" with which fans are already familiar, as he put himself on the front line for most of the stunts for the sake of real acting or performance but you'll be shocked to know he(the actor in the video) isn't the real Tom Cruise. So if you want to see the real Tom Cruise running for presidential election you might have to wait until that happens.

It is actually a parody video by Miles Fisher impersonating as Tom Cruise, and trust me Miles has done quite a pretty job here impersonating Tom Cruise, you might need to re-watch the scenes in order to believe he is not the real Tom Cruise and especially Miles has nailed the voice impersonation perfectly! You'll doubt your eyes!!

In the video, you can see Tom Cruise running as it's a scene of "Mission Impossible" and giving an amazing speech letting us know why he should be the next commander in chief and listing all his credentials for the presidential run. I mean is there anything that Tom Cruise hasn't been yet? He has been a Navy pilot, lawyer and a Navy lawyer, a pimp, sports agent, businessman, samurai, secret agent, spy, vampire, alien fighter, he has been literally every possible man. At the end of the video, you might even be convinced that the real Tom Cruise must actually run for it and you so want to vote for him.

Miles fisher's campaign Run Tom Run 2020 has a nice sarcastic thought about his platform as he said:

"AMERICA DESERVES THE REAL DEAL. A PRESIDENT WITH PERFECT HAIR. WHO RIDES A MOTORCYCLE, AND KNOWS HOW TO THROW GRENADES...WITH HIS TEETH.

AMERICA, YOU COMPLETE ME!"

The video was created and written by Miles Fisher and Stephen Vitale is the Director, Co-writer and Editor of the parody video. It's just a part of a fake campaign that suggests the idea of Tom Cruise running in the election and at the end of the video the line "America, you complete me" is so appealing, the way Miles Fisher has impersonated himself as Tom is absolutely perfect, if you don't know Miles you can't even predict that he isn't the real Tom Cruise, after this video you might want to convince yourself to see Tom Cruise as a candidate for a presidential run in 2020.

Share your thoughts! How many of you would want it to be true? I hope we'll be watching more videos for Run Tom Run in the future so stay tuned!

Imran Ashraf's Humble Response To Senior Actor Firdous Jamal

2019-10-02T05:08:00.000+05:00

We all well know about Veteran actor Firdous Jamal who became the centre of attraction due to his critics on his interview about one of the very talented and flawless actress Mahira Khan. There were some strong outburst from different celebrities and fans too, Firdous Jamal’s comment created a hot situation in industry back then and the storm was settled all balanced. Well most of us thought that it might be a slip of tongue from Sir Firdous but he stormed back with his recent interview with Fiza Shoaib in her chat show Hamaray Mehmaan on Ary News and once again there is a tip top atmosphere on social media.

It happened when host of the show asked Firdous Jamal Sahab which performer from the recent generation they believed has a brighter future in Pakistan. He replied no one is the best performer, actually they are all just models like a showpiece. They haven't realized yet what acting is all about, acting is a whole different kind of profession he said. He compared the young performers with a dummy in a departmental store. When host said but there are so many talented performer like Iqra Aziz and gave the reference of Imran Ashraf who recently performed the character of Bhola in Ranjha Ranjha Kardi and left us all speechless by his amazing talent. Everyone praises him for his acting. So the legendary actor Munawwar Saeed has to say that yeah he did a good job! but Firdous Jamal Sahab said that “what he did was pretentious not spontaneous”. Firdous Jamal Sahab further told the host that in the language of acting spontaneity is another thing and pretension is a different thing, acting is another thing altogether and behavior is another thing, Imran Ashraf did act but he didn't behave according to the role of Bhola, the same role has been performed by so many actors and they actually showed the real behavior while performing that kind of role, he said it is really a bad luck that the younger generation didn't get a chance to watch those outclassed performances of the past actors. He said I don't want to criticize any individual here but unfortunately right now in our industry people think of acting as a fashion. There is a hell of difference between model and an actor, these two subjects a model and an actor are exact opposite professions or you can say they are the enemies of each other. He defined that "modelling is all about self-projection while acting is self-negation". Acting means you completely hide or forget your own self and projects the role, when audience watch the show they see the character not the actor, he replied. Here you can watch the complete interview of Firdous Jamal:

In response to Firdous Jamal Sahab’s critical comments, Imran Ashraf comes up with his kind and soft nature replied politely that Firdous Jamal Sahab is one of a very respectable actor and he respects him. He told his fans not to criticize Firdous Jamal Sahab’s judgment and show respects by not commenting harsh words for him. He said he will try his best to learn more. you can see Imran Ashraf's message which he posted in response here:

“Firdous Jamal Sahab is a respectable & amazing actor and undoubtedly he would have performed Bhola a 1000 times better than him. I respect him and his opinion. It’s my humble request to everyone; my friends and my viewers to not get offended. I didn’t mind his comments and I will try my best to learn more. Please No Harsh comments for him, When elders in our family point out our mistakes, we don’t mind it”

In all this hot social media topic Imran Ashraf came out as the peace voice and showing his immense respect for senior actors instead of bashing out. People all over social media are now praising Imran Ahsraf for his attitude to his critics. We wish him all the love for his new projects and some brilliant acting to be seen soon in his projects!

The Unexpected Beauty Of Karachi

2019-09-29T12:30:00.001+05:00

On a bright sunny Monday I was sweating from head to toe. I know, gross! right? But what can one do when he lives in a city of unpredictable weather I mean, Karachi!! It was known that there will be a heat wave till next Friday. After struggling through five mind jumbling classes, I was sitting at the KU's (Karachi University) well known VS canteen with a bunch of my friends. The weather was scorching hot but bearable as it was comparatively less hot than past two days of the week, I guess!!

Everything was going pretty okay, when suddenly a friend of mine pointed toward the sky saying "Bhai aaj toh heat wave thi? ye barish wale badal q arahe (Bro there was a heat wave today? Why are the rainy clouds here? Sounding confused )." Surprisingly we took a glance of the sky and there were slight breezes and drizzles and the darker clouds! (Heat wave be like: Am I a joke to you??!! )😂😂

Knowing the poor sewerage system of our beloved city I bid farewell to my friends, hopped onto my bike, started and rode as fast as I could towards home. It must have been around 5 or 5:30 pm when I felt the first drop of rain and with that drop of rain I got the quick thought for skipping the tuition. But luck wasn't in my favor and the rain stopped after fifteen to twenty minutes and so I had to go for the tuition as per schedule.

Beside everything, the fifteen minutes rain lowered the boiling temperature and finally better and bearable weather could be felt! Many places making a beautiful scenery that can soothe the soul. So on the way to the tuition, the road was muddy and there was water all over the road but we should always try to see the brighter side of the pictures, right!😜 So due to the rain the view was everything, clean and clear and the smell of rain was soo good, making the weather refreshing.

It was such a mood changer, the lush green grass, the beautiful washed green trees, slight breezes and most importantly the blue sky was soothing to the soul 😇. And then the time passed and that's how an unexpected yet a beautiful experience of a rainy day ended leaving behind a beautiful weather.
