&lt;/div&gt;Antalya Fuarcılık İşletme ve Yatırım A.Ş (ANFAŞ) tarafından organize edilen 23'üncü Uluslararası Konaklama, Ağırlama, İkram Sektörü Ekipmanları ve Dekorasyonu İhtisas Fuarı (Hotel Equipment) kapsamındaki fuara Hırvatistan, Yunanistan, Ürdün, Azerbaycan, Tunus, Birleşik Arap Emirlikleri ve Rusya Federasyonu'ndan 20 yabancı firma katılıyor. Geçen yıl yerli ve yabancı 550 firmanın katıldığı ve 28 bin 212 sektör profesyonelini ağırlayan fuarda bu yıl 306 katılımcı firma yer alırken, 34 bin ziyaretçi hedefleniyor. 40 bin metrekarelik alanda gerçekleştirilen fuar sonrası 2 milyar dolarlık ticaret hacminin ortaya çıkması bekleniyor.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;Pratik sanatların ( Zanaat ) değerlendirilmesinde, insanların ihtiyaçlarının karşılanmasında usta çırak ilişkisi içinde öğrenilmiş veya öğretilmiş meslek ünitelerinin her birini saymak mümkündür.
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;Bunlardan aşçılık, özellikle üzerinde duracağımız konu olarak günümüzde;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;Anmamız gereken konunun birinci sırasında yer işgal etmektedir.
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;Bu arada kısaca aşçılık ve yemekçilik branşının öz geçmişine de söyle bir göz atmak gerekecektir. Eskiçağlarda insanların ateşi bulmalarıyla birlikte yemek kültürüne geçtiklerini söyleyebiliriz. Ateşle gelen besinleri pişirme başlangıcı kısa zamanda çeşitliliğe dönüşmüş. Bu çeşitlilik içinde ilkel fırınlar geliştirilmiş, topraktan tencereler, pişirme kapları yapılmış, yine takip eden kısa evreler içersinde yemek çeşitlilikleri belirgin hale gelmiştir. Bu belirginliğin, aşçılık ve yemek kültürünün de başlangıcını oluşturduğunu söyleyebiliriz.
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;Tarihte geçen binlerce yıl, ilk kültürden bu yana, elbette bir birikime sahip olmuştur. Bu birikim hem milletlerin kendine has ( Türk, Çin, Fransız, İtalyan, Yunan, Rus, Alman mutfağı v.b.) milli mutfakları oluşturmuş ayrıca uluslar arası mutfak ikonlarının gelişmesini sağlamıştır. Böylece aşçılık bir yemek pişirme sanatı haline dönüşmüş, artık ustalar bu sanatta mesleki birikimlerini göstermek üzere yarışır hale gelmişlerdir. Ancak, maalesef görünen odur ki; yemek kültürü, bu kadar gelişmesine, millileşmesine ve sanatlı hale getirilmesine rağmen halen güzel sanatlar içinde yer bulamamaktadır. Oysa beceri-yetenek, eğitim-öğretim ve ustalık isteyen bu meslek ve sanat dalının, görsel sanatlar içinde de yerini alma zamanı çoktan gelmiş, hatta geçmektedir. Artık üniversiteli olan aşçılık mesleği, bilimsel formasyonunu da elde etmiş, değindiğimiz konuya oturma zeminini beklemektedir.
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bilimsel çevrelerin gayretiyle, okullu akademisyenlerin çoğalarak, konularına daha çok hakim hale gelmeleriyle, aşçılık mesleğinin de güzel sanatlar içinde hakkettiği yeri alacağına inanıyoruz.&lt;/strong&gt;
