Si a iesit extraordinar!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingrediente:&lt;br /&gt;- 1 kg pulpa de porc &lt;br /&gt;- 3 cepe mijlocii&lt;br /&gt;- 1-2 ardei grasi verzi&lt;br /&gt;- 1-2 ardei grasi rosii&lt;br /&gt;- 2-3 rosii&lt;br /&gt;- 1 ardei kapia&lt;br /&gt;- mirodenii&lt;br /&gt;- 1 pahar cu iaurt si/sau vin&lt;br /&gt;- folie de aluminiu&lt;br /&gt;- tepuse&lt;br /&gt;Carnea, ceapa, ardeii si rosiile trebuie taiate in cubulete, cam de 2 cm.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pentru marinata:&lt;br /&gt;Eu am facut 2 variante: cu iaurt si cu vin.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Marinata cu vin:&lt;/strong&gt; carnea de porc se pune intr-un castron, cu  mirodeniile (oregano, busuioc, 1 lingurita ghimbir ras, 2-3 catei de usturoi pisati, piper, sare, chilli), peste care se toarna un pahar de vin rosu. Fiindca imi place sa gatesc, sa experimentez, sa ma joc si sa gust. Imi place sa mananc si sa gatesc. &lt;br /&gt;Gatesc ceva bun (asa zice lumea:P)cel putin o data la doua zile.
