Well this is going to make getting to her court dates even more of a challenge.

Mischa Barton has had a bit of trouble with her finances in the past, but things may have been worse than we originally thought.

That's because the 29-year-old actress is extremely close to getting her brand-new car repossessed.

According to reports, the O.C. star bought her Audi back in March and only has to pay $700 a month to keep the lease... except she hasn't paid anything in the last six months.

Yikes!

This paired with the heartbreaking lawsuit she has against her mother must be quite stressful on her right now.

Hopefully Mischa gets everything sorted out... and soon!

Viola Davis made history last week when she became the first black woman to win the Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama for her wonderful work on How to Get Away with Murder.

Well, as we reported, after her win Viola got some pretty harsh criticism regarding her speech, specifically from fellow ABC actress General Hospital's Nancy Lee Grahn.

In fact, the soap opera star went as far as calling it a "venue for racial opportunity."

Clearly Viola wasn't having that nonsense, however, because she responded to Nancy's initial comments, saying:

"If there has been any backlash, it's that all people want to feel included in a speech."

Short, but sweet.

Nancy has since apologized for her outburst on Twitter, saying:

"I apologize for my earlier tweets and now realize I need to check my own privilege. My intention was not to take this historic and important moment from Viola Davis or other women of color but I realize that my intention doesn't matter here because that is what I ended up doing. I learned a lot tonight and I admit that there are still some things I don't understand but I am trying to and will let this be a learning experience for me."

We're sure Viola appreciated the change of heart, but we're just glad she put the entire thing to rest!

DNC member Robert Zimmerman explains the party's decision to hire the controversial musician and totally shades the GOP in the process, saying:

"Kanye will be an exciting draw, especially compared to the Republicans booking Wayne Newton or Clint Eastwood. We all know how well that turned out."

OUCH!

However, don't think Kanye will be able to go on one of his crazy rants, or do what he did to Taylor Swift at the VMAs.

Considering President Obama will be in attendance, the fashion designer will be forced to be on his best behavior!

According to a source:

"There will be restrictions . . . Kanye won't be able to lecture the president about how to run the country."

Who knows? Given that Kanye is running for the Oval Office in 2020, this might be a good way for him to rally supporters!

Justin Theroux and Jennifer Aniston's wedding was officiated by none other than Jimmy Kimmel, but The Leftovers actor revealed that even the funny man choked up!

The 44-year-old explained that the talk show host "cried a little bit" during the ceremony, which set off a chain reaction among the famous faces in attendance:

"He did. And then...everyone did. And it was just...it was the perfect tone for the night."

But even though the 47-year-old broke from his typical snarky character when he teared up, he was still able to keep the guests in stitches! Justin remembered:

"It was exactly what you would want him to do. He was extremely funny, kept things extremely light, was extremely touching."

He said that having Jimmy play that part on his big day "was the biggest blessing in the world."

The Hollywood hottie also completely gushed about his marriage, saying:

Unfortunately, his 13-month-old nephew, Ayden, was just diagnosed with cancer.

Toshi posted the heartbreaking news on Instagram, saying:

After setting up a GoFundMe page to help Ayden's mother with the medical costs, the family found a VERY generous donor who just so happens to be super famous.

On Wednesday, less than a day after the fundraiser went live, the Shake It Off singer gave the Davidsons a whopping $50,000!

The pop star even added the beautiful note:

"Baby Ayden, I'm lucky enough to perform with your uncle Toshi on tour. All of us are praying for you and your mama and sending so much love your way. Love, Taylor"

This isn't the first time the 25-year-old has had a giving heart.

In July, she also gave $50K to a little girl battling leukemia.

We are so touched by Taylor's generosity, and we are sending our love to baby Ayden and his family during this difficult time!

Celebrites.Tim Gunn Says His Relationship With Anna Wintour Is 'Hostile!' Get The Details About Their Ongoing Feud!

Tim Gunn and Anna Wintour STILL haven't settled their feud.

On Wednesday, the fashion consultant opened up to Meredith Vieira on her talk show about his ongoing feud with the Vogue editor-in-chief.

He explains that he has a "hostile" relationship with her, and that the whole thing started when she blew one of his interviews out of proportion:

"The most benign of all the experiences I've had with her had to do with a question that I was asked by the New York Post and the question was the following, 'What is the most unforgettable moment you've ever seen in fashion?' Very matter of fact question and very matter of fact response and it was, 'Watching Anna Wintour being carried down 5 flights of stairs from a fashion show.'"

The 62-year-old revealed that the comment wasn't meant to insult the magazine mogul, but she certainly didn't respond positively to it:

"Her office called my office the next day and demanded a retraction and I said, 'But its true, it happened.' I mean I didn't make this up and they still demanded a retraction and I said no. There were many calls back and forth and finally, there was a call during which her Director of Communications said, 'I'll have you know Ms. Wintour knows how to work a Manolo.'"

He said he responded in the hopes of clarifying that he didn't mean for his answer to be malicious:

"I said it wasn't a matter of not being able to down the stairs to descent, it was a matter of speed. She had two bodyguards, who made a firemen's lock, she sat in it. They wooshed her down these stairs and put her right into her car to get to another fashion show because this fashion show as in the fifth floor of the Metropolitan Pavilion. They had to move her fast."

That makes sense! Seeing a woman physically carried down the stairs at lightning speed sounds like a pretty unforgettable moment, don't you think Perezcious readers?

Well, Tim quipped that it seemed fairly forgettable to the 65-year-old, who he claims has a selective memory:

"She's a history revisionist, in her mind it never happened basically."

While the feud has spanned a few years now, the Project Runway personality says he has no intention of making peace, and that he's sort of relieved regarding the whole thing:

"May I say this though, there is so much that happens at that unique publication that is so of another world and another planet. I'm happy to have a bad relationship with it because I wouldn't want to have a good one."

He said that his biggest issue with Anna really stems from the ways in which she treats other people, explaining:

"I have huge respect and regard for Ms. Wintour's charitable work. It's wonderful and my hat's off to her but I just wish that she navigated the world with a little more respect for other people."

He even described one instance of disrespect when she completely shut down a fan on a flight:

"So she [the flight attendant] went over and this man next to Anna Wintour, she was seated at the window and he was at the aisle, rose as she rose her own hand up as a gesture of, this is now an international incident, and the man said to her, 'You have to go away Miss.' So she wouldn't even allow her to lean and say, 'Ms. Wintour it's so lovely to have you on the plane.' I don't understand it."

Wow! That does seem kind of cold! To be honest, we can't even really believe that this rivalry has gone on for so long, all because of one misinterpreted interview quote!

Up and coming star Shia LaBeouf, who is rapidly becoming a favorite of the fashion industry as well as Hollywood, was briefly detained and then released after an alleged bar fight Saturday night, according to Us magazine. Apparently a fellow patron at Mad Bull’s Tavern, which is located in Sherman Oaks, California, had been taunting LaBeouf and reportedly “sucker punched” the star when the two stepped outside. No charges were filed, and the LAPD commented that the customers who had been picking on LaBeouf ran away before police arrived.

But there’s plenty of positive celebrity news about LaBeouf too. New trailers for Transformers: Dark of the Moon have been released and indicate that the movie will be a definite crowd pleaser. LaBeouf appears in the movie alongside Rosie Huntington-Whiteley.

According to E! News, the latest celebrity news on Lindsay Lohan is that the L.A. County District Attorney’s office won’t be charging her with felony theft for allegedly taking a necklace valued at $2,500. At least not today. Right now, prosecutor Danette Meyers is going over the evidence that was presented by the LAPD last week. If she believes a felony charge is indicated, then prosecutors would either set an arraignment date or arrange a time for her to report to the police. Police would not be sent to arrest Lohan.

There is some positive celebrity news and gossip on the Lohan front, however. Website TMZ is reporting that Lohan is in talks to appear in the new Superman movie as a “major character,” but not as Lois Lane.

Even in rehab Lindsay Lohan couldn’t escape being the target of celebrity news and gossip, and now that she’s been released, reports are saying that her altercation with a staffer violated terms of her probation. A Riverside County Sheriff’s Department spokesperson was reported by CNN to have said that the in-rehab dust-up was a violation of probation. The staffer was fired after the incident for speaking to tabloids about it.

Lohan’s lawyer has only commented that it was she and not the staffer who called 911 for help after the incident. The staffer, Dawn Holland, has said she does not want to file charges, but the local DA’s office is determining whether Lohan should face battery charges, which now seems unlikely. Lohan is scheduled to appear in court February 1 for a review of her probation.

On her two divorces: “No one really knows what has happened in my life. No one really knows why my first marriage didn’t last; no one knows why my second didn’t. And I’m proud of those silences.”

On failed marriages: “I know lots of people who are not in the public eye who have gone through several marriages, I really do, and it’s just those are the cards that life dealt me. I didn’t plan on its being that way . And f-ck me, it hasn’t been easy, you know.”

On her husband Ned Rocknroll: “Thank God for Ned—really. He’s just so incredibly supportive, and he’s so much fun. He’s absolutely everything to me. And to all of us.”

On body image and health: “We all focus on our bodies in our late teens and our early 20s, in a way that is just not cool or healthy. In your 30s, you become aware of staying fit. Now I view my physical self as an instrument that I have to keep going because I’m a mother, and I have to be as healthy as I can for those three people who need me—more than I need for myself to be in a f-cking nude scene.”

The 38-year-old actor and UNICEF ambassador met with Syrian refugees near the border of Greece.

“These children have traveled through one of the deadliest refugee and migrant routes in the world,” Orlando said in a statement. “I talked to children who endured terrifying journeys, often in extreme weather conditions and for many, walking in the only shoes and clothes they have.”

He continued, “They are being shuttled from one authority to another, crossing numerous borders, uncertain of the risks ahead. If they arrive safely at their final destination, they still fear an uncertain future. We need to protect and support them.”
