Faith Evans' focus has changes since she has become a mother. She is not in a rush to start a new album.

Instead she has spent quite a bit of time on her new written memoir work called Keeping the Faith. Regarding this she says:

"The most work I've done outside of kids and school was this book. My daughter's fifteen, so I've got to be around. Music is still my love, but I've got to do things that make sense for my family life."

Her youngest child is Ryder Evan, who is 17 months old. Evans is also mother to Joshua (10 years old), Christopher 'CJ' Jordan (11 ½ years old), and Chyna (15 years old).

Rebecca Romijn is a dedicated Dolly Parton fan, so she is leaning
towards calling one of her new girls by "Dolly". For the sake of humor, husband Jerry jokes it would be fun to name the other "Lama."

They seem to be having a lot of fun with the process of choosing names
for their brand new family members. They also have been taking other
people's advice to heart.

For example, they have determined that it is not wise to call them by
rhyming names or to refer to them as 'the twins.'

25 year old Mother rescued after Trapped for Five Days

Amber Pennell was probably not famous until last week, but the story of her rescue is amazing. This mother of two was found on August 21st after being trapped underwater for five days.

News reports everywhere mention her strong "will to live" as the main reason she is still alive. This motivation was mostly because of her two children, who were the first to people she spoke about when found.

Amber had plunged straight down a distance of approximately 80 into a ravine while traveling on the highway. Very little clues were given as to her whereabouts, but amazingly she was still found.

This is quite a miracle. She was in pretty rough shape-broken bones, hypothermia, chest injury, skull fracture. But she made it! A week later people are still talking about it.

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller just announced the upcoming arrival of their first baby today. Charlie says, "Brooke and I are thrilled! She’s the best step mom Sam, Lola and Cassandra could ever hope for."

It seems to be a natural step for the new couple, who just were married on May 30th this past spring. They even said in June that this would be their next step-to have a child together.

Charlie Sheen is dad to three other girls-Cassandra Jade who is now 23 years old, Sam who is four years old, and Lola Rose who is 3 years old.

Minnie Driver's due date is supposed to be late August. will she make it? She still has four days so we will have to wait and see.

She is excited about being a first time mom and says, "It's something I've wanted to do my whole life; I can't believe I've waited this long."

She does not reveal who the father is. However, she is happy that her pregnancy is well-received by numerous people. She also is elated even if it was not planned.

Baby Einstein and celebrity parents just recently teamed up for a celebration. Pregnant actress Jennifer Garner was the host of this special event.

The Baby Einstein's 10 Anniversary Celebration offered an entire afternoon of fun. Children learned and played in different stations called "discovery zones."

Other celebrity parents that showed up to the Baby Einstein 10th Anniversary Event were star Melissa Joan Hart and son Brady, pregnant celebrity Gena Lee Nolin, as well as Sean Patrick and Aonika Laurent Thomas who showed off 3-month-old Lolia Jolie.

Popstar Ricky Martin's boys were actually born a few weeks ago. But the announcement of the birth was just publicized today (Wednesday).
Ricky expresses that he is "elated to begin this in his life as a parent" and that he will be spending the remainder of the year out of the spotlight.

His statements seem to show that he indeed really wants to bond with them. No other details such as time of birth and names of babies have been given yet.

Christina Applegate wants to be a mom, and is not going to let a cancer diagnosis discourage her hope. Days before she was diagnosed with breast cancer last month, Christina told an interviewer of her longing to get pregnant. “I’m at that age where, biologically, it calls me a lot,” she said. “I don’t want to wait until I’m in my mid-40s.”

Star magazine reports that Christina has vowed to put off a punishing course of chemotherapy until after she has succeeded in starting a family. Christina’s is trying to conceive a baby with musician Martyn Lenoble, whom she has dated for several months. She does plan to begin chemotherapy treatments, as soon as possible after the birth.

“A baby is the most important thing in the world to Christina right now,” said the source. “She doesn’t want to expose her body to chemo or radiation until after she gives birth.”
