SM Gensan Building Collapse

Four people were injured when the fourth floor of the Shoe Mart (SM) car park building undergoing construction collapsed at dawn on Sunday in General Santos City.

Construction activities were immediately halted at the east wing of the SM mall complex along San Miguel St, according to General Santos City Engineer Office chief Mark Reyes.

Monolith Construction declined to issue any further statement during a press conference it organised late Sunday afternoon, saying that the incident is now under investigation.

Project engineer, Jeston Mangete, likewise refused to comment on reports that the integrity of the building may have been compromised by alleged pilferage of round bars from the construction site.

The SM mall complex is said to be the biggest of its kind in Mindanao, according to Hans Sy of SM Prime Holdings, who recently visited the city in order to turn over to the local government the 440-meter two-lane concrete road that it constructed to expand its front entrance road access.

Sy said that they expect to open the mall in the first quarter of next year.

Reyes said that their own investigators have not yet entered the collapsed construction site, saying they are still waiting for the SM structural and civil engineers who are expected to fly in Monday.

The area is now cordoned off and members of the local press are barred from entering the construction site.

The city engineer, however, said that construction at the main SM building will still proceed as the cark park is a separate structure and has a separate building permit.

Monolith Construction, a Quezon City-based construction company, could not give an estimate to the losses that the damage and the delay will cause to the project.

The contractor, however, said the collapsed portion of the building covered at least 390 square meters and it also damaged the third and second floor areas. The damaged portion separated the southern and northern portions of the building.

There was no immediate statement from SM Prime Holdings on the matter.

SM is the fifth and the biggest shopping mall to rise in the city at the cost of P2.5 billion.

In 2009, Robinson Place opened its mall along J. Catolico St. The others are Gaisano General Santos, KCC Gensan and Fitmart.

The Henry Sy-owned SM Mall in General Santos reportedly has a floor area of more than 150,000 meters and will employ roughly 500 workers.

SM is reportedly leasing the land from the Salazar family and its lease contract covers 20 years, subject to renewal.

Dancing With The Stars Season 13

It was a music festival night at the 2011 MTV VMAs on Sunday (August 28) at Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles.

The big winners of the night included Adele and Katy Perry, who each went home with three awards. Lady Gaga, Nicki Minaj, Kanye West, and Britney Spears were also winners during the show.

Katy Perry went home with Video of the Year for her song “Firework.”

One of the evening’s highlights was Beyonce announcing her pregnancy on the show’s red carpet.

All eyes were on the singer on the MTV VMAs red carpet on Sunday night thanks to her brand-new accessory: A baby bump!

That's right, Beyonce and Jay-Z are expecting their first baby.

The 29-year-old entertainer made the announcement by showing off her tiny baby bump when she hit the carpet at the 2011 MTV VMAs on Sunday (August 28) at Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles.

Beyonce, wearing a bright orange Lanvin gown, also told photographers, “I have a surprise for you!” before holding her belly.

MTV confirmed the baby news on Twitter, saying, "OMG Beyonce just made a huge announcement on the #vma carpet! #baby!!!!"

Beyonce's little sis Solange also tweeted her thoughts on the baby news, saying, ":)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

Rapper, record producer and singer. Kanye Omari West was born in Atlanta, Georgia, on June 8, 1977.

Jay-Z Born in 1969 and raised in the rough Marcy Projects of Brooklyn, NY, Jay-Z underwent some tough times after his father left his mother before the young rapper was even a teen.

Jay-Z and Kanye West are getting up off their big thrones to perform at tomorrow's VMAs.

Who knew the two hip-hop superstars were even coming to this year's Moonman shindig.

When I was down at Nokia Live on Thursday to get a peek at the seating arrangement, there were no placards for Jay-Z or West.

I'm told most of the MTV crew and production team don't even know yet when they'll actually take the stage during the show.

Now, the big question: Will Beyoncé join them? Jay-Z's wifey is featured on "Lift Off," one of the tunes on Jay-Z and West's new album, Watch the Throne.

Previously announced performers include Lady Gaga, Adele, Chris Brown and Young the Giant, among others. The night will also include tributes to Britney Spears and the late Amy Winehouse.

Did Justin Timberlake fail to break bigger with Friends With Benefits? Did X-Men: First Class come up on the smallish side?

Big, fiery bombs don't fall along the margins. Like the following summer-movie-season flameouts, they detonate—and impress—in full view:

1. Green Lantern: Who lost more here? The studio that spent $200 million (at least) on a film that still hasn't made that much worldwide? Ryan Reynolds, who, thanks to this flick and The Change-Up, is one strike away from being out? Actually, our money's on Sinestro, who seemed totally geeked for a sequel.

2. Cowboys & Aliens: Jon Favreau's film "kicked ass" at 2010 Comic Con, which should have been the giveaway. The scary-bad bottom line: $163 million budget; $108 million worldwide gross—and not much love all-around.

3. Pixar's bulletproof shield: It's full of holes after critics shot up Cars 2.

4. Critics' opinions: Granted, nobody's taken them seriously since forever (see: Cars 2's box-office success), but have they ever been more blatantly ignored than this summer? Name one reviewer who didn't think The Hangover Part II was the SAME MOVIE as The Hangover. Now, name one guy in line at a multiplex who cared. In any case, the critics were wrong. The movies weren't the same. Part II made more money.

5. Glee: The 3D Concert Movie: Here's who didn't get the last spot on our list: Mel Gibson. Did The Beaver do anything? No, it did less than nothing. But, unlike that offbeat movie from a tarnished star, semi-big things were expected of Glee's big-screen debut. When the film didn't open in a manner becoming Hannah Montana (or the Jonas Brothers), the franchise suffered a very public fall—and, perhaps harshest of all, took blame for the (ongoing) death of 3-D.

Ricky Gervais Asked to Host the Golden Globes Again

Ricky Gervais has risen to the top of British comedy, for his innovative performances in his own productions of the Office and recently, Extras. His comedy is quite unique and includes a taste for the comedy of embarrassment, which during the Office can at times be excruciating.

Ricky was warned he would never work in Hollywood again after his controversial turn presenting the Golden Globes earlier this year. But the comic defied the critics by revealing he has been invited back to host the film awards for a third time.

The Office and Extras co-creator and star caused outrage in some sections of the US media with his jokes at the expense of Charlie Sheen, Robert Downey Jr, Johnny Depp and Playboy's Hugh Hefner at the Golden Globes ceremony in January.

File this one under things we didn't see coming.

Not even a year after Ricky Gervais riled up more than a few celebs with his controversial Golden Globes stint, the funnyman is claiming NBC asked him to host the awards show again.

So, is Gervais really back in the running to host the Globes or is the comedian just pulling our leg?

Gervais reveals to E! News he has been asked by NBC to consider hosting the show for the third time...and he wasn't joking.

"NBC have indeed asked me to consider doing it again," Gervais said in a statement. "However I think the Hollywood Foreign Press would need an awful lot of persuading. I would love to work with NBC again as they have been nothing but supportive and honorable but I'm not sure a third hosting would be as much fun as the second. Never say never though."

An "awful lot of persuading" on the part of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association might be an understatement.

Shortly after he bashed the likes of Johnny Depp and Angelina Jolie (among many others) at this past year's Golden Globe Awards, Gervais stirred up the rumor mill with claims that the organizers of the show had already asked him to come back again.

The still miffed HFPA, however, said Gervais's story was totally false.

"There is no truth to this rumor," the group's President, Philip Berk told E! News in February. "We have not asked him to come back. Nice try, Ricky."

While we're not exactly sure if the HFPA is ready to get on board with a third go round of Gervais' celeb snubbing just yet (or ever), we want to know do you want to see Gervais host the show again?

NHC tropical cyclone forecast tracks can be in error. This forecast uncertainty is conveyed by the track forecast "cone", the solid white and stippled white areas in the graphic. The solid white area depicts the track forecast uncertainty for days 1-3 of the forecast, while the stippled area depicts the uncertainty on days 4-5. Historical data indicate that the entire 5-day path of the center of the tropical cyclone will remain within the cone about 60-70% of the time.

To form the cone, a set of imaginary circles are placed along the forecast track at the 12, 24, 36, 48, 72, 96, and 120 h positions, where the size of each circle is set so that it encloses 67% of the previous five years official forecast errors. The cone is then formed by smoothly connecting the area swept out by the set of circles.

There is also uncertainty in the NHC intensity forecasts. The Maximum 1-minute Wind Speed Probability Table provides intensity forecast and uncertainty information.

It is also important to realize that a tropical cyclone is not a point. Their effects can span many hundreds of miles from the center. The area experiencing hurricane force (one-minute average wind speeds of at least 74 mph) and tropical storm force (one-minute average wind speeds of 39-73 mph) winds can extend well beyond the white areas shown enclosing the most likely track area of the center. The distribution of hurricane and tropical storm force winds in this tropical cyclone can be seen in the Wind History graphic linked above.

Considering the combined forecast uncertainties in track, intensity, and size, the chances that any particular location will experience winds of 34 kt (tropical storm force), 50 kt, or 64 kt (hurricane force) from this tropical cyclone are presented in tabular form for selected locations and forecast positions. This information is also presented in graphical form for the 34 kt, 50 kt, and 64 kt thresholds.

Prince Harry's Coming to California

Henry Charles Albert David Mountbatten-Windsor; born September 15, 1984; commonly known as Prince Harry is the younger son of Charles, Prince of Wales and his first wife, the late Diana, Princess of Wales.

Prince Harry, who's a captain in the British Army Air Corps, will be heading to the Southern California desert in the near future, along with the rest of his unit, to participate in an exercise for Apache helicopter pilots.

The prince's military unit is set to participate in an exercise for Apache helicopter pilots called Crimson Eagle. Among the sites potentially involved are the naval aviation facility at El Centro in Imperial County, the Gila Bend (Ariz.) Auxiliary Air Force Base and the Barry M. Goldwater U.S. Air Force Range.

Most of the details, such as exactly when Harry's flying over, have not been released—this is a military matter, after all—but we do know what the special (because it's royal!) op is called.

Harry will be flying in an exercise called Crimson Eagle, according to the Los Angeles Times.

Word in Britain is that Prince William's brother, who served for two months in Afghanistan before too much media coverage blew his cover on the front lines in Helmand province and he was forced to leave, is readying for a redeployment to the war-torn region.

U.S. sites that may be in on the action, per the Times, include the naval aviation base El Centro in Imperial County, Calif., and the Gila Bend Auxiliary Air Force Base and the Barry M. Goldwater U.S. Air Force Range, both in Arizona.

On Wednesday, Harry was at Sizewell Beach in Suffolk to meet with the familes of four Englishmen who, by kayak, were retracing the route of 32 Dutchmen who escaped Nazi-occupied Holland by boat in 1941. Only eight men survived the journey.

The Brits embarked on the 40-hour trip to raise money for the Suffolk Foundation and Combat Stress, a cause Harry supports.

"It is appropriate that today's endeavour should be in support of Combat Stress, which does so much to help our young servicemen and women," he told reporters on the beach.

Prince Harry served two months with British forces in Afghanistan. The British press has suggested that the helicopter training is in preparation for redeployment to Afghanistan.

Amy Winehouse Parents Attending MTV VMAs?

Get ready for some tears at Sunday's MTV Video Music Awards.

She was born Amy Jade Winehouse, on September 14, 1983, in Enfield, London, England to a Jewish family with Russian ancestry on her mother's side. Her father, Mitchell Winehouse, was a taxi driver, her mother, Janis Winehouse (nee Seaton), was a pharmacist.

Not only is Tony Bennett introducing a tribute to Amy Winehouse, but also the show's producers just told me.

Winehouse's parents, Mitch and Janis, may make an appearance, too.

"We hope so," executive producer Jesse Ignjatovic said earlier today at Nokia Theater L.A. Live, where the awards are taking place. "We're out to them. It would be amazing."

Fellow exec producer Dave Sirulnick said, "We're still working on it. Some pieces are still coming together."

MTV announced earlier this week that the tribute will include never-before-seen footage of Bennett and Winehouse recording "Body and Soul" together in March at the famed Abbey Road Studios in London. It was the "Rehab" singer's last recording session before she died last month at age 27.

"She touched so many people and her music touched so many people," Sirulnick said. "She influenced so many of the people who have come since. It had only been a few years since she burst on the scene but when you think of all those people she has influenced, there are so many. Her voice, her presence, and talk about the timelessness of her music."

Jim Carrey Message to Emma Stone

Jim Carrey just posted a video on his new site, JimCarreyTruLife.com, on which he directly professes his love to 22-year-old Emma Stone. For the record, Carrey's rep says the clip is a comedy. But frankly, it's no Ace Ventura, and we're not sure how we feel about it.

Positioned in an extreme close-up, the actor professed his feelings to Andrew Garfield's girlfriend by saying things like:

"I just wanted to let you know that I think you're all the way beautiful. Not just pretty, but, you know, smart and kindhearted. And if I were a lot younger, I would marry you, and we would have chubby little freckled-faced kids..."

OK, so that was kinda funny, but then he goes on to say:

"Every day for the rest of your life, you would thank God that I was the appropriate age for you. But I'm not. I'm 49. I have lines on my face, sometimes a little gray in my beard, and it takes me a little longer to pee than it used to. Those are the only discernible signs of aging that I can find so far.

"Anyway, I just wanted to let you know how I felt. You're pretty special, and I wish you continued success and artistic fulfillment, but most of all, I wish you love and contentment. That's all."

Hmmm. There's no word on them doing a movie together, so it can't be a publicity stunt (unless they just signed on to something and he's giving us a hint!).

Maybe Jim really did fall for The Help star? (They were sitting close to each other at the MTV Movie Awards.) Or maybe this is just comedy.

We'll just have to wait and see how Stone responds. (Remember, Emma: Age ain't nothin' but a number.)

It's no surprise that singer Rihanna is quite the sexual being and obviously embraces it, but could Rihanna be the latest victim of having her intimate moment released for the world to see?

Maybe, Adult company Hustler confirms that they have a sex tape of the Barbadian beauty in their posession, but the starlet is shooting it down.

Reports claim the tape in question involved Rihanna and rapper J. Cole, who opened for the singer on her 2011 Loud tour.

Hustler said "We have not made any decisions about what we are going to do with it yet."

But according to Ri-Ri, there are no decisions that need to be made, because there is no sex tape.

"We don't believe U, U need more people...AND ofcourse an actual sextape! #slownewsday," she tweeted.

Chains and whips may excite her, but we're not sure we'll get to see any proof of that anytime soon.

Megan Fox says she's getting rid of her Marilyn Monroe tattoo. But whenever I see photos of a celebrity's "removed" tat, it's still pretty clear. Megan is stuck with Marilyn forever, isn't she?

Indeed, these days we aren't seeing the full bombshell on Fox's arm, but rather a faded one, like a photo of Marilyn that's been left out in the sun. Is that really what passes for tattoo removal? I found out. I also found out why so many stars are really getting their ink blasted. The intel may surprise you, because, heck, it surprised me.

Turns out she’s getting rid of the ink bombshell. “I got the tattoo as a warning,” she said. “It warns me not to let myself be treated so badly by the film industry.”

Megan Fox, of course, isn't the first star to try removing or altering a tat. Angelina Jolie famously removed a tattoo of ex Billy Bob Thornton and replaced the image with a tribute to her children. Paris Hilton went through laser removal to get rid of a tattoo honoring ex Nick Carter. Charlie Sheen got Denise Richards' name removed from his wrist. As for Fox, she says she's removing the Marilyn ink because it conjures "negative" energy.

"I'm removing it," Fox told Italian magazine Amica. "It is a negative character, as she suffered from personality disorders and was bipolar. I do not want to attract this kind of negative energy in my life." (As for why she got it in the first place, I have that, too: ""It warns me not to let myself be treated so badly by the film industry so that it breaks me down."

The results of Fox's removal efforts seem almost wasted. After all, in the most recent photos, we still, clearly, can see a Marilyn on Fox's arm. In fact, rarely do we ever see photos of a celeb tattoo that has been removed with complete success. So does that mean that a tattoo is totally forever?

No. According to Ian Kirby of the Beverly Hills-based removal practice Dr. Tattoff, what you're seeing isn't a before or after, but rather, somewhere in between. Too often, when we see a paparazzi photo celebrity's tattoo "removed," what we're really seeing is a star's body in the middle of the slow process of nixing it.

During a proper removal procedure, "the laser comes in like a hammer and smashes the ink pigment, allowing your body's immune system to more easily take it away," Kirby explains. "Your body does half the work in removing a tattoo that way."

In other words, that faded Marilyn we're seeing? Those are blasted, weakened bits of ink that Fox's own body is now working to finish off. Eventually, Kirby predicts, "it seems like she'll probably see a full removal" of the image.

As for why Fox is really removing the image in the first place, sure, maybe she doesn't want all that "negativity" around. And, yes, a lot of stars remove the tats after a breakup. But here's another reason that you may not know: Stars hate sitting in a makeup chair. Kirby says that many of the celebs who use Dr. Tattoff tell the doctors there that they want to decrease their time in that makeup chair, so they're getting their tats, well, off.

Hilary Duff is going to have a lot more time to prepare for motherhood in the next few months, she was just axed from the upcoming Bonnie & Clyde reboot.

Duff has been on a roll lately: a wedding, a just-announced pregnancy and a totally killer movie role.

Following in the footsteps of Faye Dunaway, the actress landed the plum part of Clyde Barrow's bankrobbing girlfriend, Bonnie Parker, in the upcoming remake of the 1967 classic Bonnie & Clyde.

But now comes word that the actress is out and the movie's director has gone searching for a replacement.

She just learned a cold, hard lesson -- Hollywood's not hiring a lot of pregnant women to play legendary bank robbers, which is why she just got dropped from "The Story of Bonnie and Clyde."

In an official statement given to E! News, producers of The Story of Bonnie and Clyde say they will have to recast the part because Duff's pregnancy conflicts with shooting set for the fall (not to mention the physical demands of a role that involves robbing banks and stuff). Not only that, but Kevin Zegers, who's slated to play Clyde, is also out as well, though not because he's expecting.

"We were told that Duff would not be available until June 2012 and that Zegers would not be available until January of the new year," read the statement. "Due to our obligations with investors and international buyers it is imperative that we stick to our current schedule. Therefore we are forced to explore other options for the two lead roles."

The decision to part ways was said to be amicable and "happens all the time in the world of filmmaking."

The 23-year-old Duff confirmed on her blog last week that she and hubby Mike Comrie were expecting their first child.

A rep for the actress was unavailable for comment.

After Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries said “I do,” the happy couple and their guests moved the festivities to another tent on the private Montecito, Calif., estate to party the night away —

but not before a quick wardrobe change for the bride and groom.

After Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries had swapped vows in a three-hanky (one for laughter!) ceremony, they moved the festivities to another tent on the grounds of the same private Montecito, Calif., estate, the latter decked out in glam, old-Hollywood black and white that signaled the newlyweds were ready to party!

From Kim‘s multiple wardrobe changes, the swarming camera crews, and the exclusive estate where it all went down, Kim and Kris‘ nuptials will not soon be forgotten when it comes to discussing extravagant ceremonies! But how do you think it compares to some other high profile weddings?

Kris merely swapped his white jacket and bowtie for black, to match his groomsmen, but Kim traded her wedding gown, with its full tulle skirt, for another Vera Wang creation. This time, the blushing bride wore an ivory mermaid gown with hand-pieced Chantilly lace appliqué on the bodice and a skirt with hand-cut organza petals intermixed with Chantilly lace motifs and organza sprig embroidery.

Robin Thicke was on hand to introduce "Mr. and Mrs. Humphries," and then the couple enjoyed their first dance to Thicke's "Angels." The soulman, whose dad Alan Thicke was also a guest, transitioned into "Let's' Stay Together," and soon the newlyweds weren't the only two on the floor anymore, according to E!'s Ken Baker, who attended as a guest.

Demi Lovato also made it to the party, but she was there to mingle, not show off her vocal talents.

"Kim, you look beautiful in your second dress," mother-of-the-bride Kris Jenner quipped, to which Kim fired back, "Third one's coming!"

"Honey, do you want to say anything?" Kris Jenner asked hubby Bruce when they were still commanding the mic. "Are you going to let me?" was Bruce's reply.

But then the former Olympian expressed his sincere congratulations to Kim and Kris. Noting that all 10 of his children were in the house, he said, "Tonight is really about family— joining two families." (Quick rundown of those kids, of the blood and by-marriage variety: Kim, Kourtney, Khloé, Rob, Kylie, Kendall, Brody, Brandon, Casey and Burt.)

Wolfgang Puck catered the dinner, which kicked off with a buffalo mozzarella and heirloom tomato salad with basil and "tomato chips"; followed by a choice of hand-formed agnolotti with sweet corn mascarpone and summer truffles, or roast chicken with Yukon Gold potato puree, caramelized brussels sprouts and summer truffles.

The best man and bridesmaids took the stage to give speeches. Kendall and Kylie had already changed into matching white track suits and were later joined in their comfort by Khloé and Kourtney.

Before she changed, however, Khloé encouraged the guests, "Shake your t-ts!" And presumably she wants Kim and Kris to live a long, happy life together, etc.

After more celebrating, Earth, Wind & Fire played "September," then directed everyone's attention to the back of the room for some dessert action.

Kim was still wearing dress No. 2 when she and Kris cut into a decadent, multi-tiered chocolate-and-vanilla swirl cake studded with chocolate chips; but sure enough, later in the evening, Kim disappeared and reappeared in a crepe-back, V-neck satin gown with a circle skirt, again by Vera Wang. (Kris seemed to be doing fine in his black tux.)

After the cake cutting, a deejay took over the tunes and the dancing continued.

And now Kim Kardashian and basketball star Kris Humphries were married this evening at a private estate in Montecito, Calif., surrounded by friends and family, E! News and People exclusively confirm.

The couple exchanged vows in front of approximately 440 guests, including Demi Lovato, Babyface, Mario Lopez, Maria Menounos, Sugar Ray Leonard, Mark Ballas, Avril Lavigne, Lindsay Lohan, and Kathy Lee Gifford at the private estate of venture capitalist Frank Caufield in Montecito, California.

The bride wore a custom Vera Wang gown, while the groom looked spiffy in an Ermenegildo Zegna tuxedo with a white jacket and tie. Husband and wife exchanged Lorraine Schwartz wedding bands, the same designer behind Kim's 20.5-carat engagement ring.

In a stylish accent that we can only describe as "very Pippa," Kim's sisters all wore white Vera Wang bridesmaid dresses. Humphries' groomsmen, including brother-in-law Rob Kardashian and Lamar Odom, suited up in black Zegna tuxes, as did Bruce Jenner and Kris' dad, William Humphries,

Self-proclaimed "momzilla" Kris Jenner, who has now watched two of her little girls walk down the aisle, also donned Vera Wang for the occasion.

But while it seems as if the Kardashians and Jenners could account for a few hundred people themselves, there were plenty of other familiar faces sitting in those chairs.

Guests included Lindsay Lohan, Eva Longoria, Ryan Seacrest and Julianne Hough, Mel B, Brittny Gastineau, LaLa Vazquez and Carmelo Anthony,Sugar Ray Leonard and The Spin Crowd's Jonathan Cheban, many of whom had tweeted beforehand about how excited they were for Kim's big day.

Members of the New Jersey Nets were also given the all-clear to gather in one place for a good cause, despite a rule that prevents teammates from being in contact during the NBA lockout. And that's especially nice, because Jordan Farmar, Humphries' current Nets cohort and Odom's former Lakers teammate, is only the guy who introduced the bride and groom!

The multipart festivities had been cloaked in confidentiality from the start—minus the fact that a camera crew was often on hand for E!'s exclusive behind-the-scenes wedding special (airing in two parts on Oct. 9-10)—from the day the $250 invitations arrived swearing guests to secrecy (and a black-and-white wardrobe) to the not-until-go-time reveal of Kim's gown.

In a KIIS-FM interview with Seacrest yesterday, Kim had expressed surprise over how calm she felt—though she admitted to already freaking out over "everything and anything" about a week ago.

While the newlyweds are forgoing an exotic honeymoon for now, the party sure isn't over. Mr. and Mrs. Kris Humphries and their guests will cap off the night with a lavish reception nearby. Kim said that she was hoping all of her guests would appreciate how "fun and glitz and glam" the night was going to be. "It will be so intimate, and so...really heartfelt. And they will think, 'Oh my God, that dress.'"

Taylor Swift Wardrobe Malfunction

Looks like fans at the Taylor Swift concert in St. Louis on Saturday got a little more for their money than they thought.

Taylor Swift is well-known for favoring floaty, feminine frocks (phew, how's that for alliteration?). Her signature style backfired on her unexpectedly, however, during her tour stop in St. Louis on Sunday.

Swift took the stage that evening to perform her hit "You Belong With Me," dressed in one of her trademark gowns. A wind machine on stage must have been ill-placed, because the singer stepped in front of it and it blew her dress's swishy skirt right up, fully exposing her rear end.

Despite her quick recovery attempt, Swift continued singing for another few beats with part of her dress still up.

Luckily, Swift was prepared for such a "wardrobe malfunction" she was wearing nude-colored briefs, which offered complete coverage and kept the mishap decidedly G-rated.

Most admirably, Swift kept her cool during the little blowup. Most girls would have reflexively grabbed at the skirt--but, ever the professional, Swift merely scuttled a bit and continued on with her performance. In fact, fans watching her from the front probably had no idea any funny business had gone on.

Swift is currently in the North American leg of her largely sold-out Speak Now world tour.

Corporate America still loves Jersey Shore.

Shore star Vinny Guadagnino has landed a gig as the celeb face of Philips Norelco's new back-to-school campaign.

No, Vinny is not promoting education and institutions of higher learning. The company wants him to show young men how to stay well-groomed.

"Well, Marc, I did graduate from college," Vinny said with a laugh when I caught with him earlier this week. "I lived in a dorm and I know what it's like not being able to get haircuts. The point is to stay fresh and the haircut is the most important thing to me."

Meanwhile, Vinny tells me he does want to go back to school—acting school, that is. "I want to taking acting classes," he said. "I don't feel that because I'm on Jersey Shore I belong in movies. I want to really perfect it so what when it is all over, I'll actually have a résumé and I can have a career in acting."

As for the never-ending question of when Vinny and the rest of the Jersey crew will call it quits, he said, "I don't know. I thought that this was going to be a one-hour special on MTV about a bunch of people, you know what I'm saying? I didn't know it was going to be all this."

Although the cast of Jersey Shore have taken advantage of their success to land lucrative endorsement deals, Jersey Shore house mate Angelina Pivarnick has landed the first film role of the Jersey ensemble.

According to Radar Online, Jersey Shore cast member Angelina Pivarnick has made the leap from the TV to the silver screen with a role in the film, Every Time I Go To Staten Island Something Bad Happens. Although Jersey Shore is supposed to feature natives of New Jersey, Pivarnick is originally from Staten Island, which should help with the role.

It’s unknown which role that Angelina Pivarnick has in the film, but a source close to the production revealed shooting will begin soon. "The movie will start filming the first week of February, and will be shoot in Staten Island of course."

Indiana State Fair Concert Cancelled

There will be no Janet Jackson or Lady Antebellum concerts at the Indiana State Fair this week. Fair officials announced Monday that both have been canceled in the wake of the tragedy at the Hoosier Lottery Grandstand on Saturday, when a hulk of stage rigging and equipment was shoved over by a burst of wind, killing five and injuring dozens.

The Train and Maroon 5 concert on Thursday has been moved to the Conseco Fieldhouse. Bands will donate their fees to the Indiana State Fair Remembrance Fund.

The devastating tragedy that struck the Indiana State Fair just before Sugarland's performance and killed five people, has left a lot of the nation rattled, and it looks like Janet Jackson, Maroon 5 and Lady Antebellum are no exception.

These performers have all decided to cancel their upcoming shows at the fair after the incident that occurred on Saturday.

Each musical act took to their personal blogs to explain to fans what led to axing the shows.

Lady Antebellum's site read, "As a result of the terrible tragedy that occurred at the Indiana State Fair on August 13th, several bands have made the difficult decision to cancel their shows. Lady A's appearance, which was scheduled for August 19th will no longer be taking place. Ticket refunds will be honored by returning to the original point of purchase.

The band also made a formal statement in response to the horrible event that took place: "We were so sad to hear what happened and have kept the families of those injured and especially those that lost their lives in our prayers."

Janet's website kept it short with, "Due to the recent tragedy at the Indiana State Fair, officials have canceled all of the concerts that were scheduled to take place on Wednesday, August 17th, including JANET," and reassured fans that their money will be refunded.

Meanwhile, Maroon 5, who was scheduled to perform with Train, decided to relocate instead of completely canceling the concert all together. "All previously purchased Train and Maroon 5 tickets for the show at the Indiana State Fair will be honored at Conseco Fieldhouse on the night of the show. The Artists, Indiana State Fair and Conseco Fieldhouse will all donate the entire proceeds from the concert to the Indiana State Fair Remembrance Fund," read a statement on the band's site.
