Kelly Brook (born Kelly Ann Parsons on 23 November 1979) is an English model, actress, occasional swimwear designer and television presenter.
Her website curiously labels her: 'actress, model, superstar'.

Born Kelly Parsons on November 23, 1979, in Rochester, Kent, England, she is the daughter of Sandra, a cook, and Ken, a scaffolder. Ken Parsons died from cancer in November 2007.

Kelly attended The Thomas Aveling School in Warren Wood, Rochester, Kent. After leaving school in Rochester, Brook studied at the Italia Conti stage school in London for three years before becoming a professional model.

Brook's modelling career began at 16 after winning a beauty competition her mother entered her in.[3] Following this success she worked on a range of advertising campaigns, including for Foster's Lager, Renault Megane, Walkers crisps, Piz Buin and Bravissimo, a company that specialises in bras and lingerie for big-breasted women. Her voluptuous figure eventually caught the eye of the editorial team of the Daily Star tabloid[4], which began featuring her as a Page Three girl.

Brook's picture soon began appearing in other lad mags such as GQ, Loaded and FHM. In April of the same year a poll over 5,000 women for Grazia magazine considered her to have the best British female body. Brook has also done a large amount of commercial swimwear, sportswear and hosiery modelling. Her work for Triumph Bras caused quite a stir because of specially-commissioned 50-foot (15 m) high billboards of Brook's bust, said to be the largest billboards in the world.

In 2005, Brook posed for a ten-page, partially-nude black-and-white photo spread with the photographer David Bailey. The results were featured in the British design magazine Arena, the November 2005 issue.

In 2006 she signed a contract, reported to be worth around £1m, to be the presenter of Unilever's Lynx body spray, known as Axe in the US and on continental Europe. She has appeared on billboards, in newspapers, and on-line as part of an advertising campaign.

Marcia Anne Cross (born March 25, 1962) is an Emmy- and Golden Globe-nominated American actress, currently starring as Bree Hodge on the hit TV show Desperate Housewives. She is also well-known for her role as Dr. Kimberly Shaw on the prime-time soap opera Melrose Place.

Cross was born in Marlborough, Massachusetts. She was the long time companion of Richard Jordan. Jordan died from a brain tumor on August 30, 1993.

In early 2005, the Internet and tabloids swirled with rumors that Cross was gay and in a long-term relationship with another woman, and planning to come out of the closet. Cross actually appeared on the television show The View to deny the reports, but stated that she was very supportive of the gay community.

In August 2005, Cross's publicist also told the American celebrity newsmagazine Us Weekly that Cross had accepted the proposal of Tom Mahoney (b. 1958), a stock broker whom she had been dating for six months, and that the couple were engaged to be married. The couple got married on June 24, 2006, in front of 200 guests at the Church of Our Savior Episcopal Parish in San Gabriel, California. Cross graduated from the Juilliard School in New York, and earned master's degree in psychology at LA's Antioch University. She began her television career in 1984 on the soap opera The Edge of Night. She then moved from New York to Los Angeles, and soon landed roles in television movies such as The Last Days of Frank and Jessie James, co-starring with Johnny Cash and Kris Kristofferson. In 1986 she joined the cast of the ABC daytime drama One Life to Live, where she played Kate Sanders, until 1987.

In 1991, Cross guest-starred on the 13th season of Knots Landing as the mysterious wife of Pierce Lawton (Bruce Greenwood). Ironically, she spent most of her screen-time on the show confronting Paige Matheson, played by her future Desperate Housewives co-star Nicollette Sheridan.

Michael Mancini, but gradually became more and more mentally unbalanced, providing some of the show's most memorable moments, which included blowing up the apartment building, trying to kill Michael, and stealing her neighbor Jo's baby. Her character's increasingly outrageous and disturbing behaviour made her a firm fan favorite and one Melrose Place website listed her as the most popular character on the show. Southwest Airlines is denying the complaint brought on by Setara Quassim, the second woman who was told to cover up during a flight. The company also went on to say that they don’t even have a record that Qassim ever complained about the incident.

Setara Qassim said a flight attendant confronted her during the trip from Tucson, Arizona, to Burbank, California, and asked whether she had a sweater to go over her green halter-style dress.

Qassim, 21, continued to say she was forced to wrap a blanket around herself for the rest of the flight. She complained that if Southwest wants passengers to dress a certain way, it should publish a dress code.

Zara Philips equestrian career

Following in both her parents' footsteps, Zara Philips is an accomplished equestrian sportswoman. In June 2003, she announced that she had secured a sponsorship deal with Cantor Index, a leading company in spread betting to help cover the costs of Zara Philips equestrian career.

Together with her horse Toytown, she collected individual and team gold medals at the 2005 European Eventing Championship in Blenheim and individual gold and team silver medals at the 2006 FEI World Equestrian Games in Aachen, Germany, making her the reigning Eventing World Champion.

However, despite winning team gold at the 2007 European Eventing Championships in Italy, she failed to defend her own individual title after a problem in the show jumping phase of the competition.

It was announced by the British Olympic Association that Zara would be riding Toytown as one of five riders for the British equestrian team at the Beijing Olympic Games 2008 in Hong Kong, China.

However, an injury sustained by Toytown during training led to Zara being forced to withdraw from the team. Zara previously missed the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens when Toytown suffered a similar injury during training.

On 25 October 2008, Zara fell from her horse, Tsunami II, at the 15th fence of a cross-country event at Pau, France, and broke her right collarbone. The horse had broken its neck after it had tipped over the hedge and so had to be put down.

The Hannah Montana star, who had reportedly been given her learner's permit days before the present, was said to be thrilled on receiving the posh sport beauty.

"Tish got a new car recently, so she's giving Miley her old car. She's so excited. Her mom lets her drive to work when she's with her," the New York Daily News quoted a source as telling People.com.

The 16-year-old daughter of country singer Billy Ray Cyrus had previously insisted that she would thank her stars should she be given a four-wheeler.

She said: "I want my parents to know that I'm happy with anything that they get me. I know I'd be really lucky to even get a car."

Rihanna went into the studio in early 2007 with Ne-Yo, Stargate, and Timbaland among others to record her third album, Good Girl Gone Bad. The album was released on June 5, 2007, features Jay-Z and Ne-Yo. Rihanna worked with Timbaland on three songs in the album---"Lemme Get That", "Rehab" and the Japanese bonus track "Haunted". Justin Timberlake co-wrote and provides background vocals on "Rehab".

The album so far has yielded eight hit singles, including the world-wide number one hit "Umbrella", featuring Jay-Z. In addition to reaching number one in various countries, "Umbrella" was the number one single in the UK for 10 consecutive weeks, making it the longest running UK number one single since Wet Wet Wet's single "Love Is All Around", back in 1994, and the longest running number one by a female artist since Whitney Houston's "I Will Always Love You", which also topped the chart for 10 weeks in 1992. By the end of the year, "Umbrella" was ranked second on the Billboard Hot 100 year-end chart in the United States.

Her other singles, "Shut Up and Drive" and "Don't Stop The Music" were able to mirror the success of "Umbrella", with "Don't Stop the Music" reaching number three on the Billboard Hot 100, becoming Rihanna's seventh top ten single and her fourth top five hit, while peaking at number one in various countries.
