I’ve done many posts in my day, and sometimes I come across photos I feel like I’ve already seen or posted. Like Joanna Krupa in the latest German Maxim issue. Now I’m too lazy to go back in my archives and check if these are from some other shoot so if you’ve already seen these pics then feel free to sue me. But to tell you the truth, I don’t mind reusing them, especially since she’s topless. Seriously, I’d use Joanna over, and over, and over again if I could.

Looking to spend some quality time together, Josh Hartnett and his new girlfriend Romina Ferrara were spotted together in Ischia, Italy.

The “Black Hawk Down” actor and his sexy lady enjoyed a boat ride together along with a bunch of friends.

And Romina gave the paparazzi a little more than they’d bargained for when she had an “accidental” bathing suit malfunction while rinsing off in an outdoor shower.

Josh and Romina are in town to check out all the festivities surrounding the Ischia Global Film & Music Festival.

Sources connected with Oksana Grigorieva tell TMZ they are “outraged” by the claim that her injuries were “self-inflicted,” calling the allegation “absurd and disgusting.”

TMZ first reported … at least one expert who has analyzed photos and other evidence concluded the damage to Oksana’s mouth was consistent with a self-inflicted injury.

Sources connected with Oksana claim they have plenty of evidence to prove otherwise, not the least of which is Mel Gibson saying on the recording that she “deserved it.”

As we reported, Oksana’s dentist believes she was not struck in the mouth, in part because there was no soft tissue damage or swelling consistent with a punch.

Nevertheless, sources connected with Oksana say the dentist’s testimony will ultimately provide powerful support, in part because she told him that Mel hit her and that she wanted to protect him at all costs.  As we reported, the dentist says he observed bruising to Oksana’s left temple area, but she did not want the photos he took to show the injury so she covered it up with makeup and hair, and looked off to the side when the pics were taken.

And one more note.  Sources connected with Oksana’s dentist, Ross Shelden, tell TMZ, the dentist regrets saying yesterday that the photo circulating on the internet was altered and “he may have jumped to a hasty conclusion.”

Lock up your daughters … cause Roman Polanski is back, baby!

The oft-troubled director made his first public appearance since being released from house arrest, posing for pics with his wife Emmanuelle Seigner at the Montreux Jazz Festival yesterday.

MTV is in secret negotiations with Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino … putting a super-confidential contract on the table that could make The Sitch a fairly rich man.  It’s totally confidential, except for the fact that we have a copy.

According to the proposed deal, MTV is offering Mikey a one-time bonus for the impending Season 2 in Miami, ranging from $60,000 to $180,000, depending on ratings.

So why, you ask, would MTV offer Mike more money if he already has a contract for Season 2?  Turns out MTV plans to split up Season 2 — using the second half (Seaside Heights) for Season 3 — and they want Mike to sign on for a possible Season 4.

Under the new proposal, The Sitch would pull in between $27,500 – $45,000 an episode for Season 4. Not a bad bump … considering he’s making $10k an episode for Seasons 2 and 3.

MTV wanted The Sitch to sign on the dotted line by this past Thursday, or the deal was off the table.  But we’ve heard they are now giving him a few more days to mull it over.

Best case scenario — The Situation walks away from “Jersey Shore” far filthier than he was before … rich, that is.

A rep for MTV had no comment.

Oksana Grigorieva‘s spokesperson is lashing out at Mel Gibson‘s camp, claiming his client is the victim of a smear campaign.

Spokesperson Stephen Jaffe tells TMZ, “While Mr. Gibson’s camp has floated a variety of false claims in the press to try to distract the public from the true facts at hand, it is telling that his camp has not once denied that it is Mr. Gibson’s voice on the published recordings.”

Jaffe adds, “It is common in such cases for those who perpetrate domestic violence to vilify the victim of that domestic violence.  One would hope that those who are close to Mr. Gibson would take a more constructive approach.”

Jaffe is partly reacting to a TMZ story which cited an expert who claimed there was evidence Oksana’s injuries were self-inflicted.

Another expert familiar with the case tells TMZ, “It is obvious not only from the photograph of Ms. Grigorieva, but from other evidence, including Mr. Gibson’s own admission, that he struck her in the mouth and temple, that she sustained injuries as a result of his blows.  The notion that her wounds were ‘self-inflicted’ is ridiculous and not credible.  No legitimate, independent expert photo analyst could reasonably draw such a conclusion.  Her injuries are consistent with her account.”

While you may think Sarah Palin is okay with Bristol Palin’s recent engagement to ex-lover, Levi Johnston, don’t be fooled – Bristol’s ex-boyfriend, Ben Barber, says big momma is far from content.

Ben, 20, says he and Bristol hooked up over Christmas last year, but broke up two months ago. Two weeks later he heard she’d begun dating Levi – again.

“She was totally anti-Levi,” he tells the Beast. “Then I heard it from a friend. I didn’t care, but this is really surprising – how do you go from hating Levi to marrying Levi in three months?”

A Wasilla native himself, Ben has known the Palins for years. He and Levi were also close and played hockey together. But Bristol’s problems with Levi drove the two strangers together;

“Bristol called me, angry about Levi; Then we just fell into place,” he recalls. “It was good, then went downhill. I helped her with Tripp [Bristol's baby] more than Levi ever did.”

He then gave a telling review of his friend;

“What does Levi have going for him? Nothing. He’s the worst person to give fame to anyway.” Ben explains. “I don’t understand how Bristol can spend her life with someone who can’t even get his GED — What’s he going to do when all this runs out?”

While he may seem like a scorned lover, Ben likes the Palins and has gone fishing with them more than once;

“Bristol never had a good relationship with her Mom and Dad,” he reveals. ”But I know the whole family isn’t happy about it. I stopped by to see them – They were furious.”

Levi, by contrast, seemed almost smug at the news, Barber recalls. But their renewed connection has completely changed Bristol;

“She’s totally swapped personalities,” Ben muses. “She used to be a really nice person. Around Christmas she was the same. But a lot of this has gone to her head – Her mom’s, too!”

Not surprisingly, Mamma Palin wouldn’t soil her hands with a comment, but the family did issue a statement

“As parents, we obviously want what is best for our children, but Bristol is ultimately in charge of determining what is best for her and her beautiful son,” reads the rambling note. “We pray that Bristol and Levi’s relationship matures into one that will allow Tripp to grow up with two loving parents in his life.”

Which proves Mrs. Palin has yet to hear the new couple are plotting a reality show – Starring Tripp. Were she aware, it’s safe to assume the aurora borealis themselves would be eclipsed as the Wasilla wifey went full-on ballistic.

A stable family is a critical part of Sarah’s obvious dreams of a 2012 run for the White House. But with sons Trig and Track, and her new grandson, Tripp you could say she’s got issues. And the idea of her daughter marrying someone merely named after jeans is clearly too sane to stand.

But Ben says Sarah may not have much to fear;

“They may go get married, make however much money, then call it quits,” he suggests, adding that he texted Bristol last night, asking if she was pregnant.

The answer was “No.”
