According to magazine Life & Style, which has the copies of this photo shoot, Lohan is seen in a threesome with a male and female model.

Supermodel Stephanie Seymour, who is embroiled in a bitter divorce with estranged husband Peter Brant, has taken her clothes off for Vanity Fair.

Brant is a multimillionaire businessman and polo pony breeder who is seeking sole custody of the couple's three children because, he claims, Seymour is hooked on drugs and booze and has repeatedly cheated on pee tests to hide it. He also claims his estranged wife's shopping habit costs $257,000 a month.

Seymour, 41, accuses Brant of trying to turn their children against her and ordering the domestic staff to keep her away from them. Also, there is a dispute over a Maurizio Cattelan bust of Seymour said to resemble either a hunting trophy or the figurehead on a ship's bow.

An eerie shadow resembling Jacko's figure appeared on a wall in the singer's former home during a live television programme last week - and walked across the corridor. It moved quickly from left to right before disappearing.

The spooky sighting came during CNN's 'Inside Neverland', which featured an interview between interviewer Larry King and Michael's brother Jermaine.

Neither the presenter nor the cameraman noticed the spectre. But after it was posted on YouTube fans picked up the shadow and rumours spread across the internet like wildfire.

During the programme - aired a week after his death - Miko Brando, Marlon's son and a long-term friend of Jackson's, takes a film crew on a tour of Neverland.

At one point their camera is pointed down a long hall-way when the shadowy figure appears at its far end.

Chat forums were flooded with messages from fans last night who insisted the shadow was Michael's ghost.

The doctor, named as cardiologist Conrad Robert Murray, was said to have tried to revive Jackson, then disappeared for several hours.

The mysterious doctor who was with Michael Jackson when his heart stopped was poised Friday night to speak with detectives investigating whether the King of Pop was done in by a fatal dose of prescription painkillers.

Dr. Conrad Murray was identified as the cardiologist who witnessed the 50-year-old icon's final moments on a day of other fast-moving developments:

- The Los Angeles Fire Department released the 911 tape on which a caller calmly tells the operator to send an ambulance.

"We have a gentleman here that needs help. He's not breathing," he says.

- His ex-wife, Lisa Marie Presley, revealed Jackson turned to her during their brief marriage and predicted he would die just like her father, Elvis.

- The initial autopsy performed by the county coroner found "no indication of foul play." But spokesman Craig Harvey said a cause of death won't be determined until toxicology tests are done. He confirmed Jackson was taking prescription meds but wouldn't say what kind.

- The head of the company behind Jackson's upcoming London concerts told the News the star insisted that Murray accompany him on the tour and that Jackson passed a February medical exam "with flying colors, with no evidence of drug use."

- TMZ.com reported that Jackson was dead by the time paramedics arrived Thursday, but his doctor insisted they continue trying to revive him and rode with them to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Lidocaine, a drug used to restore heart rhythms, was found at the scene, TMZ reported.

- Jackson family insiders suggested the pop star's prescription drug abuse - specifically Demerol and possibly OxyContin - might have caused his heart to shut down.

- President Obama sent his condolences to Jackson's family and fans through his spokesman. "The President also said he had aspects of his life that were sad and tragic," said Robert Gibbs. Congress observed a moment of silence.

- Jackson's dad, Joe, received condolences at his Encino home by the Rev. Jesse Jackson.

- The Gloved One's videos streamed all day across the big screen in Times Square, and Harlem's historic Apollo Theater was the site of an all-night vigil, where New York fans cried and moonwalked in his memory.

"Michael Jackson's songs, it doesn't sound like music anymore," said Frantzy Fils, 33, of Brooklyn. "They're prayers."

As the tributes poured in, so did new details and questions about Jackson's last struggle.

Murray, who was helping Jackson gear up for a grueling 50-show comeback, was with the star when he collapsed at home and accompanied him to the ER. But he disappeared soon after the singer was pronouced dead Thursday.

Investigators spoke with Murray briefly and later towed a BMW with Texas plates from the property near Sunset Blvd., a car registered to Murray's sister.

"The car might contain medication or other evidence that could assist the coroner in determining the cause of Michael Jackson's death," said Officer Richard French, an LAPD spokesman.

While French did not name the doctor and insisted he was not the target of a criminal investigation, a Texas TV station identified him as Murray, who has offices in Houston and Las Vegas.

A receptionist at Murray's Houston office confirmed to the Daily News that Murray was "on tour" with Jackson. She said the office has not been able to reach him.

"He hasn't been answering his phone," the receptionist said.

TMZ.com later reported that Murray was still in LA and was preparing to speak to detectives.

The coroner's spokesman, however, said they were unaware Jackson was under Murray's care and that they got involved because "there was no doctor to sign the death certificate."

"Had he been under the care of a doctor, the coroner would not have been involved," he said.

So an autopsy was performed on Jackson, whose toe was tagged with his case number 2009-04415.

Paramedics were called to Jackson's home at 12:26 p.m. Thursday and worked on him for 45 minutes before rushing him to UCLA Medical Center, police said.

There, doctors took over and tried to revive Jackson for nearly an hour before pronouncing him dead at 2:26 p.m.

"I was there at the hospital when they brought him in, when the kids were told, his mother told. Friday will live in my brain forever," said Randy Phillips, president and CEO of AEG Live, the company promoting Jackson's tour.

"All I can say about it, the kids' reaction was what anyone would imagine. This was a close knit family. They were inseparable. Michael loved those children more than life itself," Phillips told the News.

While Jackson suffered from a host of health problems, his addiction to prescription drugs fueled speculation he overdosed. A British tabloid reported Jackson began gasping after a morning shot of the painkiller Demerol.

A major hazard of Demerol, a synthetic drug similar to morphine, is cardiac arrest, according to the Food and Drug Administration.

ABC News, citing a law enforcement source, reported that Jackson was also "heavily addicted" to the powerful painkiller OxyContin and received "daily doses" of it along with Demerol.

Former Jackson family attorney Brian Oxman suggested Jackson was being overmedicated in preparation for his soldout summer shows in London.

"I have warned of the use of prescription medication and people who have enabled the use of those medications," Oxman said. "I have seen it with Michael."

Jackson had been training with "Incredible Hulk" star Lou Ferrigno. He reportedly showed up grumpy and three hours late for a rehearsal at the Staples Center on Wednesday.

His manager, Frank DiLeo, disagreed and insisted the rehearsal was "amazing."

"Michael rehearsed 10 or 11 songs," he told the Hollywood Reporter.

Sobbing, DiLeo said that when Jackson was done "he put his arm around me."

"He said he was just so happy," the manager said. "He said, 'This is really our time.'"

The 10-piece group was crowned winner in a shock result following an emotion-charged two-hour final.

Amid stunned gasps from the audience the Essex-based act jumped for joy as Susan at first looked on stunned, then congratulated them saying: “The best people won. Diversity took the £100,000 prize and a performance for the Queen at the Royal Variety show. Susan and Diversity made it into the final three of the show alongside saxophonist Julian Smith, 39, from Birmingham.

After the shock result was announced by Ant and Dec, one member of the troop said: “I was getting so excited thinking we were second. We feel electric. Words can’t describe it. I am genuinely shocked. We thought Susan was unstoppable. She’s an unbelievable talent. Can I just say, everyone who voted, you’ve changed her lives.”

Even the judges looked stunned by the result, as Susan graciously accepted defeat. Piers Morgan said: “I am officially a donut for saying Flawless were better. Diveristy were fantastic and a very worthy winner.”

Asked what she’ll do next, Susan added: “I hope to get an album out and I’ll just play it by ear. What a journey. It was unbelievable and very humbling. Thank you for everything.”

Earlier, BGT maestro Cowell had declared Diversity – who performed an urban dance routine – were the ONLY act he would award 10 out of 10 to, proving his knack for picking a winner.

He said: “I’ve got to tell you, all bets are off. If I had to give marks tonight, this would be the only one I would give 10. When I look at you now, there was not a step out of place. It was sheer perfection. I think you’ll win."

Amanda told them: “You have practically rendered me speechless. YOu’re choreography is second to none."

Meanwhile breakdancer Aidan Davis was reduced to tears by Simon Cowell’s scathing comments in the amazing final of Britain’s Got Talent.

The 11-year-old wiped his eyes and had to be comforted by hosts Ant and Dec after Simon laid into his dance act.

It came just 24 hours after 10-year-old Hollie Steel left weeping after suffering a meltdown on stage in the semi-final.

Simon told Aidan his breathtaking body-popping act, in which he surfed conveyor belts, was not as good as his performance the previous night.

He told him: “To be honest with you it wasn’t as good. You had 24 hours and limited time to put it together. But you still have a huge future ahead of you.

“But I have to talk to you like I would anyone else. It didn’t quite have the impact it did last night. It was great but it wasn’t as good.”

Aidan then burst into tears, despite getting huge praise from the other two judges. He had just a day to prepare his complex dance act. And he said afterwards: “I’m a bit gutted at Simon.”

Aidan had been given a standing ovation from the audience for his dance to Flo Rida’s Low.

He told how he had prepared his complex routine in five hours after getting through to the final.

He said: “I came in today at 2.30pm that’s when I actually started practising and I only rehearsed this three times before.”

Later Simon urged Aidan not to take his comments to heart. He said: “Don’t listen to me – no one else does. There’s the public vote.”

Courageous Hollie conquered her nerves to deliver a note-perfect performance hailed by Simon as “fantastic”.

He told her: “You chose a really tough song. You handled it brilliantly. I was on the edge of my seat.”

Hollie had been nearly pulled out of the show because her mother feared another tearful meltdown.

But she insisted on taking the stage – showing the same courage which won her a place in the final. And she wowed the judges as she belted out Wishing You Were Somehow Here Again from Phantom Of The Opera.

Hollie had wilted on Friday night as nerves overcame her, then tearfully begged for another change to sing.

Fearing a repeat, mum Nina, 37, initially decided that would place too much pressure on her. She thought again, though, after plucky Hollie convinced her.

Proud Nina told the Sunday Mirror last night, shortly before the final began: “I have spoken to her at length and she is adamant that she wants to continue.”

Before taking to the stage the schoolgirl from Accrington, Lancs, told how winning the show would be “the bestest dream come true” and admitted she would love a record deal “so everyone can hear all the songs I can sing”.

Nina said: “It would be brilliant to get a record deal and record an album.”

In last night’s final Simon also praised Shaheen Jafargholi, saying his performance had convinced him it was right to put kids on stage. The lad was described as “absolutely unbelievable” by judge Piers Morgan.

The Swansea 12-year-old sang another Jackson Five classic, Smokey Robinson-penned Who’s Loving You.

Dressed in a blue shirt and waistcoat, he said: “Ever since I came out and sang in the semi-final I couldn’t wait to get back.” Simon said: “This debate about why we put kids on has really made me think this week.

“I was in two minds. But after that performance it made me realise if you’re talented, regardless of your age, why should we deny you your chance?

Amanda Holden said: “I can’t wait for you to back to school – they’ll say what did you do at half term and you’ll show them all your autographs.”

Sources close to A-Rod confirmed Wednesday night that he's spending Thanksgiving with his soon-to-be ex-wife and her family in Miami.

"He has been planning on attending dinner with Cynthia, their daughters and her family for some time now," the source told the Daily News.

The report that A-Rod will be breaking bread with his estranged wife's family comes amid rumors that he was going to ditch dinner with his two young daughters, Natasha, 4, and Ella, 1, to host a get-together in New York for Madonna and her kids.

The actress, who recently married her boyfriend Ryan Renolds in a top secret ceremony, appears among an all star cast in the comedy, which is about the complications of modern romance.

He's Just Not That Into You is based on the self-help book by Greg Behrendt and Liz Tuccillo, which originally sprung from a storyline in Sex and the City.

But the title is a sore point for Aniston, who was famously dumped by Brad Pitt in favour of Angelina Jolie.

'I wish it was She's Just Not That Into You!' she told the New York Times Magazine earlier this month.

'Unfortunately, it's He's Just Not That Into You. The other would be more empowering.'

'It is just not up my alley. I don't believe in it.'

He's Just Not That Into You is scheduled for release next year.

Sarandon, a staunch feminist despite her regular appearance in films in a state of undress, has stripped off for a good cause.

The Oscar-winning star is one of 23 stars - and certainly one of the raciest - who have recreated the style of seductive Hollywood pin-ups from the 1940s.

Celebrated photographer Timothy White convinced stars including Sarandon, Kate Hudson, Cindy Crawford, Vanessa Williams and Denise Richards to take part in the risqué images.

The sensational shots appear in White's coffee table book Hollywood Pin-Ups, with proceeds going to Oxfam.

Despite the sexual nature of the shots, White insists the women are empowered and confident.

He said: 'All the great pin-up artists glorified the female form without being offensive.

'My infatuation with the pin-up girl has never wavered. To me, she is much more than a beautiful image; she is an empowered woman.'

Adding to the fantasy theme of the
images, White believes he has the artistic licence to digitally manipulate and airbrush the photos to perfection.

Sarandon has been photographed by White for over 20 years and jumped at the chance to recreate the classic pin-up.

She tells the Los Angeles Times: 'There were all kinds of things going on simultaneously - I remember trying to keep the boa in place covering my breasts.

'I recall that it was a little bit chilly lying there on the floor. I was arching my back and they had to put my hair down and around with the boa on the floor.

'My rule of thumb is the most uncomfortable pose looks the best; it's all about where you put your hands and if you're stretching your neck. I think I was leaning my feet against something, but I'm not sure.'

In another image, Hudson gives a seductive look dressed in nothing but a fishnet bodystocking, straw hat and Christian Louboutin stiletto heels.

The 29-year-old gives an air of Park Avenue Princess behind closed doors with her diamond accessories and Anna DePasquale designer hat.

In another image, Crawford shows off her amazing figure in a red polka-dot bikini.

Wearing a brunette wig, Crawford, 42, is one of the few stars not looking at the camera in the sexy shot.

The images were inspired by Peruvian artist Alberto Vargas, who painted semi-naked women for Esquire magazine in the 1940s.

Gun 'used to murder Jennifer Hudson's family' found

The gun used to kill actress Jennifer Hudson's mother, brother and nephew has been found, police believe.

The weapon was found by police searching a car park in Chicago near where an abandoned car was found with the body of seven-year-old Julian King inside.

It is being put through forensic tests, but it is believed that the ammunition from the recovered gun is the same make as the shell casings found at the murder scene.

Police were unable to give out details other than that a few other "small bits of evidence" were found in the bushes in the car park around the corner from where the car was found.

Hudson's mother, 57-year-old Darnell Donerson, and brother, 29-year-old Jason Hudson, were found on Friday shot dead in their home on Chicago's South Side. Her nephew Julian was missing, and on Sunday the Dreamgirls actress offered a $100,000 (£60,000) reward for his safe return.

But his body was discovered on Monday in an white Chevrolet Suburban in Chicago's West Side. He had also been shot.

Meanwhile, the convicted criminal suspected of the murders told police he is innocent but refused to take a lie-detector test, a police source said.

William Balfour, the 27-year-old stepfather of Hudson's nephew and estranged husband of her sister, told detectives he had a good relationship with the Hudson family, the police official said. When detectives asked Balfour to take the polygraph test, he stopped cooperating and refused to take the test.

Balfour has not been charged, but he is being held in custody for parole violation. Police think he may have had an accomplice, but he is the only suspect in the killings themselves.

His mother, Michele Balfour, has said Hudson's mother threw Balfour out of the family home last winter. She denied her son had anything to do with the killings.

He served seven years in prison for an attempted murder and vehicle hijacking in 1999.

Singer Gwen Stefani has released the first official photograph of her newborn son Zuma on her website, choosing to avoid a lucrative magazine deal.

The intimate portrait of Miss Stefani cradling her blue-eyed baby was taken by her father Dennis Stefani.

The child, full name Zuma Nesta Rock Rossdale, was born on August 21 and is a second son for Miss Stefani and her husband, the singer Gavin Rossdale.

Breaking with the celebrity tradition of selling the first photographs of their children for multi-million pound glossy magazine deals, the couple decided to post just one simple family shot on Miss Stefanis website.

Mr Rossdale said recently the couple's first child, two-year-old Kingston, is slowly getting used to the new family member.

He told American magazine People: "It's like, here is this guy, and he's not leaving. [Kingston] is getting used to that.

"Obviously, there are moments that he's bugged out that someone is in his spot with his mom."

The photograph of Zuma was released after paparazzi captured a series of unofficial snaps of him at a Hollywood Halloween party with his parents, and posing for the picture on his first library card.

Miss Stefani and Mr Rossdale took their two-month-old son to Beverly Hills Public Library this week where he had his picture taken for his first library card.

Zuma was held up as an assistant librarian took his photograph for the pass while his parents looked on proudly.

And last weekend the couple took Zuma to a fancy dress party hosted by actress Kate Hudson.

There he got to mingle with some of the biggest names in Hollywood, including Leonardo DiCaprio, Courteney Cox, Cindy Crawford, Sacha Baron Cohen and Isla Fisher.

It marked the first time the child had been photographed in public since his birth in August.

Jennifer Aniston and her ex-lover John Mayer have been spotted together again for the third time in a week, prompting speculation they are giving their relationship another try.

The actress and singer/songwriter joined three friends for dinner at the Sunset Tower Hotel on Tuesday night.

Their outing comes just days after they were spotted dining in Boston and New York City over the weekend.

The couple were spotted together at a Ray Montagne concert in Boston on October 10th and again on Saturday, had a romantic dinner at Il Mulino in New York.

America's National Enquirer reports that the two flew from New York to Los Angeles together on Sunday night after frequently seeing each other over the weekend.

'They were very lovey-dovey,' an insider told the magazine. 'They kissed several times and hugged each other tightly. John gave her a long, lingering kiss.'

The pair, who split in August after a four-month romance, are said to have looked like lovers by the time they arrived back in California.
