Cellmonsters has YET another look...

So, to kick start the new year... We at Cellmonsters.com decided it was more than enough time to move http://www.cellmonsters.com/ out of its dark side and lighten it up a bit.

With this new layout, you will notice something different. Now you have a dedicated section to all your favorite and useful links, for example: My Account, Order Issues, Contact Us and much more. To your upper right hand corner of the site you will notice 3 new icons. These are for your sole use. You can now click on your cart... or the envelop to email us or the cute alien to log into your account.

New and exciting features are constantly being added to http://www.cellmonsters.com/ and this is with the customer in mind.

The layout should now be more lighter in color and no longer dark grey. Our categories has been updated to improve search. Our Monster has changed to a more happier one as our previous one "very serious face" little monster decided to move to another section of our store.... Can you track him down? we will give you one hit... ready? .... envelop.

Other than the new year and a new exciting look. We will be concentrating on adding more exciting products and finally opening the long awaited cousin of cellmonsters.com

Although we wont mention the store, it will be a second store in conjunction with cellmonsters.com and will be run by the same individuals that run Cellmonsters.com.

Cellmonsters now offering After Hours Live Chat.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

A few months ago we had implemented a feature which allowed most of our customers to chat with us via AIM directly from our site. Due to the inconvenience that the page could not be refreshed or the customer navigate to a different page, we went ahead and improved this feature by switching it to a pop-up live chat window which you can chat with us and navigate in and out of the store site or simply refresh the site. One of the features added to this, was the call back requests. This feature works by simply collecting information that you input into the form to have a support team call you back or simply email you with the information requested.

As always our live help will continue to be offered from 10AM to 7PM EST. and Live Chat after 7PM.

Although we continue to inform our customers to allow 24 to 48 hours for a response back, we are now able to respond the same day, either within a few minutes or within a few hours.

Nevertheless, when it comes to our services, our customers come first. All our improvements by far have been to improve our customers experience while utilizing our storefront.

Cellmonsters adds AIM capabilities to its storefront

Cellmonsters has done it once more.

Now for our customers to enjoy, we have added an AIM WIMZI... This simply put allows our customers to chat with us live directly through our storefront if they need help. Customers do not need any additional software as they are able to chat directly within the AIM section of the site. Of course, all customers will be answered and helped if our Support is currently online from which, the AIM wimzi will inform if support is online or offline.

This service is intended to better our services and offer support on weekends and during off work hours.

This was all possible by the contributions from our support staff which some have agreed to help customers during the weekends.

So are we happy? You bet we are... and we hope our customers will be also.
