It was a place of such gruesome punishment for Jesus. Yet it's also a place of glory--where death and sin were conquered forever. With mixed emotions, we look at the cross and recognize its profound impact on our lives.

Since the crucifixion event was one of such magnitude, it's fitting that we take time to reflect on what happened there. This week's hymn focuses our attention on the cross of Christ. It's a song that celebrates the King, and rejoices in his triumph over death.
