At the Center of Revitalizing Psychiatry, we accept most major insurances, including Medicare. If you do not have mental health insurance coverage, we can offer competitive self-pay rates and/or set up a payment plan. We will work with you on affording your care, so that you can focus on getting better!

Unlike other practices where only one type of service may be provided we provide the full range of mental health services, and are able to treat all ages. We will check your insurance benefits for all of these services, saving you time to focus on getting better!
All of our clinical staff is fully licensed by their clinical boards and by the State, as well as they have multiple years of experience in addressing a wide range of mental health diagnosis. Our Center is CARF Accredited and is fully licensed by the New Jersey Department of Health and the Florida Department of Children and Families.

Affording mental health care is one of the major barriers to mental health care. In our practice, it doesn’t have to be! We accept most major insurances as well as Medicare, we also have affordable and competitive self-pay rates or clients who may not have insurance. Additionally, we can offer reduced rates and payment plans in order to meet our clients’ budget.
ABOUT US
Center of Revitalizing Psychiatry is a local family ownedbusiness, which was started by Dr. Marina Tourkova in 2003. Our first office opened in Hackensack, NJ, followed by a second office in Sarasota, FL, which opened its doors in 2012. In 2025, we moved our NJ office to Rochelle Park, NJ and have added a brand new location, just outside of Salt Lake City, Utah! As a family we value hard work, honesty and dedication; and we understand that strong mental healthis essential in having success in personal and professional lives.
