First stop after 45km (40 mins brunch in cafe).<br />
Second stop after 25km (20mins snacks BYO - nothing open!) after 70km from start.<br />
Third stop after 45km (1.5 hr Wetherspoons) after 115km from start.<br />
Final destination after last 45km.<br />

Bring weather appropriate clothing, snacks and drinks as you see fit.<br />

We&rsquo;ll stop for a relaxed picnic lunch in a field, so please bring your own food and snacks.<br />
<br />
About 6% of the route is not on tarmac.<br />
<br/>Take the 9:40 service from London St Pancras International (leader boards at Finsbury Park 9:48), arriving at Stevenage at 10:08. We travel east along the escarpment, before diving down into Otford for lunch at the Bull. This is followed by a lovely, quiet stretch along the valley towards Eynsford, including a short off road section through Lullington country park takes us under the stunning Eynsford viaduct. We wind our way on to Swanley and then via National route XX into Dartford.  You can leave at Otford, or Swanley for a quick train back to London Bridge<br/>Meet the leader 09.30 London Bridge for 09.43 to Orpington arr. 10.08 (or start at Charing Cross -9.30).<br />

The route is ok on any bike (tested on fixed gear bike with 25 mm tyres), fatter tyres will aid comfort.<br />

Lunch at the Beeches Eco Caf&eacute; in Burnham Beeches. Cheap, cheerful and tasty.<br/>Trains:<br />
For electric bike riders (and optional for others) - 09:33 from Waterloo to Sunnymeads (arr 10:19) FP Border is Feltham<br />
For acoustic riders - 09:36 Elizabeth Line from Liverpool Street (09.39 Farringdon, 09.48 Paddington) to Langley (arr 10:13) FP friendly.<br />
