FREE $10 Gift Card WYB $40 in Participating Products - Target Trip 10/5/14

2014-10-05T10:43:00.000-07:00

Today is a great day for grabbing personal care products for cheap if your Target has any left on the shelves! Stock up on participating products with the FREE $10 gift card coupon when you buy $40 worth of participating products. Find this coupon is today's RP insert! Also, stack this with the $5 off $15 hair care purchase from last week's RP - this coupon expires TODAY and is limited to 1 per transaction!
There are many different combinations of products that can be purchased with these coupons. I recommend going through your stockpile, deciding what you need, and buying those items. My brother and boyfriend were almost out of Dove Men+Care products, so I made sure to purchase those products. To make the deal work, I found the cheapest items with the highest value coupons to hit the $40 threshold to receive the gift card. It still came out cheaper than purchasing the products I needed at full price. And I can find a good use for the filler items! Play around with prices and coupons to find your best trip.

Don't you just hate when you plan out a shopping trip so well that you plan on paying nothing, but when you get to the store the shelves are empty? I certainly do, and that is what happened to me today! But fortunately they still had a slightly higher priced item in stock, so my whole trip wasn't ruined! Just in case you run into this same problem at your store, I am posting the proposed trip as well as the actual trip. Make sure you check for all $0.99 Wet n Wild items if they are out of the Shine nail polish to salvage your free trip. My store carries a $0.99 Wet n Wild lip liner and lip stick in addition to the nail polish - but all of them were gone!

Note - It took me a few minutes to find these trial sized Biore cleansers. They are in the facial cleansers section on a Biore display, NOT the travel section.

I used a $5 giftcard that I had in my wallet from a previous deal.
Total OOP: $4.97 + tax! Plus I got a $5 giftcard back to use on the next deal!

**There have been many deals circling around the internet for free items or even moneymakers with the new $5 off $15 personal care Target coupon, but you will get the best deal if you buy something you will use. I chose to buy 3 of the larger boxes of tampons over 4 of the small boxes of tampons because Target doesn't carry the absorbency I wanted in the smaller boxes. I would have bought them anyways, so make sure to save money in the long run by buying things you will use!**
