Kamen Rider Black has died. Golgom now has Tokyo in their control, and Japan soon to follow. The Creation King reveals to Shadow Moon that to ascend to the throne of Golgom, he must retrieve Kamen Rider Black’s King Stone. Meanwhile Kyoko and Katsumi, honoring Kotaro’s dying wish, prepares to flee to America to escape from the impending apocalypse.

Baraom, sworn to avenge Bishium’s death, is tasked to defeat Kamen Rider. With help by Whale Mutant, he lures Kamen Rider into a trap, but no one was prepared for the upcoming events.
