]]> http://certifiedcoachesfederation.com/blog/?feed=rss2&p=45 Inspiration & Imagination http://certifiedcoachesfederation.com/blog/?p=44 http://certifiedcoachesfederation.com/blog/?p=44#comments Fri, 11 Jun 2010 00:20:58 +0000 Derrick http://certifiedcoachesfederation.com/blog/?p=44 If the key to coaching is all about perspective, then what is the key to giving great perspective?  As we’ve been saying now for eons…the best criteria that determines your ability to give perspective (to be a life coach) is your life’s experience and all the events that have happened in your life that has given you the ability to reflect.  Reflection and insight, usually something that happens after an “event” occurs in our life, often leads to an ability to offer perspective.  Is this enough?  No!  It may be enough to get results for sure, but it’s not enough to equip one with the ability to give amazing perspective.  What’s missing? The answer is Inspiration.  When we’re inspired we can discover a heightened ability to see things other states of consciousness just don’t see!  Think about it.  What kind of coach would you want?  I want a coach who is fired up about life and sees life as one gigantic buffet of possibilities.  As you read this blog entry are you inspired.  Is so, great, but if you’re not than perhaps you can ask yourself what “could” you do to become inspired today?  And more importantly, what can you do to remain inspired on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly basis?
