CFYC Banquet Nov. 1st.

Ahoy Folks:

The Canyon Ferry Yacht club will have its awards banquet at the Silver Star Restaurant banquet room in Helena MT. on Saturday Nov. 1 starting at 6 pm.
Dinner choices are Prime Rib, Teriyaki Salmon or Tuscan Chicken. with desert and gratuity included at around about $ 40.00 per plate.
Please RSVP Pat, Chad or Bob with your choice entree if you plan to attend. This is required for ordering purposes. See you there Pat

T & T Makeup Race

The T & T make-up race will be held Saturday October 11th. The race will start off of Kim's point at 9:30 AM. Please contact a board member if you are planning to race so that we can have a headcount. The racecourse may be modified depending on weather conditions.

at the club house.

Ahoy all:

Fall series racing begins this weekend 8/16 and 8/17 for
all boats
(We will try and get on the water pictures)

Saturday we will have a BBQ at Kim's at 4:30 PM
Tupperware supprise (( bring your favorite dish ))
other wise just come for hotdogs and burgers etc.

Catch up on the club news and as usual friends and family are welcome

If possible please email your intentions to attend this weekends event.

COMMODORES CUP

Ahoy All Sailors;

This weekend is the Commodores Cup. Saturday 7/26. The club provides continental breakfast at around 8 to 9:30 am at Kim's marina. We will put names in a hat and crews will swap out to different boats (only if you want).
The race course is determined by the commodore. Pick up course at Kim's that morning.
Race starts around 10 am.
Please email your intent to attend if you can. I expect a large turnout and want to be sure
we have enough food.
If you haven't signed up on the CFYC web site, please do so for this is how we are going communicate to the group as a whole. Also if you haven't paid your membership or race dues
($100 and 150 respctively) please take care of that this Saturday.
We will have a quick general membership meeting also, since we didn't have one at the last
outing.

UPcomming events.

All Boats: There is a Friday night (7/18) fun race for all boats 6:30 sharp start on the water.
Saturday 7/19 E-boats ( e-boat series race # 3 ) / PHRF (all boats fun race) 9:30 sharp on the water
There is also the BEER CAN overnighter this weekend. 7/19.
Sail, power or row to beer can bay. BYO bbq/byob and campout/fish.

Spring Kick-Off

Join us April 19th at 5:00 p.m. at the YWCA for our kick-off event, the "Mexican Pot Luck". Bring your favorite Mexican dish. See you there.
