<p><strong>Unbreakable Health?</strong></p>
<p>Think of it this way and give yourself some credit&#8211;you&#8217;re already on the road of unbreakable health&#8211;versus the road to (getting on) unbreakable health.</p>
<p>Arguably, if it were not so, you wouldn&#8217;t be sitting here reading this.  In all probability, you would be lying 6 ft. under or sitting in a &#8216;vase&#8217; on your loved one&#8217;s mantle somewhere.</p>
<p>Every step you take, every glass of water you drink, taking your medication (if you&#8217;re on medication) on time, flossing after every meal, getting advice on what supplements to take (if you take them), every piece of fruit, vegetable, lean meat, nuts, fiber, etc. you consume, getting to the gym, walking, sticking with an exercise routine&#8230;</p>
<p>The list can go on almost indefinitely.  All the small decisions and little things you do every day, all day, add up!</p>
<p>And <strong>consciously think</strong> every time before you open your mouth and put something in it!</p>
<p>Doing this one day at a time is a victory for you.</p>
<p>You&#8217;re worth it!</p>

<p>I&#8217;ve written about water before.  And redundancy bears repeating!  Once again, I am not providing any medical advice or otherwise, in any way, shape or form, etc.</p>
<p>Do you think of your water as a super nutrient?</p>
<p>Is it the most important thing you can put into your body?</p>
<p>How long would you last without it?</p>
<p>Is water one of those things you occasionally imbibe between the vast amounts of  sugar concoctions consumed on a daily basis?</p>
<p>Beware&#8230;what is a &#8216;vast amount&#8217; to <strong>you on a daily basis?</strong></p>
<p>How much sugar lurks in your sodas, juices, fancy coffees and sweetened teas?</p>
<p>What if you drank water as the &#8216;norm&#8217;?  Heaven forbid.  How much weight could you begin to shed more easily?</p>
<p>Take some time to check all of this out&#8230;Google it.  There is a plethora of info on the web from an array of infinite sources!</p>
<p>We&#8217;ve known, you&#8217;ve known this&#8230;for years.</p>
<p><strong>You&#8217;re worth it!!</strong></p>

<p><strong>Make A CONSCIOUS Commitment To The Little Things</strong></p>
<p><strong></strong>How did you begin your day today?  Did you get up a few minutes early?  What did you have for breakfast?  Did it consist of anything you can grow?  Or was it &#8216;wallpaper paste&#8217;?</p>
<p>What was the very FIRST thing you drank?</p>
<p>What will you have for a morning snack?  For lunch?  And if you eat at a fast-food place, will you have water instead of a soda?  Will you 86 the fries?  Will you have a burger without the bun?</p>
<p>Will you take the farthest parking space?  The stairs?  Walk around the desk a few times?  Get to the gym, even if it&#8217;s for a shorter period of time?</p>
<p>How will you go throughout your day today?  What will you say to yourself?  Will you say &#8220;It won&#8217;t matter if I don&#8217;t, it&#8217;s just one little thing&#8221;?</p>
<p><strong>So are termites!!</strong></p>
<p>&#8230;and were all in this together.</p>

<p>I will write about the &#8216;little things&#8217; over the course of this year that can arguably make a difference for our/your fitness routine.</p>

<p>In case you don&#8217;t feel inclined to get fit&#8230;because your planning on getting &#8216;beamed up&#8217; or the &#8216;four horsemen&#8217; might be trampling through your neighborhood&#8230;uh, think again!</p>
<p>Your cells are waiting for you, and then again&#8211;they&#8217;re not!</p>
<p>When you think of all the <strong>little things</strong> that you can do in just one day, everyday, all day, from the moment you get up, until the time you go to bed, and multiply that by seven days&#8230;</p>
<p>You have powerful steps and &#8216;friends&#8217; in place, to help get you fit in a real way and to keep you going each week, into the next week and beyond.</p>
<p>Water, stairs, sidewalks, parking spaces, apples, produce departments, gyms&#8230;&#8230;</p>

<p>No matter how much you may not like it, not want to do it-but will do it anyway, trudging through it, slugging it out process, of change&#8230;a better, healthier, fitter life, for you that will happen from this point on, in every &#8216;little thing&#8217; that you DO.</p>
<p>And be consciously committed to the DAY, for no matter what, today&#8217;s the only day you&#8217;re in, unless you have some unique power to straddle parallel universes .</p>
<p>There&#8217;s not eternity, there&#8217;s not tomorrow, there&#8217;s only today, which is right now!  So quit thinking about it and DO SOMETHING!</p>

<p>Margaret Mead said &#8220;Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it&#8217;s the only thing that ever has&#8221;.</p>
<p>Rosalind Russell, the &#8216;Goat Lady&#8217; of Laguna Beach is a testament to the above statement.  Rosalind has put her empowering vision into action about goats, and how they are helping to transform the lives of the Women &amp; Children of Nepal.</p>
<p>She is literally a one woman show who continues to make a difference in the world more than half-a-world away, in spite of seemingly overwhelming odds.</p>
