I would HIGHLY recommend Chaircover Express. Our venue looked amazing, largely because of the chaircovers. We didn’t have to worry about set up, tear down, or shipping. Chaircover Express did all of that for us. Beautiful product, friendly staff, loved working with this company.

Dont’ go cheap on linens and getting extra help on your wedding day

When I was initially looking at different vendors to provide linens for my wedding I shyed away from CCE because of the bad reviews on Yelp. I had a couple of consultations with other people, but I just never felt like I found the right company. So, against my better judgement, I set up a consultation with them and then was so impressed that I immediately put down a deposit for their services later that day. This is one of the rare times that I’m actually glad that I did not listen to the other reviews. Don’t get me wrong, I know that no company is without its bad days, but in my case, they were having an amazing day the whole year I was working with them!

What made me choose CCE was their variety in linens and the price. Because they are a national company their prices are slightly cheaper than the vendors that are just strictly in Hawaii. Since I wanted black tablecloths I was also looking for different types of textures and CCE provided me with many different options. They also work with an outside company that does uplighting and for the whole room it was only $300 (which at other places would have been minimum $500) and because they were running a promotion I got a discount (who doesn’t like a good deal!). This just seemed like the best possible company for me to go with.

Karen and the staff at CCE were always very prompt in emailing me back and even when I kept adding last minute chair covers and a few extra table cloths they were still very accomodating. From reading past reviews one of the Yelpers said to make sure everything was documented and to make sure they know exactly what you ordered and it is set up exactly how you wanted it to on the day (which I think is always best to do with any company) so when I would follow up with them I would attach pictures to my emails and I was as detailed as possible. Well, it worked! Because on the day the place was perfect! I snuck into the ballroom before any of the guests got to go in and I was just in awe. They got EVERYTHING correct and it was the most gorgeous ballroom I’ve ever seen! I got so many compliments from my guests and to this day, I’m just so thankful that I went with them.

One pointer, if you want things to be exactly how you envisioned don’t go cheap and say you’ll set up and break down the linens. It’s like $75 extra– just let them do it to avoid any problems! In the end, it will be less of a headache and, besides, don’t you want to just enjoy your day?

Planning Your Wedding Receptions Guest Tables, Chair Covers and Head Tables.

A wedding banquet room is typically set up to include: guest tables, chairs, head tables, sign in table, gift table, and a cake table. After dressing up the guest tables and chairs with tablecloths and chair covers, we want to make the head and cake table area the center of attention. These areas are the FOCAL points of the room, and where the guests of honor- the bride and groom- are seated.

There are a few important design techniques to achieve this outcome. First, the placement of the head table within the room is very important. Head tables are typically placed near the center of the room or near the dance floor, and by elevating the head table with a podium or lifter, all of the invited guests will be able to see the bride and groom. Next, you can dress the head table using accent colors or the wedding’s theme colors. Swags or pleats can be added in front of the table to make it look more elegant and inviting, and will draw guests’ eyes to the bridal party. Other decorations such as crystals, jewelries, lights, candles, or flowers can be added to create a beautiful effect. You want to ask yourself: what can I add to create the most stand-out table in the room? Almost anything you can imagine can be used to create a beautiful and unique centerpiece for the room. You may want to decorate the cake table similarly to the head table in order to create harmony and consistency, which will draw guests’ attention to both tables.

Finally, to give the room a more dramatic effect, you can drape lengths of beautiful, flowing fabric from the ceiling. Orienting the fabric to point towards the head table will draw more attention to the bridal party and will help to create the feeling of a more spacious room. That is a design secret to keep in mind – the longer the length of free flowing fabric will give it a more heightened appeal and visualization. It will enhance the ambiance of the room depending on the colors of the draped fabric.

Chaircover Express was so easy to work with. In Hawaii, there are very few decor vendors to work with and w/ consultations and correspondence with the others, Chaircover express certainly came on top. Besides their extremely reasonable prices, I was more impressed how easy and stress free they were to work with especially Diane. She was more than accomodating with our needs and ideas and our ensured us that there was really nothing to worry about. She was right, really there was nothing to worry about. The decor from ceremony & reception sashes to headtable draping and uplighting lighting turned out looking so extravagant and elegant without spending several months of mortgage payments. Strongly recommend them!

Enjoy the special moment and do not let the wedding planning process stress you out – have fun with it and it’s never too early to choose your linens from us! Planning your big special can be fun if you don’t take it too seriously otherwise it can feel frustrating that you are overwhelmed and not enjoying it. Be organized with a notebook to keep all your vendors in line and easily accessible for you.

I’ve been looking for a rental company for my table linens for my wedding and all the other places did not have the color I was looking for which is sage green. So I called Chaircover Express that I found online and they said they had that color and just would need to order it from their corporate office. So I went in and they even gave me the Expo Discount. Customer Service is a big thing for me and they really gave that. They were all very friendly and willing to make my day special. They even dropped off, set-up and picked up all their items we rented!!! Will definitely recommend them to others

Chaircover Express (Diana & Staff) did a wonderful job with the chaircovers & sashes & extras at our daughter’s Wedding. They went beyond the call of duty making the Reception room so beautiful. The colors worked real well. On top of them being very reasonable in price, their staff were on time and completed everything so well. Many thanks for their hard work and we highly recommend them to all.

perfect shape

1) The chair covers and sashes arrived on time and in perfect shape to go straight on the chairs without any pressing or steaming.
2) Chaircover Express mailed the covers directly to my venue which was 150 miles from my home and would have taken up my entire cargo space in my vehicle, saving me tons of necessary space!
3) The customer service reps were professional and pleasant and were helpful when the “helpful” male members of the bridal party threw out all the return shipping labels from the boxes by accident. The representatives helped get the issue resolved quickly with no added expense.
4)Highly recommend this vendor!
