Camar Laut Resort, also known as LKIM Training Centre is a training center and holiday resort managed by the Fisheries Development Authority of Malaysia (LKIM). With a car it only takes about 30 minutes away from the international airport. This rest house is equipped with three air-conditioned bedrooms, ample kitchen, BBQ area, ASTRO and peaceful atmosphere. The rental rate for a day is cheaper than the hotels in the environment. It is perfect for families.

Bagan Villa Resort is located along the northern beach stretch of Bagan Lalang, slightly hidden away from sight by dense trees and greenery while facing the main road. A short gravel stretch leads to the resort grounds, where visitors will find chalet accommodation in the form of small concrete houses; each unit may house two or more family rooms with air-conditioning, television sets and attached bathrooms. Facilities are limited to a small hall for 80 pax, activity field, hawker stall and free Wi-Fi Internet access. Still, it's a popular team building venue due to its cheap price, while being within walking distance to the beach and Sepang Gold Coast.
