As we all know theOlympic Games will be a financial source for England and will be the"golden key" for the English economy. This institution will lead theeconomy out of recession. Even if England had spent about £35 Billion, analysts expect that this eventwill drag England out recession and the rate of growth will be increased.

First of all, capital Economics says an influx of foreignsports fans as well as Britons stocking up on cold beer and souvenir mascotscould help lift GDP by 0.3% in the coming weeks, helping the economy grow by0.8% in the third quarter. For the record we have to mention that in everycountry but one that has hosted the Games since 1980, the two quarters beforethe Games have been far stronger than the two quarters after. The worstslowdowns occurred after the Seoul Games in 1988, Spain in 1992 and China in2008. Only after the Atlanta Olympics of 1996 did economic growth gain paceafter the closing ceremony.

OlympicGames benefit a lot of unemployed and inexperienced people. To begin with, muchof the benefit is from jobs created through construction, which is out of theway long before the opening ceremony, while the disadvantages – including lessproductive working as people huddle round their TV screens, and traveldisruption as hundreds of thousands of supporters flock to London – take placeduring the Games and afterwards.

The next few weekswill see an influx of tourists to London, with around 1 million Olympic ticketsmade available for overseas residents. However, the number of tourists visitingthe UK could drop as a result of the Games. Tourism association UK inbound saidits members had seen a 50% fall in bookings for the third quarter compared withnormal.

We have to rememberthat Olympic Games should promote communal spirit, not financial benefits.

Crisis affected European Stock Markets

Spain was again forced to pay more to borrow in a €3bn auction of short-term government debt although there was a surprise at the European Stock, Germany and Italy, as wider investors angst over the fate of the eurozone also had been forced to borrow with higher interest.

The Spanish auction started after the evaluation from Moody’s from a triple-A rated Germany, the Netherlands and Luxembourg from stable to negative. Many people believe that this happened because of Greece and the possibility of a bankruptcy (exit from the Eurozone). Although Deutsche bank tried to restore the whole situation by making international investments and lending money to other countries, we have to say that this move has helped a lot. Worries over Italy also resurfaced, putting the country’s 10-year yield under pressure.

As we all know Italy has a dept which make things more difficult and complicated, so everyone expect from the EU and IMF to save this country and deal with the financial problems. Unfortunately, this is a "impossible". We have to mention that CDS (credit default swap) has been remarkable increasing which means that no one believes any more in this Union.

Hope is the reason we are alive... Without hope, we'd be all lost. Without hope, we'd all suffer. Hope is what keeps us going, what makes us live, what keeps giving us fluid to keep the "fire" of our lives alive.
So, hope is a good thing. A thing we need. A thing we can't live without.

Some people don't have hope. Those are usually people suffering from depression or a similar disorder or people that commit suicide. People that don't believe in themselves or anyone or anything else anymore.
People that think that it's all over, so why bother living. It's a common thing that we see in our every-day lives, it happens a lot.
But how can we keep this "fire" alive in us. The fire of hope, of living, the one that helps us to keep on going on and on?

We can actually learn to do that. We can keep "igniting the spark" in us.
How?
All we need to do is look at everything in a positive way. Imagine if a person didn't come in your life and change it. If a certain thing in your life, never happened. If someone you loved, never existed.
Imagine how worse would the situation be.

I know, sometimes everything and everyone in our lives, keeps holding us back.. But we have to hope.
To hope is to breathe. To hope is to live. It can't be another way. If you don't have hope, you are not alive. Well, you are, but only physically.

Yeah, a lot of things are gonna happen. We're gonna be sad sometimes. We're gonna feel -not be- hopeless sometimes. Helpless.
But, the important thing is that we must never give up. We have to look at everything in a different way. Look for something positive. We all have the power to go through hard times, but not the will. We lose faith in ourselves. We allow a situation to bring us down. To break us.
But why ? Shouldn't we be happy that we got to the point we are, and get ready for the next "battle" that we gotta win? Shouldn't we appreciate the people around us, the people that love us? Shouldn't we fight until the very end? Should we give everything up? Why not make the best out of every situation?

Let's say a hopeless person is like a lost ship in the sea. It's a hard situation, and he will surely come out of it with some scars. Scars that will go from something negative to something positive. What doesn't kill us, really does makes us stronger. More experienced. More able to handle things and more powerful. At the end, there is always a lighthouse somewhere, that is waiting for a ship to show up, so it can show it the way.
So, knowing that, why would someone give up. Waves are sure to try to get you off your path. But you should keep on going. Never stop. Never let a "wave" turn you over for good. Waves are a good thing. A "wave-less" life would be boring.... Waves make us stronger, smarter. So why hate the waves, when they're only there to test you, to help you become a better "you"? I think you should love the waves, for they are the only weapon you have for the battles that follow..... So keep your head up and keep looking for the next harbor... For the first lighthouse you can see that will lead you to it...

Eveyone Awaits The Results Of Greek Elections

World awaits Greek elections result. The leaders of G20 and the financial markets had made private polls which indicate that none of the politician’s parties will have vote majority and cooperation will be unsuccessful.

This Sunday will provoke a lot of changes to the European Union. First of many countries are associated with Greece with boners. For example Crédit Agricole the third biggest bank of Europe had invested a lot of money at Greece and it will have to deal with a huge financial problem if Greece decide to leave E.U. I have to mention that Greek people have accepted a lot of austerity measures and they are indignant so the result will be unpredictable. Although unpublished opinion polls over the past week have consistently predicted that the conservative New Democracy party will score a narrow win over the radical leftist Syriza party, but will fall short of an absolute majority in Greece’s 300-seat legislature. However, enough voters remained undecided to make a Syriza victory an outside possibility.

First of all, If New Democracy took more seat legislature than Syriza and cooperate with PASOK Greece will still be member of European Union and they will try to apply a lot of austerity measures which will consolidate Greece as a member of E.U. On the other side if Syriza take a higher vote rate at the elections, everything will be different. To begin with, Mr. Tsipras has said that he will try to negotiate with troika and E.U for the modification of the meromendum. Although as we all know they will not make any change, and Greece will be kicked out of the European Family. Everyone will run at the banks but it will be too late for this. The Banking System will be “dead”. Electrician will not be available and the provider will be shut down for 2-3 months. After that Greece civilian will run at supermarkets to get food for their survival, they will ruin every shop and Chaos will show up. After that Mr. Tsipras will make a statement that Greece bankrupt and they will return to Drachma (previous national currency of Greece). If you believe that I am an alarmist or I make and virtual prediction please make me a favor and take a lot at Argentina when the government announced that they had been in a default. Another thing I would like to say that young people who have the opportunity to immigrate will go abroad and the other ones will move to their village so they will consolidate them first need things (food, water, house). After 6 months markets will accept Drachma as a weak currency and rate between Euro and Drachma will be 1:800 so that means that we cannot make any imports such as car, gas, electronic devices. Every public service will be shut down for a long time.

It’s time to say that Greece exit from the Euro zone will provoke many issues to E.U. The worst scenario is the demolition of the Europe Family and every country will return to their national currencies. Every country will face a lot of problems and Spain, Italy, Portugal will be led to financial failure, and this failure will make these countries look like Bangladesh. Although we have to take in consideration another scenario which included also huge problems to E.U. but no its demolition. Firstly E.U will support with cash Italy, Spain, Portugal then it will modify the rate between Euro and Drachma. After that Bondholders will throw away bonds which were associated with Greece.

To sum up, the result of Greek elections will have great impact at the world. Greek people should choose will consciousness and should have in their minds that if you make a sacrifice for your country it might help and improve the FUTURE of younger people.

Spain A Country With Many Hidden Problems

2008 a year when everything started to change. It was a crisis which has affected primarily the southern European states and Ireland. In Spain, the crisis was generated by long-term loans (commonly issued for 40 years), the building market crash, which included the bankruptcy of major companies, and a particularly severe increase in unemployment, which rose to 22.9% by December 2011. Even if Spain at first had given to the market good signs, time had a different opinion about this. First of all Property Bubble was the main cause for the begin of this downfall although the rotten Spanish banking system has added many problems at local people.

I would like to Begin with the Property Bubble( USA has the same problem). The prices of real estate had a remarkable rise of 201% from 1985 to 2007 and as it was expected a lot of people invest at real estates. Specifically € 651,168,000,000 is the current mortgage debt of Spanish families (this debt continues to grow at 25% per year). In 2004 509,293 new properties were built in Spain and in 2005 the number of new properties built were 528,754. 2004 estimations of demand: 300,000 for Spanish people, 100,000 for foreign investors, 100,000 for foreign people living in Spain and 300,000 for stock in a country with 16.5 million families. I will have to mention that now the price of a normal house is -80% from the primarily price. Banks tried to deal with this problem by giving to the investors 40 year loan but this is very possible to be unsuccessful. I should also say that the “collapse” of real estate’s prices had great impact worldwide.

Now it time to say something about the Banking System of Spain which had lead Spain to the disaster. First of all, The Spanish banking system had been credited as one of the most solid and best equipped among all Western economies to cope with the worldwide liquidity crisis, thanks to the country's conservative banking rules and practices. Banks are required to have high capital provisions and demand various proofs and securities from intending borrowers. Although last week Spain Government announced that Bankia( Bank of Spain) requires Cash Flow help from the Europe. The Bank set to ask Spain for more than 19 billion Dollars. The lack of cash had brought the conviction that Spain cannot serve any more Spanish people let alone investors from abroad. In stark contrast with countries like Ireland, no nationalization took place, instead the problem was rolled-over with the extension of the remaining real state companies debts, while the central government bailed once and again banks and Cajas alike. For more than three years, there has been a steady process of bank concentration. Spain had the densest bank office net in Europe and this has forced many dismissals of bank employees.

The results of the financial Spain’s crisis are quite a lot and unfortunately Spain cannot deal with them. Firstly, unemployment rate is climbing over 30% and young Spanish citizens will be unemployed for sure! Another Thing is that there are a lot of rumors about Spain and default, even if there aren’t true a lot of business have cancelled their plans about investing at this country. For example Moody’s has placed Spain at “Junk” Section, unfortunately market obey companies such as Moody’s.

Finally, it is obvious that Spain’s crisis has great impact at worldwide economy and now the future of Europe is up to them.

Alexander McQueen was born on March 17, 1969, in Lewisham, London. He became head designer of the Louis Vuitton-owned Givenchy fashion line and, in 2004, launched his own menswear line. He earned the British Fashion Council's British Designer of the Year award four times, and was named Commander of the Order of the British Empire. McQueen commit suicide in 2010, shortly after the death of his mother.

At age 16, McQueen dropped out of school. He found work on Savile Row, a street in London's Mayfair district famous for offering made-to-order men's suits. He worked first with the tailor shop Anderson and Shephard, and then moved to nearby Gieves and Hawkes.

McQueen began working with theatrical costume designers Angels and Bermans. The dramatic style of the clothing he made there would become a signature of his later independent design work. McQueen then left London for a short stint in Milan, where he worked as a design assistant to Italian fashion designer Romeo Gigli. Upon his return to London, he enrolled at Central Saint Martin's College of Art & Design, and received his M.A. in fashion design in 1992. The collection he produced as the culminating project of his degree was inspired byJack the Ripper, and was famously bought in its entirety by the well-known London stylist and eccentric Isabella Blow. She became a long-time friend of McQueen, as well as an advocate for his work.

Soon after obtaining his degree, Alexander McQueen started his own business designing clothes for women. He met enormous success with the introduction of his "bumster" pants, so named because of their extremely low-cut waistline. Only four years out of design school, McQueen was named Chief Designer of Louis Vuitton-owned Givenchy, a French haute couture fashion house. Although it was a prestigious job, McQueen took it reluctantly, and his tenure there (from 1996 to 2001) was a tumultuous time in the designer's life. Even as he was pushing the limits of what people expected from fashion (one of his shows featured a model who was an amputee walking the runway on carved wooden legs), McQueen felt he was being held back. He would later say that the job "constrain[ed] his creativity." However, he also made the following admission: "I treated Givenchy badly. It was just money to me. But there was nothing I could do: the only way it would have worked would have been if they had allowed me tochange the whole concept of the house, to give it a new identity, and they never wanted me to do that." Even with his reservations about his work, McQueen won British Designer of the year in 1996, 1997, and 2001, all during his time at Givenchy.

In 2000, Gucci bought a 51 percent stake in Alexander McQueen's private company, and provided the capital for McQueen to expand his business. McQueen left Givenchy shortly thereafter. In 2003,McQueen was declared International Designer of the Year by the Council of Fashion Designers of America and A Most Excellent Commander of the British Empire by the Queen of England, and won yet another British Designer of the Year honor. Meanwhile, McQueen opened stores in New York, Milan, London, Las Vegas and Los Angeles. With the help of Gucci's investment, McQueen had become even more successful than he was before. Already known for the flare and passion of his shows, McQueen produced even more interesting spectacles after leaving Givenchy. For example, a hologram of model Kate Moss floated ethereally at the showing of his 2006 Fall/Winter line.

Alexander McQueen was also known for not being shy about his lack of traditional good looks or his lower class background. One acquaintance described that during a first encounter, McQueen was "wearing a lumberjack shirt with the most low-class kind of schlubby-looking jeans falling down with a long key chain...[and was] quite podgy." Another friend said that his teeth "looked like Stonehenge." According to those who knew him closely, McQueen was proud of breaking the traditional mold of a successful designer.

In 2007, the specter of death would come to haunt McQueen, first with the suicide of Isabella Blow. The designer dedicated his 2008 Spring/Summer line to Blow, and said that her death "was the most valuable thing I learnt in fashion." Just two years later, on February 2, 2010, McQueen's mother died. One day before her funeral, on February 11, 2010, McQueen was found dead in his Mayfair, London apartment. The cause of death was determined to be suicide.

Alexander McQueen's rise from lower-class high school dropout to internationally famous designer is a remarkable story. His bold styles and fascinating shows inspired and wowed the world of fashion, and his legacy lives on. Longtime co-designer Sarah Burton took over the still-operating Alexander McQueen brand, and McQueen's contribution to fashion was honored by a 2011 exhibition of his creations at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.

Facebook Enters Stock Market

Facebook has become a part of our everyday lives, and about a month ago has joined US stock market.

Facebook said it would seek to raise $5bn (£3.16bn, 3.8bn euros), about half the amount many analysts expected. But the initial public offering (IPO) is still expected to be the biggest sale of shares by an internet company. Facebook, just eight years old and started by Harvard University students, now has 845 million users and made a profit of $1bn last year. Although Google had offered about $1.6bn in 2004 but Fcebook Inc rejected that offer. Now this social network has 845 million monthly users of which 443 million are daily users and the with profits of $ 229 million and $ 606 million in 2009 and 2010, respectively— easily bested by a whopping USD 1 billion in 2011.We have to mention that Facebook was a renovation for social networking and evolved communications. However stock market traders remain positive about Facebook's flotation.

As for the Zuckerberg, his 2011 salary of $ 500,000 will be cut to $ 1 as of January 2013, but he’ll be more than comfortable, thanks to a 28.4 per cent stake in the company. Meanwhile, Wall Street banks hope the IPO opens door to more work with the company down the line, and that work can mean more fees.

I am a 16-year-old teenager and I live in Greece. I would like to offer my opinion about the crucial situation in my country. I would also like to mention that I don't want to offend anyone with my words.

First of all, Greece is a country which played an important role in the first steps of human history and the country’s history is full of honors; it is, after all, the birthplace of Democracy.

However, we seem to be unable to keep up with these time-honored traditions set by our glorious ancestors. Young Greek people have adopted a mentality which doesn't have any connection with our forefathers and we are now facing the consequences of these actions. Unfortunately, politicians of this country have “prohibited” us from dreaming and are gradually forcing us to immigrate to other countries. Elder people have the conviction that Greece will be in a better financial position after 4-5 years, nevertheless they fail to admit that this terrible situation is a product of their “rotten” mentality. They created a “monster” (a.k.a. public sector). They were aware of this situation, but no one tried to change anything because they managed to form a “buyer - customer” relationship with the politicians. I live in a country with a huge rate of unemployment (as high as 21.9%), plus the corruption stands at about 24% of the daily transactions, which means that we could have saved about 20 billion euros without making any cuts in salaries and pensions.

Even now, when Greece is undergoing so many difficulties, we don't admit it to ourselves, we don't try to make a change and we say that “This is the government's fault.” I have to disagree with you. IT IS OUR FAULT! For many years, tax evasion was a hobby in this country, we were giving many votes to politicians and in return they promised us a job in the public sector. We were living with virtual money which we borrowed from the banks, so it is important for people living here to understand that everybody has made mistakes and that we should unite and turn this situation around. We are talking about “green energy” and we are trying to make a plan about how to get back to normalcy, but this is actually cheap talk.

I am really disappointed from that situation, but I will never stop hoping and trying to change myself as a person and as a citizen of Greece. I was inspired by a wonderful man. I have to mention that if we want to change, we should begin from ourselves, not just criticize everyone, but never do anything about ourselves!
Another thing I would like to clear up is that change is not riots and infernos; burning every shop in Athens. We should use education as a way to induce teenagers to make a change.

Never give up, keep dreaming and if you really want something, it will come true.

1. Exercise

Diablo III Mini-Review

Twelve years is a long time to wait for a game, but the Diablo fans were faithfull and waiting for a the third game since developer Blizzard released Diablo II in 2000. Since then, people have leveled and looted for years and gradually mastered its' gameplay systems. Blizzard has also learned a lot over the last decade, and has wisely applied these lessons to the design of Diablo III. Although many gamers mentioned that the story is a bit short and predictable.

Even when the story failed to amaze me, the loot system kept me hooked. Bringing your axe down for a killing blow or blasting an enemy with a skill that rips the flesh from their bones is empowering, but the eruption of gold and treasure that spews into the air induces a rush of jubilation. It results in instances of elation and frustration, but with the bad times come the moments where I’m enveloped in a sense of joy, where the hours I’ve spent wading through monsters for the umpteenth time feel more than worth it. No other game besides Diablo III has engaged my hunger – my need – to get loot in the same way. I dream about it at night (seriously), and dwell upon it while I write this sentence.

Christian Louboutin is a well known French shoe designer.
He was born in Paris in 1963. His obsession with shoes began in 1976 when he was 13 years old, when he visited a Parisian museum and saw a huge red high-heeled shoe worn by another visitor.He adored shoes and says "nobody wears shoes like a dancer on stage." So he decided to devote himself to fashionable footwear. He first trained with Charles JOURDAN and freelanced for Chanel and Yves St. Laurent with his shoe designs. He also met the great shoe designer Roger VIVIER and helped him organize an exhibition of Vivier's work.
In 1991, he opened his own shop in the Passage Vero-Dodat in Paris, which soon caught the attention of Parisian socialites visiting the neighbouring antique dealers.
His velvet pump drapes the ankle with net and tassels inspired by a belly dancer's veil, in the 1990's.

In 1996, Louboutin designed a range of shoes with transparent Lucite heels, in which flower petals or other objects were seen to be floating. These were very popular and sold in large numbers. For one customer the French film star Arielle Dombasle, he enclosed love letters from her philosopher husband within the plastic heels, as well as a lock of his hair and a quill. She says: "his shoes are unique, each one is like a jewel."

Louboutin loves to let his imagination run wild. He has many plans for the future, including his own perfume, and will almost certainly make his dreams come true.
Christian Louboutin currently has 3 boutiques in the United States. Two can be found in New York.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 2

Activision has confirmed that Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 will be released November 13, 2012 on PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360. This game is developed by Treyarch which has developed Call of Duty 3, Call of Duty : World at War and Call of Duty : Black Ops, so it is easy to understand that this game will be another big disapointment for FPS gamers.
As a huge FPS gamer I have to say that Call of Duty 4 and Modern Warfare 2 were the only good games of the series from Activion. Unfortunately Activition can't be compared with the EA Games famous FPS, Battlefield. I recently checked out Battlefield 3 and I have to mention that this game will be one of the top FPS games for a long time.
