RAGING BULL TO SERPENT
i stomp around in circles on the wooden floor in bare feet so i can feel the pounding beneath me. i release loud provocative breaths and growling sounds from a fire burning in my belly.
when the roaring has slowed down, i soften and melt to the floor and begin to undulate and writhe to a rhythm deep within. snake like. earthbound. all belly, pelvis and spine.
