Poor satellite reception

Just wondered if anyone else with Sky or Freesat was having poor reception on certain channels like True Moves 1 and 2 as well as True Entertainment? The breaking up of the picture started a couple of days ago.

Fire Alarm

It appears that the fire alarm has been going off on a regular basis due to cooking “problems!”
In the interests of harmony for residents please be aware of smoke produced when cooking and turn the extractor fan on! If your detector does set the alarm going, please zip downstairs and turn it off straight away…otherwise we may think you are on fire! Thanks.

car parking

Hope everyone is well. I apologise…cheeky question, I just wondered if anyone happened to not have a car and therefore not be using any of the allocated parking in the compound? I would really like to be able to park my car inside the main car park. If anyone can help me this would be hugely appreciated.

Fire alarm

After our recent fire alarm last week it was noticed that not all residents leave their apartements any more or more importantly let us know if it was their alarm that had cause the main alarm to go off. If you have set the alarm off (red light showing) could you please come to the hall and tell us so we know whether it is a false alarm or not, or otherwise we could be ringing for the fire brigade unnecessarily. It is for everyones safety to follow this procedure whenever the alarm goes off. Thanks to all.

Painting

The external painting of the doors and windows is now complete and i think they have done a good job. There are still one or two bits to do like the underneath of a couple of balconies but they do not affect anyone so we will do them as and when. We will also be painting the underneath of the car park area and the perimeter wall sometime this summer so look out for painters on ladders or crouched down when you are parking your car!
