Just wanna let everybody know that at the start of the offseason I will start blogging again. In case anyone actually views this, I might as well post my Superbowl Pick.

Saints Clearly Number 1 On This Weeks Power Rankings

So last week I went on and on about why the Vikings are the best team in the NFL. Well the Saints sure did shut me up this week with a 38-17 blowout over New England.

1. Saints (11-0) Like I just said, they seem almost impossible to beat...almost.

2. Vikings (10-1) I'm not sure what I thought about all of the passing, Brett Favre is great, but the Vikings have some talented runningbacks that they don't use often enough.

3. Colts (11-0) They really need to not give all their fans heart attacks at the beggining of games, but they continue to win games.

4. Chargers (8-3) Some teams are now starting to fall, so I'd rather have the Chargers get their cold streak out of the way early, now they are on a roll.

5. Bengals (8-3) Im not sure what to say, they didn't exactly crush Cleveland, which a good team really should do, but they did win with another great defensive stand.

6.Cardinals (7-4) Warner will be back soon, they should be fine.

7. Patriots (7-4) They really did embarress themselves Monday night, and alot of "experts" are not so confident in a Pats-Colts AFC Championship.

8. Cowboys (8-3) The good news is they played a great thanksgiving game, the bad news is it was the Raiders that they played.

9. Packers (7-4) That loss to Tampa Bay is a thing of the Past.

10. Eagles (7-4) They barely slipped away from Washington, so the Eagles are a question right now.

11. Broncos (7-4) Though they won last week, they will need SD to lose to the Browns and to beat the Colts this week to get back on top of the AFC West. That is a low low low possibilty.

12. Titans (5-6) Some of you may think this is a little high for the Titans, but they are really looking like one of the better teams in the NFL all of the sudden.

13. Ravens (6-5) They finally got their revenge against Pittsburgh on SNF, now they both have the same record.

14. Steelers (6-5) They are on a 3 game losing streak right now and suddenly aren't looking like a lock for the Wild Card.

15. Falcons (6-5) They have been partially dissapointing this year, and they don't have Ryan for a tough game against the Eagles next week.

16. Giants (6-5) I expected some football out of the Giants on thanksgiving, but instead they decided to do whatever the Lions and Raiders were doing.

17. Jaguars (6-5) Suprisingly, they are still the #6 Seed in the AFC.

18. Texans (5-6) A team won't get far if they blow a 17-0 lead.

19. Dolphins (5-6) Last week was pathetic, I hope to see something better against the Patriots.

20. 49ers (5-6) On Sunday, we saw the good 49ers, maybe they will keep it up.

21. Jets (5-6) The defense won the game for them against Carolina, which is a good thing cause they actually won.

22. Panthers (4-7) Just when we thought the Panthers were looking good again, they lose 2 straight.

23. Bears (4-7) What happened to Matt Forte? I expected Jay Cutler to be awful but Matt Forte was really good.

24. Redskins (3-8) They are still #1 against the pass, and have actually put up fights against the teams they have played. Still they are losing games.

25. Bills (4-7) Maybe the Bills are on to something, score points and you win games.

26. Seahawks (4-7) Justing Forsett played a great game on Sunday, but that was the Rams.

27. Chiefs (3-8) Well good to see things back to normal.

28. Raiders (3-8) Just quote what I said for the Chiefs.

29. Buccaneers (1-10) Freemen played well and the defense looked sharp, until they let up a game winning touchdown.

30. Lions (2-9) Why do they tell us we are watching Thanksgiving football and then put the Lions on?

31. Rams (1-10) The only thing going well for the Rams right now is...well nothing.

32. Browns (1-10) If they beat San Diego next week I will officially be embarressed.

Chargers Demolish Chiefs 43-14 And Keep 1 Game Lead In AFC West

Chris Chambers came back to his old team today only to see his KC Chiefs get crushed 43-14. San Diego just looked like a great team out there all day. L.T. had 2 more tds, though only 39 yards. Rivers was very productive with 317 yards and 2 TDs. Gates looked like the old Gates with 117 yards and 2 TDs. The defense forced 4 turnovers. This was just a great game. If only they didn't start at their own 5 for the first 2 drives, then maybe they would have put up 50. The only bad thing about this game was the Tomlinson goal-line fumble, but luckily that didn't matter because they were up 38-14. All in all, the only thing left to say is "Cleveland here we come."

Broncos Win, Turns Charger Chiefs Game Into Must Win

Well last night the Broncos crushed the Giants in one of three awful Thanksgiving games. So they have snapped their losing streak and are at 7-4. Lukily for us Charger fans, they take on the Chiefs at home this Sunday. Honestly, it should be a blowout but I don't expect that. Sure SD is better in all categories but the Chiefs have come off a huge win. Then again, so did San Diego.

What To Watch For
The first thing on this list is Veteran Offensive Linemen John Runyan. He just signed with the Chargers, but his experience could help some of our younger linemen. Next, Vincent Jackson. He did much better after a 10 yard game against the Eagles, and the last time he played the Chiefs he put up 142 yards and a TD. Lets see if he can put up another performence like that. With that said let's point to Philip Rivers. He put up low numbers last week, but thats all he needed. They barely passed it in the 4th quarter and suprisingly the Running backs were able to produce 203 yards. Hopefully Rivers could improve his numbers though against the bad teams they play the next two weeks so he could get his deserved spot in the Pro Bowl over Big Ben. On the Chiefs side the only thing I'd be excited for is Chris Chambers coming back to his old team. Luckily, San Diego DBs have practiced against him so should know how to stop him.

Vikings Take My #1 Spot On Week 12 Power Rankings

I know what your thinking, Vikings? Actually it may not be too suprising to some of you, but here we go for this week.

1.Vikings (9-1) Now I know this may think this is crazy, but this is why the Vikings are #1. They have possibly the best RB in the game and last year won I think 11 games with a bad QB. Now they have Brett Favre to lead the offense, and their receivers are playing better. They have always had a great defense led by Winfield and Allen, and now with Percy Harvin they even have top-notch special teams. People, this is the team to beat, they just got their bad game out of the way in the regular season rather than the Playoffs.

2.Saints (10-0)- They won 38-7, thats good even against the Bucs. They are still the best offensive team in the league.

3.Colts (10-0)- They had a couple of lucky things happen against the Ravens, and Peyton Manning is starting to look a little dull with his second straight 2 pick game. Still they havn't lost.

4.Patriots (7-3)- The Monday Night Matchup of the Pats and Saints is possibly the best game left. Let's see if the Pats can prove themselves.

5.Chargers (7-3)- 5 straight wins and the Chargers are doing what they do best earlier than ever.

6.Cardinals (7-3)- Warner being injured could be a serious problem, but if he plays the Cardinals will be fine.

7.Bengals (7-3) Though the loss to Oakland was ugly, they caught a break with Pittsburgh losing to KC.

8.Steelers (6-4) Ben Roethlesberger says he is alright, but the Steelers are looking exposed on defense without Polomalu.

9.Eagles (6-4)They ended their 2 game losing streak with a close game against the Bears. At least they won the game.

10.Cowboys (6-4) They have scored 7 points each in their last 2 games, luckily for them the defense is performing well.

11.Packers (6-4) The Packers are rising above again, and are on top of the NFC Wild Card Race.

12.Giants (6-4) They ended their losing streak against a pretty good Falcons team, but they still aren't the team they were earlier this season.

13.Jaguars (6-4) Though the games are close, the Jags are winning games and creeping into that #5 seed.

14.Ravens (5-5) Wow, that Joe Flacco pick was terrible, but besides that they played solid defense against Manning's Colts.

15.Falcons (5-5) The Falcons are talented, but the loss of Michael Turner right when he was getting back into his game was crucial.

16.Broncos (6-4) Finally the Broncos are looking like the Broncos we all know and love.

17.Titans (4-6) 10-6!!!! It is going to happen and the Titans will make the most memorable comeback in NFL History.

18.Dolphins (5-5) Glad to see Ricky Williams proving he can take over this team.

19.Texans (5-5) Another loss by a missed field goal, what a shame.

20.Panthers (4-6) They have been running the ball so well, but unfortunatly this is a passing league.

21.49ers (4-6) Maybe if they played a full game like they played the 4th quarter against the Packers, they would look like the 3-0 49ers we remember.

22.Jets (4-6) Every week Sanchez looks worse. The defense isn't helping much either.

23.Bears (4-6) The Orton-Cutler trade really isn't working out for either team is it?

24.Seahawks (3-7) I feel like this team is better than 3-7, but they just don't have any heart.

25.Redskins (3-7) I think the Redskins deserve more credit, believe it or not they are first in the league against the Pass. Also, they are playing with now a 3rd string runningback. So they are bad, but not as bad as we think.

26.Chiefs (3-7) I knew the chiefs had potential, and Chris Chambers is looking great in KC.

27.Raiders (3-7) How come the Raiders can only beat good teams??? Ohh and is Gradkowski the answer for the Raiders...well terribleness?

28.Bills(3-7) T.O. Looked like the old T.O. for once, and the Bills still lost.

29.Lions(2-8) Its nice to see Stafford finally play a bad team, maybe he is better than we think.

30.Buccaneers (1-9) Well Freemen, you are still the best QB on the team, but the Bucs are far from being a good team.

31.Rams (1-9) Well, the Rams are just awful, what else is there to say?

32.Browns (1-9) They Were Up 24-3 and they lost. Then again, the fact that they scored more than 14 is impressive.

Chargers Crush Broncos To Take AFC West Lead

Before I get to this game, I just want to say this was a pretty crazy week in football. The Raiders, Chiefs, and Lions all won. The Raiders beat the Bengals, the Chiefs beat the Steelers, and the Lions Browns game was actually high scoring. Besides that, things were pretty normal I guess.

Ok, now for this game. With this win, San Diego has now won all 3 of the considerably "tough" games. All of the fans on the scout forum back in week 6 said these were the games the Chargers would lose. Well they won, and the only really tough game we have left is Cincy. So right now SD is pretty much looking at a 12-4 season. The Broncos on the other hand, have 2 more tough games within the next 3 weeks. The Giants on Thanksgiving and the Colts will both be a challenge. So, for now SD has taken back what is rightfully theirs.

UPs
San Diego finally ran the ball well. Also, the red zone defense really played well, including the fumble at the 1 yard line. Rivers was efficient as usual, and though Jackson had a decent game, Legadu Naanee had his 2nd touchdown in 2 weeks. He is really turning into a good weapon. Finally, the o-line gave rivers plenty of time and didn't let up 1 sack, plus it looked great when it came to run-blocking.

Downs
I would have liked to see Tomlinson stay in and boost his yardage, but the fact that our fullbacks were tearing up the field did at least prove that we are blocking better. Also, Rivers only had 142 yards, but then again, the Chargers were dominating so badly that they didn't even need to throw the ball in the second half. Finally, I will admit they got lucky with the one fumble, and they did let up some big plays both through the air and on the ground.

All in all, this was exactly what the chargers needed, and they are now pretty much staring 9-3 in the face, along with a 4th straight division title.

Huge Game For AFC West Lead As The Chargers Head To Denver

Last week was a huge momentum shift for both the San Diego Chargers and the Denver Broncos. The Chargers finally ran the ball well and took out Philly 31-23 while the Broncos lost Kyle Orton and lost to the Redskins 27-17. Now they are tied at 6-3 each in the AFC West and San Diego is looking for revenge.

Now, the thing I see is that if the Chargers win this game, their next two games are against the Chiefs and Browns, while the Broncos take on the Giants, the Chiefs, and the Colts, so SD has the advantage with the next few games.

While the pass defense has been pretty good most of the season, the Chargers let up 450 yards to McNabb last week, so if that happens again they can probably kiss this win goodbye. Luckily for them, they will either play an injured Kyle Orton, or Chris Simms. Both of these quarterbacks are less talented then McNabb. Besides that everything went well for SD, they ran the ball well, Rivers was effecient completing 20 of 25, and the Run Defense held the Eagles to about 30 yards.

On the other side the Broncos looked great at first, starting the game with 2 huge TD passes to Brandon Marshall, but produced only 36 yards of offense in the 2nd half. Also, they let a Punter score on a 32 yard TD pass, that is kind of embarresing. I mean, when a kicker maybe scores on a short 5 yard td pass, thats acceptable, but 32 yards? Anyway that was the 3rd straight loss for Denver.

San Diego pretty much needs to play like they did last week, expect lower the yards allowed through the air. Even if they need to let up a few more rushing yards, don't let Denver put up more than 300. If SD can establish a decent running game, then Rivers can torch the Denver Defense and the Chargers will easily win this one. But, Denver can win this game. If they can wreck SD on sprecial teams like they did last time, it could be a long day for the Chargers. Also, the Pass Rush killed them last time, but Rivers has adjusted, facing two great pass rushes the last two weeks.

Colts Climb to #1 On My Power Rankings

Alright, let's get right to this weeks power rankings.

1.Colts (9-0)- The record says it, they havn't lost a game yet even after playing the Patriots.

2. Saints (9-0) Hopefully that game against the Rams was just a fluke, because they would have lost to almost any other team. Still, they are undefeated.

3.Vikings (8-1) Though they only scored 27 points, they absolutely dominated the Lions, which any good team should do.

4. Bengals (7-2) With a win over the Steelers, the Bengals have now proved to me they are a serious contender, and now it is thanks to the defense.

5. Patriots (6-3) They are one punt away from being higher on this list. That sounds pretty weird.

6. Steelers (6-3) The loss of Polomalu again could be critical for the Steelers.

7. Chargers (6-3) Now we are seeing the Chargers we know and love.

8. Cardinals (6-3) It took some time, but Kurt Warner went all Kurt Warner on the Seahawks last week and gave the Cardinals a good division lead.

9. Cowboys (6-3) They go from beating the Eagles to scoring 7 points against the Packers, leaving us all to ask, are they choking again?

10. Broncos (6-3) The losses to Baltimore and Pittsburgh were acceptable, the loss to Washington was definatly not.

11. Eagles (5-4) They need to score more in the Red Zone if they want to be considered more dangerous.

12. Ravens (5-4) The Browns got their defense back to its origianl state, for now.

13. Falcons (5-4) The loss to Carolina was dissapointing, but I think they can get back on their feet next week.

14. Texans (5-4) Time for them to prove themselves on Monday Night against the Titans.

15. Giants (5-4) The Cowboys and Eagles both lost, giving the Giants hope.

16. Panthers (4-5) This may be suprising, but they are looking much better now, especially with establishing the run.

17. Packers (5-4) The win against the Cowboys proved that the Bucs game was just a fluke.

18. Jaguars (5-4) Maurice Jones-Drew = Beast, rest of Jaguars team = alright I guess.

19. Dolphins (4-5) They almost lost to the Bucaneers, let's see what they can do on Thursday Night without Ronnie Brown.

20. 49ers (4-5) The good news is they got 5 picks against Cutler last week. The bad news is they only scored 10 points. They need to play better offense if they want to compete with the Cardinals.

21. Titans (3-6) The miracle is coming, Tennsessee is looking great, and I think they could go 10-6 if they really concentrate.

22. Jets (4-5) After a 3-0 start the only team they could beat was the Raiders, thats sad.

23. Seahawks (3-6) They needed that win against Arizona, and for the first half it looked like they could get it.

24. Bears (4-5) Jay Cutler with another fantastic performence as the Bears QB.

25. Redskins (3-6) Well they beat the Broncos, so maybe this means something.

26. Bills (3-6) The Bills are looking worse each week, and like I said last week, imagine if they won Week 1.

27. Chiefs (2-7) Hey, they can at least beat the Raiders.

28. Buccaneers (1-8) They almost beat the Dolphins, which proves that Freemen has changed this team a little.

29. Raiders (2-7) They can't even beat the Chiefs... and Russel got benched again.

30. Rams (1-8) They played a competitive game against the Saints, Steven Jackson is the only reason we can call the Rams a football team.

31. Lions (1-8) Well ever since the win against the Redskins the Lions have just looked worse.

32. Browns (1-8) I really thought the Browns had a shot at a win at half-time last night, their defense played pretty good, but the Offense is even worse then the Raiders.

Broncos Loss and Chargers Win Leads to a tied division

The Broncos lost to the Redskins and the Chargers beat the Eagles... so next week is the game SD can take the lead. Even though that is all that is really on my mind right now this post is really about every game of the week, so let's start with the 1:00 games.

Denver at Washington
My Score Prediction- 34-13 Denver
Final Score- 27-17 Washington
So early in the game Denver goes all Brandon Marshall on the Redskins, and after that it was over, Denver lost to the Redskins... I mean, at first I thought the Ravens game just might have been a bad game. Then the Steelers game was just a loss to a great team, but Washington?!? San Diego better take advantage of them next week.
Grades
Washington- (B-) Hey they won, and they won by more than one score. They didn't let the Marshall play get their hopes down.
Denver- (D-) Wow, they played terrible, against Washington. The only thing keeping them from an F is the fact that Marshall Played like a beast. Besides that, their next best receiver was Scheffler with 29 yards.

Falcons at Panthers
My Score Prediction- 30-20 Falcons
Final Score- 28-19 Panthers
This wasn't completely surprising, I guess the Panthers took what they did last week and played 4 quarters of football against a team not as good as the Saints. However I don't expect the Falcons to go downhill from here, they are still dangerous.
Grades
Panthers- (A-) Steve Smith started to look like Steve Smith again with 2 TDs. Still would like to see more yardage out of him. Meanwhile the duo of Stewart and Williams continued to produce yards. The defense played pretty good.
Falcons (D+) They didn't show up, but as I said before, I think the Falcons will forget about this and move on. Plus they lost Turner to injury, but hopefully he is o.k.

Jaguars at Jets
My Score Prediction- 24-20 Jaguars
Final Score- 24-22 Jaguars
Wow, my guess was only 2 points off. It is sad to see Sanchez start to look like a Rookie after such a great start, but it continued today against the Jaguars as he threw 2 more INTs. I knew the Jets weren't for real, and I think now many others do too.

Jaguars- (B+) As usual, Jones-Drew tore up the defense. Though Garrard didn't put up monster numbers, he didn't throw any picks.
Jets- (C) They did keep the game close. But as I said earlier, Sanchez threw two picks and only 1 TD. The Jets are really falling behind in the Wild Card race.

Cincinnati at Pittsburgh
M Score Prediction- Bengals 24 Steelers 27
Final Score- Bengals 18 Steelers 12
The Bengals are for real now, though lately it has been their defense. Either way, they have been winning games against good teams and held a good Steelers offense to no TDs. This Bengals team is possibly on the road to a Super Bowl.
Grades
Bengals- (A-) Once again, the defense was unbelievable. I would like to see offense that was so good come back though. Also, what was the point of that fake extra point?
Steelers- (B-) They played a tough game, but couldn't get touchdowns when they needed them. They played good defense against a talented offense, but they couldn't use that as an advantage.

Minnesota at Detroit
My Score Prediction- 38-10
FInal Score- 27-10
This is exactly how the game should have turned out. It was simply the better team that won. Though I give Detroit's defense credit though, even though they let up a ton of yards, I expected more Vikings points. Still the Vikings completely outplayed the Lions.
Grades
Vikings- (A+) They did everything right, Favre had around 340 yards, Sidney Rice had a monstrous 200 yard game, and Peterson had a solid 130 yard game. The defense didn't disappoint either.
Lions- (F) They couldn't stop anyone and they barely produced on offense. This is exactly what the Lions are good at.

Miami at Tampa Bay
My Score Prediction- 26-23 Tampa Bay
Final Score- 25-23 Miami
This was probably the closest loss I have predicted all year. I really wanted to see Tampa Bay win, but even though they lost Josh Freemen still has a better winning percentage then Sanchez or Stafford.
Grades
Tampa Bay- (C+) They were a field goal away from their second win, but the season is pretty much over for them anyway.
Miami- (B-) They didn't play much better, but the Wildcat did once again tear up the defense. Now let's see how they do against Carolina.

New Orleans at Saint Louis
My Score Prediction- 41-9 Saints
Final Score- 28-23 Saints
Wow the Rams played good football for the first time since last year, and they still lost. Though it was a close game, the Saints remained undefeated, but is this just setting them up for a loss? I guess we will have to find out next week.
Grades
Saints- (B-) They played solid offense, but the defense really should have not let up 23 to the Rams.Rams- (C) They played possibly the best team in the NFL, maybe this could lead to some momentum.

Tennessee at Buffalo
My Score Prediction- 31-17 Tennessee
Final Score- 41-17 Tennessee
After starting 0-6 the Titans have won 3 straight. Though it hasn't been against great teams, it wasn't against terrible teams either. Until now, the Bills are just looking worse every week.
Grades
Tennessee- (A) Once again, Johnson looked great. Vince Young still didn't look great, but is still winning games.
Buffalo- (D) Well they started off ok, which is the only reason they don't have an F. Still, the Bills are far from a competitive team.

Kansas City at Oakland
My Score Prediction- 14-10
Final Score- 16-10
Well this is exactly what everyone expected, just a terrible game between terrible teams. Well the Chiefs still won, which didn't surprise many people.
Grades
Kansas City- (C+) The bright side is their defense played well. The dark side is it was against the Raiders, and they could only score 16 points.
Oakland- (D-) Just what you would expect out of Oakland, a pathetic attempt at playing offense, including a 67 yard performance out of Russell.

Arizona at Seattle
My Score Prediction- 27-20 Arizona
Final Score- 31-20 Arizona
Though it took some time, Arizona's offense looked great for a second week in a row. Warner had a great game with 340 yards and 2 TDs.
Grades
Arizona- (B+) It took a little time for them to get going, but as I usually say, it matters how you finish not how you start.
Seattle- (C) It's not like they played a bad game, but this wasn't a good game either. They played much better against the Lions, but then again doesn't everybody?

Cowboys at Packers
My Score Prediction- 31-21 Cowboys
Final Score- 17-7 Packers
Well, the Cowboys started looking like the Cowboys again, as did the Packers. With the wloss the NFC East is still up for grabs. I wonder now if the Packers can possibly turn the season around.
Grades
Packers- (A) They played great defense against a good offense, and their own offense got the job done.
Cowboys- (C-) They couldn;'t score for 3 quarters, and more importantly lost to a team that came off a loss to the Bucs.

Fantasy Starts of the Week

On Thursday Night Jay Cutler threw 0 TDs and 5 INTs, so I feel sorry for anybody who started him, but for everybody else here is who you should start This week.

Drew Brees- He is playing the terrible Rams, and he is one of the best Qbs in the NFL. I mean, you should start him any week, last week he played the #1 pass D in the league and still did alright. Now he plays the 23rd rank pass Defense in the Rams.

Starts of the Week
Its super hard to pick between these two, so I'll go with both.

Ray Rice- He is a beast already, he even scored last week when the Ravens played like crap. He is the 4th ranked fantasy RB who is going up against the 31st ranked Browns. Come on, who wouldn't start him?
Projected Stats- 143 Yards 2 TDs

Chris Johnson- Ok, you have the best runningback in the league (yea, I did just say that) against the worst running defense in the league. PLUS, though Vince Young has been better, the Titans still aren't passing very effectively, just more effeciently. Then again, that is all you need when you have Johnson on your team.
Projected Stats- 164 Yards 2 TDs

WR
Starts of the Week
Percy Harvin*Sleeper*- This may be a suprise to you, but Percy is an explosive receiver who should definatly take advantage of the Lions, who rank 31st against the pass and are especially weak in defending the deep pass. Also he has a chance to return a kick all the way on special teams.
Projected Stats- 84 Yards TD

Marques Colston- He's a talented receiver who has one of the best Qbs in the league throwing him the ball...against the Rams. You should definatly start him, its obvious.

TE
Brent Celek- Though the Chargers have been good against the pass, their weak point has been against the TEs. Especially with the pressure coming at McNabb, look for him to dump it off the the TE and let him make a play.
Projected Stats- 52 Yards TD

Kickers- Go with either Gostkowski(Patriots) or Stover (Colts) These games are usually high scoring, so expect these guys to be kicking plenty of Extra Points and possibly a field goal or 2.

Defenses
Ravens,Vikings,Saints- I shouldn't even need to explain why to start these 3.

Chargers Try To Win 4th Straight Vs Eagles

Before I start talking about the Chargers game, I'd like to speak just a little bit about the TNF Game. First of all I think this game looked much better a few weeks ago, but now its a game between two teams going in a downward direction,the Chicago Bears and San Francisco 49ers. If you look at the Bears they are pretty much done with this season, there is no way they win the division unless the Vikings completely choke somehow, and the Wild Card spot is a little out of reach. The 49ers on the other hand can actually still win the division, they are only two games behind Arizona, and the Cardinals aren't that great. So pretty much this is a must win game for both teams, but I chose the 49ers to take it 23-16, running all over the Bears.

Ok, now to the game I Really want to talk about. I am actually really excited for this game for 2 reasons. 1. I actually live near Philly so everyone I know is an Eagles fan. 2. If Tomlinson scores this game, he will have officially scored a touchdown against every single NFL team besides the Chargers. Anyway enough about that, let's get down to buisness.

This is a game between the 5-3 Chargers and the 5-3 Eagles in San Diego. The Chargers come off of a stunning last-minute win over the Giants, while the Eagles lost a dissapointing game at home to Dallas, 20-16.

What to Watch For With The Chargers
The Eagles love to blitz, so San Diego should throw plenty of screens to Sproles, which will A. Lead to scores and B.Slow down the pressure.

Also let's hope to see what we have seen the last 3 weeks out of Merriman and Phillips. They along with the safeties have sent a good amount of pressure on the Qbs,and the Chargers have sacked them 5 times in their last 2 games.

Finally, let's hope to see Rivers continue his great play against a great pass Defense in the Eagles. With Asante Samuel up against Vincent Jackson, Rivers has to possibly try to get the ball to his other playmakers, including Gates, who could be left open.

What to Watch For With the Eagles
The Chargers need to contain Wide Receiver Desean Jackson. Jackson is possibly the most explosive player in the NFL. When he is out in the open, he can do some damage. I can't believe I am saying this, but put Cromartie on Jackson, because he is probably the fastest guy on the Defense.

Brian Westbrook coming back could be a huge boost for the Eagles, especially against the poor run defense of San Diego. I wouldn't be suprised to see him, McCoy, and Weaver run all over SD, but if they control the run, they should be able to stop the pass.

Ok So Here Is My Picks.

Game of the Week

New England Patriots at Indianapolis Colts
This is a game between two of the best quarterbacks in the NFL. Not only that, this is also one of the biggest rivalry's in the NFL, and they aren't even division opponents.

I Expect a high scoring game that will not dissapoint anybody. My final score prediction is 38-34 Colts, I believe they will stay unbeaten, but this will be a very tough test for them. I also expect both Qbs to score at least twice and have at least 250 yards.

Toilet Bowl
Kansas City Chiefs at Oakland Raiders

Both teams are terrible, which leads to an exciting game. The last time these two played they final score was 13-10 Raiders, and im expecting a similar score. I pick the chiefs to win 14-10. The Chiefs are a little improved with Chambers, and they are playing possibly the worst offense in the NFL, so that is why I chose them to win.

Most Outmatched Game
New Orleans Saints at Saint Louis Rams
This is funny, you have currently the best team in the NFL taking on possibly the worst team. How much worse could it Get. I Picked the Saints to win this one 41-9 in what should be the biggest blowout of the Week.

Upset of The Week
Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Miami Dolphins
Every week I pick at least one upset, and this week I'm picking the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. They aren't playing a great team, and now it is time for Josh Freemen to prove that he really can lead this team next season. Come on Tampa, take advantage of a team that just came off a loss.

In the end i expect the score to be 26-23 Tampa Bay.

Every Other Game
Chicago Bears at San Francisco 49ers
This should be a close one between two teams that desperatly need a win. Though both have started falling in a downward direction, the 49ers have at least been doing it against good teams with small margins between the opponent. I can see a tough defensive game and the game finishing 23-16 49ers.

Atlanta Falcons At Carolina Panthers
The Panthers are not where they want to be yet, while the Falcons are fighting for a Wild Card spot. I think this game would turn out a lot different had Carolina won last week, but they didn't so I take Atlanta 30-20 in a challenging, but not incredibly tough game.

Detroit Lions at Minnesota Vikings
This came pretty close to the outmatched game of the week, but it is divisional so I won't call it the worst game. However that doesn't change the fact that the Vikings are going to win this game 99% of the time. I think Adrian runs all over the Lions all day and the Vikings take it easily 38-10.

Jacksonville at New York Jets
This should actually turn out to be a close game. I pick Jacksonville to win 24-20, and I don't really know if that is an upset or not, because they Jets have dissapointed ever since their 3-0 start. I expect a huge ground game, but Jacksonville will win with a better passing attack.

Cincinnati Benglas at Pittsburgh Steelers
This is 2nd for the games of the Week. Huge battle for first place in the AFC North. I'm not actually predicting too many points, I think it will be more about defense. My final score prediction is 27-24 Pittsburgh. I think that they are a different team from when they played in week 3, and they are ready to take back what is theirs.

Buffalo Bills at Tennessee Titans
The Titans are really starting to look like a professional football team again, and now they get to play the Bills who quite frankly are just awful. The Titans should win this game 31-17 with Chris Johnson tearing it up as usual.

Denver Broncos at Washington Redskins
The Broncos have been struggling lately, which is why they are happy to see that they head into Washington next week. This isn't a game for Denver to prove they are great, they should win this game even if they did just have the early season adreneline. The score should be somewhere around 30-12 Denver.

Seattle Seahawks at Arizona Cardinals
I'll admit, the Seahawks defense looked great last week. Oh wait, they were playing the Detroit Lions. Now they play the high powered Cardinals who just came off a 41 point game. The Seahakws shouldn't win this one, though it is definatly possible. I say the Cardinals win it in a close rivalry game 27-20.

Dallas Cowboys at Green Bay Packers
This looked like a great game two weeks ago, but now that the Packers lost to the Bucs, its looking pretty bad. The Cowboys on the other hand just look better every week. I really don't like the Cowboys very much, but I admit they are a scary team. I can see the Cowboys winning this game 31-21.

Philadelhpia Eagles at San Diego Chargers
I'll have a special preview for this one, but i expect the score to be 30-27 Chargers in a super tight game.

Baltimore Ravens at Cleveland Browns
This is just awful, how can this be our Monday Night Football game? The Ravens are going to absolutely crush the Browns. The only reason this isn't the outmatched game of the week is because the Ravens aren't great, but they are still very good. I expect an easy win for the Ravens, somewhere around 31-6.

Playoff Picture Heading Into Week 10

Hey guys, worried if your team will make the Playoffs? Well im about to disapoint 20 of you and pick my 12 to make it just from how the seasons been going to far.

#1 Seed- Pittsburgh Steelers- Suprised? Well I can explain. You see the Steelers will be fighting for wins all year just to keep up with the Bengals, while the Colts should have the division clinched soon, so they can play it safe. Im not saying the Steelers are better, I just think they will win more games.

#2 Seed- Indianapolis Colts- There they are, the only reason im thinking second seed is that they have a better lead on the division, so they don't need to win as many games. Maybe this will change if the Texans start catching up.

#3 Seed- New England Patriots They are looking much better, maybe a win over the Colts will move them higher on this list for next week. Anyway they are a high powered offense and seem to be getting more solid on defense.

#4 Seed- Denver Broncos- I'm still picking them to win the division, how can you not. However the next two weeks are crucial for the Broncos. Two losses for them and two wins for San Diego and suddenly Denver could be the wild card team.

#5 Wild Card- Cincinnati Bengals- These are not the Bengals we saw last year, plus they would be atop the AFC North if it wasn't for the lucky catch against the Broncos. I'd really look out for the Bengals.

# 6 Seed- San Diego Chargers- They are getting better each week, and the win against the Giants gives them a decent chance at the division. As I said earlier, these next two weeks are crucial.

Round 1 Of The AFC Playoffs
#5 Bengals Upset #4 Broncos 30-20
The Bengals want revenge for what happened in week 1, and they should easily get it for they are a different team now.
#3 Patriots Beat #6 Chargers 34-31
Its hard to pick your team to lose in the first round of the playoffs, but i just don't think they would beat the Patriots.
Round 2 Of The AFC Playoffs
#5 Bengals Upset #1 Steelers 20-14
Expect a tough defensive game out of these 2 teams.
#2 Colts beat #3 Patriots 24-20
This could completely change after next weeks game.
AFC Championship
#2 Colts beat #5 Bengals 30-24
The Colts sadly put away the suprise Bengals and head to Super Bowl 44.

#1 Seed- New Orleans Saints- This is a no brainer at this point. They will need to win every game because the Falcons are still not far behind. The Saints are no doubt going to the playoffs, and I think a homefield advantage could mean bad news for other teams.

#2 Seed- Minnesota Vikings- They have a pretty easy division, and a great team. They are definatly a Super Bowl Candidate. Adrian Peterson is running hard as always, but now they have a mentor in Brett Favre.

#3 Seed- Dallas Cowboys- They are looking good, especially after the win against Philly. I'm not saying it isn't possible for Philly to win the division, its just that so far it looks as if the Cowboys will take it.

#4 Seed- Arizona Cardinals- Their team isn't great, but when your in a division with the Rams, Seahawks, and 49ers, you can win the division even with just a decent team. Also how can you not make the playoffs with Larry Fitzgerald on your team?

#5 Wild Card- Philadelphia Eagles- They are very dangerous, but Brian Westbrook could be a concern. The offensive line plays well and the Eagles send so many blitz packages for you the other teams offensive line may want to skip the game. Watch out for them.

#6 Wild Card- Atlanta Falcons- All the hype about the Saints have gotten us to forget about the poor Falcons, who are still a very talented football team at most positions. They have a great young quarterback, good runningback, veteran tight end, and a pretty good defense.

NFC Playoffs Round 1
#5 Philadelphia Beats #4 Arizona 33-21
Shouldn't be too hard for the Eagles to pull off a win, then again that's what we said last year.
#6 Atlanta Upsets #3 Dallas 31-28
Close game, but the Falcons get the last laugh as the Cowboys choke again in the Playoffs.
NFC Playoffs Round 2
#1 New Orleans Beats #6 Atlanta- 38-30
It will be another great game, but it is tough to beat the Saints in the Superdome.
#2 Minnesota Beats #5 Philadelphia 28-24
A lot of revenge in my playoffs huh? Yep this year the Vikings are a completely different team
NFC Championship
#2 Vikings Upset #1 Saints
Yep thats right, I think the Saints would choke and the Vikings would head to their first Superbowl in a long time.

AFC Colts Defeat the NFC Vikings 35-34
Yep, a one point game. The Vikings will score and take the lead 34 27 with about 2:30 to go, and that will be too much time for Manning to get the ball down field and score. The Vikings come close, but Peyton wins his second ring.

Week 9 Power Rankings

Well here we are, another week over. Here are my power rankings for each team.

1. Saints- (8-0) The Saints came close to losing a game, however this offense is one of the most dynamic I've ever seen, and they havn't lost a game

2.Colts (8-0)- They are the only other undeafeated ream left, they are great, they just don't score as much as the Saints.

3. Vikings (7-1)- They are possibly the most complete team in the NFL. They have one of the best runningbacks in the game, a Veteran quarterback, dynamic receivers, and a tough defense. Their special teams are even among the best. They just don't always execute this talent.

4. Steelers (6-2) Ever since their two losses in a row, they have been on fire, and im looking for a great game against the Bengals next week.

5.Bengals(6-2) They played a good game against the Ravens, but this week they are up against an even tougher defense. For them, hopefully they can get their offense going again.

6. Patriots (6-2) Though they have been playing great, they havn;t exactly taken down a stellar opponent in a while. Still they are looking like the old Patriots again. Let's see what they do against the Colts.

7.Cowboys (6-2) Wow, they are looking scary good. I said this before but where was this against the Broncos? Anyway they finally proved to me that they are a good team after that win in Philly.

8. Broncos (6-2) Though they have 2 straight losses, its still too early to consider them back to reality, though if they lose to Washington next week they will probably go down to the 20s.

9. Eagles (5-3) A loss to Dallas doesn't change this football team, they are still a blitz crazy team with a good offense.

10. Falcons (5-3) Great to see Michael Turner looking like himself again, even if it was against the Redskins.

11. Chargers (5-3) Finally they won against a winning team, even though the offensive line still looks like a bunch of 10 year olds trying to run block.

12. Cardinals (5-3) That win against Chicago was convincing, but will that be the Cardinals we see all year, or will we go back to 5 pick Warner?

13. Texans (5-3) 1 Field goal away from beating the undefeated Colts and being about 6 places higher on this list. They are still a possible wild card contender.

14. Ravens (4-4) I don't know what happened, they looked so good against Denver, but let the Bengals stomp all over them.

15. Packers (4-4) Teams get upset sometimes, It happens. Who knows, maybe Josh Freemen is the next Joe Montana.

16. Dolphins (3-5) They have come so close to beating some very good teams, but still stand at a 3-5 record.

17. Giants (5-4) You can't lose 4 straight and expect to be in my upper half. I remember a Giants fan telling me in week 3 that they were unstopable, the most complete team in NFL History. Well I guess that teaches you to think before you speak.

18. Jets (4-4) Maybe the bye week upped their spirits. We'll find out Sunday.

19. 49ers (3-5) 5 straight losses, Really? They have a team that can be a playoff contender, they just aren't playing like one.

20. Panthers (3-5) They have looked better, but they really needed to finish that game in New Orleans.

21. Bears (3-5) That was an embarrasing loss to Arizona, let's see if a game against the 49ers can get them back on track.

22. Titans (2-6) Imagine if they won the rest of their games? That would be awesome. They have finally got a decent quarterback to go with the best runningback in the NFL in my opinion.

23. Jaguars (4-4) They almost lost to the Chiefs, im starting to think Jones-Drew wants a new team (Chargers Anyone?!?!)

24. Seahawks (3-5) They got 5 picks last week, but it was against the Lions. Still though they didn't give up when times were hard, they have a lot of heart, just not a lot of talent.

25. Raiders (2-6) Yea they are bad, but the schedule hasn't been exactly the easiest for the Raiders.

26. Bills (3-5) Imagine how different the season would have been if they beat the Patriots in week 1, just imagine it.

27. Chiefs (1-7) They aren't as bad as people think, but then again people think they are pretty bad.

28. Redskins (2-6) A 2-6 record, and they had a super easy 1st half schedule. They lost to the Chiefs and Lions.

29. Buccaneers (1-7) Now that they have a win, they aren't the worst. Maybe Josh Freemen can pull a miracle season. Even if he did they still wouldn't make the playoffs.

30. Rams (1-7) When you have one of the best runningbacks in the league, you can't be last.

31. Lions (1-7) Ever since that win against the Redskins, they have looked well... exactly the same, bad.

32. Browns (1-7) In their one win they scored 6 points...they are terrible.

Pretty Scary Week 9 In The NFL

Was anyone else suprised by the starts of some of the games last week? I remembers Carolina and Detroit Being up by 17 one point. Also, though im still having trouble believing it, the Bucs won a game.
Washington at Atlanta
My Score Prediction- 31-13 Falcons
Final Score- 31-17 Falcons
No suprise here, the Falcons simply got the job done against a mediocre team. Though the Redskins did show some sign of a possible comeback, Michael Turner put those dreams away with a 58 yard touchdown run to put Atlanta up 31-13.
Grades
Atlanta (B+) Though their defense started to get lazy near the end, they got the job done.
Washington (C) They had the heart to beat Atlanta, but not the talent.

Arizona at Chicago
My Score Prediction- 20-17 Chicago
Final Score- 41-21 Cardinals
There's the Cardinals we all know and love, after last weeks breakdown they got right back on track, and they started to run the ball better. However, the Bears came decently close to a comeback.

Grades
Cardinals(A) The offense looked great running and passing, but the Cardinals better cover the tight end a little better in the future
Bears (D)- The first half was pathetic, the only player that showed up was Greg Olsen.

Baltimore at Cincinnati
Score Prediction- 20-17 Baltimore
Final Score- 17-7 Cincinnati
Wow, the Bengals are for real.
Their defense played great against a pretty powerful offense.
However, they scored on their first 3 drives and then didn't
score again, 17 points isn't enough to call it game.

Grades
Cincinnati (B) The defense played great, but the offense fell asleep after a few scores
Baltimore (D+) What happened to that power offense, in fact, what happened to the entire Baltimore Ravens team, after that huge Denver win I thought they were back.

Houston at Indianapolis
My Score Prediction- 31-28 Indy
Final Score- 20-17 Indy
This was a pretty intense game that i believed should have gone into overtime. The low score suprised me, but it was a close game as I predicted.

Grades
Indianapolis (B-) They seem to be getting closer to a loss each week, but the defense played well against a high powered offense
Texans (C+) They were a field goal away from possibly winning against the undefeated Colts.
Kansas City at Jacksonville
My Score Prediction- 24-10 Jacksonville
Final Score- 24-21 Jacksonville
The KC offense played much better than usual, including great play by Chris Chambers...Where was that for that last 8 weeks? Anyway back to this game, Jacksonville just slipped away with a victory, but the question is, is Kansas City improving, or is Jacksonville actually worse than we thought?
Grades
Jacksonville (B-) They came away with a win, not the greatest looking win but they came away with it. They continued a solid running game and David Garrard threw 0 picks.
Kansas City (C) They played pretty good for Kansas City, but lets take another week to see if Chambers really improves the team that much.

Miami at New England
My Score Prediction- 30-23 New England
Final Score 27-17 New England
The Patriots are looking great, but the Dolphins still played pretty tough. They had a chance to win this game but just blew it. Tom Brady looked sharp as usual and Randy Moss looked the best he has all year against a decent team.

Grades
Patriots (A-) They looked a little shaky at first, but finishing is what matters and they finished strong.
Dolphins (B-) They let the game slip away, they were playing solid defense and keeping the game tied and then just kinda disapeared.

Green Bay at Tampa Bay
My Score Prediction- 38-14 Green Bay
Final Score- 38-28 Tampa Bay
Wow...Wow...Im in shock. This is no doubt the upset of the year so far. Still wow, Tampa Bay played great and officially ended any chances of a winless team this year...wow. Now let's see next week if Josh Freemen is maybe the best of the 3 QB dratfs this year.

Tampa Bay (B) The offense finally looked alive, but there is still adjustments to be made on defense, luckily they have a year for that.
Green Bay (D+) They didn't look terrible on offense. Even their defense played well for the most part, 3 touchdowns were because of defense and special teams. So why did i give them a D? Because they did this against the Bucs

Carolina at New Orleans
My Score Prediction- 35-20 New Orleans
Final Score 30-20 New Orleans
So the Panthers were up 17-0 if im correct, and then they choked. Even though it was against the Saints powerful offense, they played so well at the beggining and then just gave up. It was kinda like the Bengals game only the defense didn't play well. In the end, the Saints put up 30 again, something they have done all but one game this season.

Grades
Saints (B-) They gave all the fans a heart attack at the beggining, but as I said before, it matters how you finish.
Carolina (C) Come on...FINISH THE GAME. They started so well, and just let it all go away. Deangelo played so well, and they just let the saints march all over them near the end.

Detroit at Seattle

My Predicted Score- 30-14 Seahawks
Final Score- 32-20
It was alot like the Carolina game, only it was Detroit. They actually really need to win a game. The fans are getting upset and the team is looking even worse ever since their win. I would have been pretty pissed if I saw my team go down after being up 17-0. Anyway another choke, another win.

Grades
Seahawks- (B-) They never gave up, and it proved to actually work. Their defense came through and the offense got itself back together after its bad start.
Lions (D) Not a bad grade for the Lions, its just what you'd expect. However in the beggining they actually looked like a professional football game.

Tennessee at San Francisco
My Predicted Score- 27-24 San Francisco
Final Score 34-27
This was a great game. All thats needed to say. Came down to the very last plays, but in the end Tennessee won its second straight. Is Vince Young all this team really needed? Well one thing that wasn't new was Chris Johnson playing great, rushing for 135 yards. One thing that improved for the Titans was their pass defense, picking off Alex Smith 3 times.

Grades
Tennessee (B) They looked great on offense, but the defense, despite getting 3 picks, still let up 27 points.
San Francisco (C+) They just aren't the same team from the beggining of the year, but it seems that they are only a few positions away from a playoff team.

Dallas at Philadelphia
My Predicted Score- 38-25 Philadeplhia
Final Score 20-16 Cowboys
Ok after this game im officially upset, what's up with all the high scoring offensive games being low scores. But what upset me more is why couldn't the Cowboys get good against the Broncos? Next thing you know the Broncos Steelers game will be 45-42... let's just see.

Grades
Cowboys (A-) They played good defense, but the offense wasn't nearly as explosive as you'd expect, then again the Eagles have a great defense.
Eagles (B) They didn't score enough touchdowns, you can't expect to win when you score one touchdown.

Chargers Stun Giants With Last Minute Score

Hey guys, the Chargers just beat the Giants in one of the most exciting games of the year, and I'm here to recap the game. To start, though they won, San Diego didn't exactly play how I expected. Then again, a win is a win.

QB Comparison
The biggest story of this game was the battle between the draft trades Philip Rivers and Eli Manning. While Philip was on a two game winning streak, Eli was on a 3 game losing streak. Suprisingly, Eli played very well in this game, completing 25 passes for 215 yards and 2 touchdowns. Rivers on the other hand was not what i was hoping. He completed 24 passes for 209 yards, 3 touchdowns, and 2 interceptions, including one on what could have been the game-sealing drive, however that turned out to work out better, because it left less time on the clock for Eli. In the end, Rivers has a 1-0 record against Eli, who has an 0-2 record vs the Chargers.

The Chargers continued to struggle in the running game, With l.t. rushing 12 times for 22 yards. That is a pathetic 1.8 yards
carry. The Giants on the other hand rushed all over the Chargers, with Jacobs rushing for 67 yards and Bradshaw rushing for another 39. So i guess we found out that Tomlinson still isn't himself, and the O-line continues t open up 0 holes for him. If San Diego wants any chance of beating the Eagles next week they better start opening up some rushing lanes.

Another problem with San Diego this game was dropped balls. I don't know how many of you saw the two pathetic drops by Antonio Gates, but when your one of the best receiving tight ends in the game you better catch the ball when your wide open. Hopefully this was just an off-game for him and he can rebound next week.

Now for the positives, let's start with the pass rush, 5 sacks on Eli including 2 for Merriman. That is is second 2 sack game of year and he seems to be getting better each week. In fact, it was the pass rush that sealed the deal when they got to pressure on Eli all that last drive. Finally they can get credit for the improvement, because they did this against one of the best Offensive lines in the NFL.

Now, Though he didn't gain a whole lot of yards, Vincent Jackson had 2 more receiving touchdowns, including the game-winning one with 21 seconds left. He is quickly evolving into one of the best receivers in the NFL. But what I was really trying to get to was how well Philip and the offense as well as the defense performed in the clutch. Even after that pick return to about the 5 yard line, the Chargers never gave up and showed a lot of heart out there. Everybody just seems to play better when they need to make plays.
Here are my Chargers Grades for this week.
QB- B+ Too many picks, but when it all came closer to the end, Rivers did turn it around
RB- D- Yeah they played terrible, but I'm giving the F to the offensive Line
WRs-A Like i said earlier, Jackson is evolving into one of the best receivers in the NFL. When it came down to clutch time, he
played great. Floyd had a few bad plays, but wasn't terrible. Naane did decent.
TEs- C+ Besides the two drops, Gates played pretty well. He hauled in 5 catches for 67 yards., including a crucial first down on the last drive. Also the third string tight end Kris Wilson had a receiving TD.
O-line-F Wow, that was pathetic, they opened no holes for Tomlinson or Sproles, and gave Rivers little time. If Rivers had more time then maybe the score would have been higher.
D-line C- They played well on some drives, but other times they let up too many good running plays, and stayed on the field for too long.
Linebackers- A- They got good pressure on Eli, but I felt like they could have gotten to Eli even more. Still 5 sacks isn't bad.
Secondary- C They left receivers open and let up a few 3rd and very long conversions, but they came out with the win and stopped the receivers when it really mattered,
Special Teams B- They had pretty good coverage on kickoffs, but the return game wasn't too explosive.
Coaching- A- Norv never lost his composere, and most importantly won.

Fantasy Start/Sit

Hey guys, today I will hopefully help anybody who needs help with who to start and sit this week in fantasy football. However for the rest of the season this segment will be on Friday rather than Saturday.
Byes- Bills, Browns, Jets, Raiders, Rams, Vikings

QBs
Start of the Week
Tom Brady- Tom Brady will be going up against the 21st Ranked Dolphins Pass D, not to mention their Ranked 6th run D. The reason I mention that is because the patriots don't run it too often anyway, and they will likely attempt to take out the dolphins through the air. Also Brady had a bye week to prepare for this game. Look for big numbers out of Brady this Week.

Other Qbs To Start

Philip Rivers- The Giants have really struggled against the deep pass lately, which Rivers Excels at.
Peyton Manning- He is simply too good to bench
Matt Schaub- The texans will likely be needing to use their explosive passing game to stay in this one.
Matt Hasselbeck- Though he hasn't been the best, he has a pretty easy game against the 27th ranked pass defense in the NFL.

Qbs To Sit
Sit of the Week
Kyle Orton- After a terrible game last week, Orton goes up against the always tough pass defensed Steelers. Will all the pressure thrown at him, orton will likely struggle to get the ball off to his good recievers.

Other Qbs to Sit
Josh Freeman- Not only is this his first career start, but he goes against the 9th Ranked Pass Defense in the Packers.
Jake Delhomme- Sure he had a decent game last week, but now he goes against the Saints, who had 3 picks on Ryan last week.
Eli Manning- He has struggled alot lately, and the Giants will like use the running game to get downfield against the Chargers.

RBs
Start of the Week
Brandon Jacobs- Jacobs will likely be carrying the weight of the game on his shoulders. Eli manning has been independable, not to mention the Chargers rank 27th in Run Defense. Look for big numbers out of Jacobs and small numbers out of Eli.

Other Runningbacks to Start
Michael Turner- The Redskins have suprisingly the 2nd ranked pass defense in the NFL, but rank 22nd against the run.
Maurice Jones Drew- One of the best Runningbacks in the game vs. the 26th ranked rush defense= Huge numbers.
Ronnie Brown- The dolphins won't try to pass very much against the 5th ranked Pats pass defense, and the wildcat has continued to work for them.
Pierre Thomas- The Panthers rank first in the league against the pass, so the Saints may run the ball more than usual.

Runningbacks to Sit
Sit of the Week
Matt Forte- He continues to dissapoint fantasy owners everywhere, and this week he goes up against the 8th ranked Run, and the Cardinals rank 20th in Passing D, so Jay Cutler will likely pass the ball alot.

Other Runningbacks To Sit
Ladainian Tomlinson- Though he is getting better, the Chargers will likely pass against the weak Giants pass d.
Knowshon Moreno- He isn't the greatest, and the Steelers rank first in the league at stopping the run.
Beanie Wells/ Tim Hightower- Doesn't matter which one, the Cardinals rank dead last on the ground.

WRs
Start of the Week
Vincent Jackson- The Giants have shown weaknesses in defending the pass. Jackson went up against the best corner in the league and still had 103 yards and a touchdown. Expect to continue to see these types of numbers this week against the Giants.

Other WRs to Start
Randy Moss/ Wes Welker- The two main targets for Brady this week, who should put up huge numbers this week.
Nate Burleson (Sleeper)- Nate Who? Hes going up against the Lions, so start him.
DeSean Jackson- One of the most explosive players in the game going up against the
22nd ranked pass D.
Andre Johnson- With Owen Daniels out, he will be targeted even more.

WRs To Sit
Mario Manningham/ Steve Smith (Giants)- If the Giants are going to pass to anyone, it will most likely be the Tight End
Brandon Marshall- If Orton Doesn't play well, how can you expect the Wide Recievers to play well?
Marques Colston- Suprised? Don't be, Carolina is the best pass defense in the league.

TEs

Start of the Week
Dallas Clark- He is one of the best recieving TEs in the league and has Peyton Manning throwing him the ball. Why wouldn't you start him against a decent but not great Texans pass defense?

Other TEs To Start
Kevin Boss- Most of the yards let up by the San Diego Pass defense has been by the Tight End.
Antonio Gates- With Jackson playing better, Coaches may start focusing their players more on him and leave Gates open.
Todd Heap- A good target for Flacco against the 30th ranked pass defense in the Bengals.
Tony Schefler- Though the Steelers are great at defense, Orton may look to take some safe dumps to the TE during this game.

TEs to Sit
Heath Miller- The Broncos are 8th in the League in Pass Defense, and will likely focus on one of the Leagues best tight ends.
Ben Watson- With Brady tossing it deep to Moss all day, he will likely use Welker to run those tight end like routes and use Watson less.
Tony Gonzalez- The Falcons will run all over the Redskins, so they probably won't need to pass too much.

Defenses
Start of the Week
Pittsburgh- They are 8th ranked overall defense in the league, and after seeing how Kyle Orton Performed Last week, it don't expect much better out of the Broncos.

Other Defenses to Start
Atlanta- Washington is pathetic on offense.
Green Bay- Against a rookie quarterback on his first start, expect a pick fest.
New Orleans- Jake Delhomme Has the most picks in the nfl, so does the Saints defense.

Defenses to Sit
You Know Most of the Defenses you don't want to start, but The only two I recommend is the Eagles and Cowboys. Both of these teams have a history of big scores against eachother, and they are two of the NFLs most productive offenses.

San Diego Chargers at New York Giants Preview

Hey guys, today will be the start of my brand new chargers blog. This first blog will be a preview of this desperation game of the Chargers vs. Giants. This game brings us two teams in dire need of a win. New York has been on a three game losing streak while San Diego has yet to beat a team with a winning record. To me this game is where San Diego needs to make a statement.

Player Comparisons
QBs
New York: Eli Manning-1855 Yards 13 TDs 8 Int 86.4 Passer Rating
San Diego: Philip Rivers- 2036 Yards 11 TDS 4 Int 95.9 Passer Rating
If you look at how these quarterbacks have been playing, i think Rivers definatly has the edge. He has half the interceptions and 200 more yards than Eli yet has played one less game then him. Eli is ahead by 2 tds, but once again he played another game and in the 3 game losing streak has 3 tds and 6 interceptions. Also the giants have been very weak in the secondary. And nobody has really given San Diegos pass defense credit, even though they are ranked 6th in the NFL in pass defense. I think Philip has a much better game statistically.
Projected Stats
Manning- 234 Yds 1 TD and 1 INT
Rivers- 256 Yds 3 TD and 1 INT

RBs
New York- Brandon Jacobs-550 Yards 3.9 Avg 2 TD
Ahmad Bradshaw-476 Yards 5.3 Avg 4 TDs
San Diego- LaDainian Tomlinson 267 Yards 3.4 Avg 3 TD
Darren Sproles- 169 3.5 Avg 1 TD

I give the edge to New York on this one. Tomlinson is starting to look better, but its nowhere near where it needs to be. The Giants will look to use Jacobs against San Diegos weakened offensive line. Jacobs and Bradshaw are among the few bright spots of the giants even during the losing streak. I think San Diego can possibly use delays and pitches with sproles to get a decent amount of yardage, but The Giants will use the run game to keep the score close

New York- Jacobs- 24 Attempts 127 Yards 1 TD Bradshaw- 6 Attempts 29 Yards
San Diego- Tomlinson- 17 Attempts 65 Yards Sproles- 8 attempts 42 Yards

San Diego has the better receivers in this game for one reason, Size. Both starting receivers are towering at 6' 5". Believe me i respect the giants receivers, but they just aren't at the same size. I look forward to seeing Floyd starting i another game ever since Chambers Left. 2 Other receivers to watch are Hakeem Nicks of the Giants and Legadu Naanee of the Chargers. Nicks has proven to be another good threat while Naanee will be used more with Chambers gone.
Projected Stats (May not add up exactly with quarterbacks)
New York: Manningham- 4 Rec 56 Yards Smith- 7 Rec 89 Yards Nicks- 5 Rec 34 Yards

New York- Kevin Boss- 17 Rec 266 Yards 1 Td
San Diego- Antonio Gates- 37 Rec 523 Yards 2 Tds
Once again, the edge goes to San Diego. Kevin Boss is good, don't get me wrong, but Gates is just better. His stats aren't the full story because Norv Turner doesn't use him enough. I hope to see him used in the Red Zone. Speaking of the Red Zone, Kevin Boss could really use his size to his advantage in the Red Zone. San Dieg better cover him tightm because they can let the TE Slip away sometimes.
Projected Stats
Boss- 5 Rec 54 Yards TD
Gates 6 Rec 48 Yards TD

Offensive Line
New York- Sacks Allowed 10
San Diego- Sacks Allowed 16

The Giants no doubt have a better offensive line, They open up more holes in the running game and give Manning time in the pocket, Even though Nick Hardwick may be coming back, he won't be healthy. All in all san diego needs to send confusing blitz packages to throw this tough line off guard.
Projected Stats
Giants- 3 Sacks
Chargers- 2 Sacks

Defensive Line
New York- 113.1 Rushing Yards Allowed Per Game (19th)
San Diego- 132.1 Rushing Yards Allowed Per Game (27th)

The Giants are simp,y more physical when it comes to stopping the run, and osi and tuck can get serious pressure on the QB. Plus San Diego still doesn't have Jamal Williams. THough the chargers have looked better at stopping the run, they haven't played great teams. If the Giants can use their line to control the run and take advantage of San Diego's weak run D then it will all come down on the the giants secondary,

Linebackers
San Diego's linebackers have been looking much better lately, Shaun Phillips has had 2 sacks in both of his last 2 games. Merriman also had his first two sacks of the season. I Think with Riveras complex blitz schemes these two could get to manning for more sacks and possibly test the giants o-line

Secondary
New York-6 Ints 165 yards per game allowed (3rd)
San Diego- 8 Ints 174.8 yard allowed (6th)
Both tems have low stats allowed, but the Giants really have been struggling in defending the deep ball, which Rivers excels at. The chargers secondary is looking especially strong when the blitz a safety. Cromartie had his first pick last week but i don't expect another one. However i expect San Diego's secondary to play well against Eli and the Giants defense to continue its Struggles.
