	The Charlotte City Council voted Monday to spend $975,000 to replace the original seats at Bojangles&rsquo; Coliseum, the 1955 building that has hosted Elvis, The Rolling Stones and ACC basketball tournaments.</p>
<p>
	The Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority, which manages the building, said it&rsquo;s trying to find a way to make some of the 9,700 old seats available to the public.</p>

	Weeks later, Valenzuela found himself singing the national anthem in front of Rock Hudson and Elizabeth Taylor in the 1956 blockbuster movie &quot;Giant.&quot;</p>
