Here are 10 Netiquette that one's should observe on the net:

First impressions.The agreed formula is to begin with the name of the addressee: don't use the fuddy-duddy "Dear Bob," but simply "Bob." A cheery "Hiya" is over familiar.Simply launching into your message is unduly abrupt, unless the two of you are regular correspondents rapidly sending messages back and forth.
Mind your manners. NEVER WRITE MESSAGES IN CAPITAL LETTERS - it's considered the Internet equivalent of shouting. Because e-mail takes place in the absence of the recipient, it lacks the inhibition imposed by their presence (even if only on the phone), so it's easy to be rude or think that e-rudeness doesn't matter.
Think before you send. E-mails fired off in haste may cause lifetimes of repentance. Before you press that button, pause. Do you really mean that insult, threat or offer of money? Would you like to get the message you're about to send? Are you prepared to honor any offers or threats you make?
You've got mail. Always check your messages. Only a fool would leave his post lying around unopened or not listen to his answering machine.The same applies to your e-mail inbox. There is a film producer who hands out his e-mail address but say, "Don't bother e-mailing me. I never check it." Why have it in the first place?
Cyberspeak with care. Picasso was a technically brilliant draughtsman, so when he painted women with both eyes on one side of their heads he did so as a matter of creative choice. Similarly, you should not write e-mails in abbreviated or poor English - such as "c ya tonite" or "lol", meaning "laugh out loud" - unless you have demonstrated a grasp of the real thing. Otherwise you risk being exposed as a fake.
Don't techno-bully. The Internet has its own snobbery, and Web geeks can be terribly rude to those less computer literate. The considerate e-mailer, however, never look down on those who can't work the latest gizmos and checks with the recipient that they have the equipment required to read a message or open an attachment. It is not a crime to be baffled by the Web, particularly since its greatest experts are often baffled by real life.
Beware mass mailing. It is never flattering to receive an e-mail then discover it has been sent to hundreds of others. Mass mailing are acceptable when sending jokes or invitations, but unacceptable as chain letters. If you have to send a message to everyone in your address book, keep the other names hidden using blind carbon copy (bcc), unless you know they are friends or colleagues.
Say something nice. Some etiquette experts feel that invitations, acceptances and thank-yous should be sent via old-fashioned post. I disagree. More-over, a positive e-mail, be it words of congratulations or affection, can brighten the day.
Never e-dump lovers. On the other hand, it is bad form to give anyone the heave-ho by e-mail. If you must write, rather than see them face to face, it is more respectful to do so by hand. The casualness of e-mail is as insulting as it is dismissive.
Write for the record. Use e-mail as a chance to recreate the joys of letter writing. Telephone conversations vanish into the ether, but all the e-mails you've ever sent or received are sitting on a hard disk. Who knows? Others may want to read them some day. So remember to put some care into your correspondence.

A sty is an infection of the follicles of the eyelashes. The causative agent of this condition is Staphylococcus aureus, a bacterium commonly responsible for skin infections. The condition may be linked to poor general health.

Even healthy individuals have Staphylococcus aureus on their skin and nostrils. These bacteria often give rise to minor superficial diseases, including the formation of pustules or boils in hair follicles. S. aureus infections are characterized by the presence of pus and formation of abscesses.

Applying a clean compress in the affected area for about 15 minutes at a time every two hours can treat a sty. This procedure should cause the sty to rupture. The pus should then be washed carefully away from the area.

The is no truth to the notion that peeping is directly linked with the formation of sty.

Shoppers this one is for you, here are tips to avoid losing money or important possessions when shopping in malls and other public places.

Bring only the exact amount of money you need.

My wife and her classmates at her master's class decided to celebrate their passing in their comprehensive exam at Isla Reta Beach Resort. I heard of this place from some of my friend, but did not bother to look into it.

I was hesitant to go along with them at first since going there to Samal requires you to ride a boat. And it was during that week where there were several storms that entered the Philippine area, and since I don't know how to swim I have second thoughts on joining them, but in the end I still end up tagging with them since my wife is really good at convincing me to join.

Boats that are bound to Isla Reta can be found at Sta Ana Wharf. We arrive at Sta. Ana Wharf at 2 P.M. You can ask the guard station where the boat bound to Isla Reta is docking. The boat was scheduled to leave at 3 PM that day.

Inside the boat. The boat is clean and it has life jacket available just the top of every seat.

The boat had to make a stop at Kaputian wharf to unload some of its cargo (mainly sack of rice bought by people living in Kaputian) we dock there for 5 minutes and then left. The boat then sailed to Talicud Island where Isla Reta Beach Resort is located. When we arrive at Talicud Island's port we have to walk about 2 minutes to Isla Reta since the boat doesn't take you to the resort (the boat going straight to Isla Reta was only available on the morning trip).

The place has plenty of people already. But not as crowded as lets say Paradise Beach Resort. When we settle our bags on our open cottage that my wife's classmate has reserved earlier. I started to roam around, and I had to say the place looks great, it was well maintained and there are plenty of staff you could ask for assistance to. I could also see lots of tent . You can bring your own tent, but you will still pay a fee for it. In my case I had to rent a tent at Isla Reta, their tent will cost about Php 400 good for two persons. There will be additional if you want to add pillow, blanket and mattress.

There are shower and comfort room just near their canteen. There is also a place for washing utensils, and grilling areas.A volleyball court (2 of them one near the beach and the other near the shower and comfort rooms).

Comfort and Shower rooms inside and for the males there are a couple of outdoor shower too.

There are quite a few of this in the resort

I like playing in this court though, its open and no coconut trees around (hate to experience being hit by a falling coconut)

The canteen closes at 10 pm in the evening

Electricity is scheduled in this resort, it will be turned off at 6 A.M. in the morning and turned on in the evening. Better make sure all your gadgets are fully charged by the time the electricity is shut off.

You can also dip in the beach at night, although its really cold. There's a spot light at each end of the resort, so you can be visible to your friends and also for security purposes. But if you prefer not to be visible (a private time with a loved one hmmmm) you can swim in the middle. But its during the day when the sun comes up that you'll appreciate the beauty of this resort.

I would rather prefer swimming daytime

I'm glad my wife convince me to come, and I can't wait to visit this place again.

I guess you already heard this song by now, since this song is hot on the net. Ronan is Swift's tribute to a pre-school aged boy who died from Stage 4 neoroblastoma last year. She wrote the affecting ballad with the help of Ronan's mom, Maya Thompson, who kept a blog about her son's fight to live, as well as detailing how Swift's music helped her through the pain of losing him.

The song is now available online ans is already number 2 on iTunes Top Song chart. Proceeds are slated to go to cancer charities.

Whether your a parent like me or simply just a person with a heart, Swift's composition will likely bring tears to the eyes.

The song details a mother's love for her child, memories of his laughter, little feet, toys, and happiness as well as the indescribable pain of losing him.

The Tom Cruise - Katie Holmes divorce was the talk of the town. But now Tom Cruise has other issue to tackle with. Tom has threatened to sue tabloid the National Enquirer for a cover story that brands him an "abusive monster". "THE ABUSE - PUNISHMENTS - HUMILIATION...Katie's tortured life exposed," reads the cover.

The legal threat comes after Cruise's shock split from wife Katie Holmes less than two weeks ago. The tabloid, emblazoned with a bold "Inside Tom's House of Horrors!" cover headline, claimed Holmes endured a "tortured life" of punishments and humiliation with a controlling, abusive Cruise.

The Enquirer also said the couple's six year old daughter Suri was forced to live in a small, windowless room for six months. An outraged Cruise had his lawyer Bert Fields fire off a letter blasting the "disgraceful and lurid" story to Enquirer publisher American Media, The Hollywood Reporter has reported.

Cruise is demanding the Enquirer retract the story and it's "lies" which his lawyer says will cost the actor hundreds of millions of dollars of professional and personal damages. "Mr. Cruise is certainly not a "monster." He is a caring father, a hardworking actor and, above all, an honest, decent man," the letter said, adding that Suri slept in a nursery - with a window - adjoining the couple's bedroom.

Cruise has been dogged by rabid speculation over his personal life, especially over his devotion to Scientology, ever since Katie Holmes blindsided him by filling for a divorce. Holmes was given sole custody of their daughter this week, in a move widely seen as an attempt to stop details of Cruise's private life being dragged though the media.

With the departure of Idol Judge Steven Tyler and Jennifer Lopez, plenty of rumors have been popping up here and there, onto who will replace this judges.

One singer rumored to be a possible replacement is Katy Perry. But Katy Perry has ruled out a stint as a judge on American idol, insisting the talent show is too much of a commitment for her at this moment. The pop superstar has confirmed producers approached her and asked if she'd be interested in joining a new look panel - but she had to turn them down. She said, " People have reached out to me about the possibility of being involved, and it's not right for me yet.. It's a real commitment to be on one of those shows."

Reports suggest Perry, will.i.am, Miley Cyrus and Fergie have been considered as possible replacement for current judges Jennifer Lopez, Randy Jackson and Steven Tyler in a bid to compete with rival talent shows The X Factor and The Voice.

Personally, I like that both Steven and Jennifer left the American Idol, Jennifer for me was too goody2x to the contestant, and Steven, well hmmm can't say much about this guy too. I would rather have Jimmy Iovine as suitable replacement.

The Katie Holmes - Tom Cruise split have been the headline the past few days. New circulating the net about how Katie Holmes "escaped" a marriage apparently going nowhere - and the strange religion so associated with Tom Cruise.

But the new talk in town is that Katie Holmes got a little help, from an unlikely person, a person that was once very close to Tom Cruise. That person is Tom Cruise's ex, Nicole Kidman. It appears now the Aussie actress helped Katie Holmes in her plot to leave Tom Cruise and the church he ascribes to. That's no small feat, considering Scientology is notorious for payback. According to reports the 33 year old mom of 6 year old Suri used throwaway mobiles to plot the divorce. That way, Holmes allegedly went undetected by Cruise and Co. It worked, as insiders have widely reported that Cruise was blindsided by Katie leaving him. There's been no "ex-hating" here from the start. Apparently, Homes has been chummy with Kidman since 2006 - the year Katie took the dive with Cruise. "She has been a private friend not many people know about," the insider said.

4 Important Words Your Dog Should Know

When you had a dog in your house, it is necessary to teach him life skills to help you communicate with one another. To get started. Here are 4 of the most important words you should teach him.

1. SIT. Sit is the most common and the easiest word to teach a dog. If your dog tends to jump on you to lick your face and greet you, asking him to sit prevents him from toppling you over, and keeps him from accidentally causing injury to both of you. Plus, when you're walking your dog and are about to cross the road, asking him to sit allows you to look around and make sure it's safe first.

2. DOWN. The down (belly on the floor) word is one of the cornerstones for more advanced obedience skills. Teaching a dog to go into a "down" position is more challenging since you're asking the dog to go into a submissive position. If your dog is having a hard time with it, that's normal. Asking your dog to go "down" in a public place will make him less intimidating to other people. It also sends a message to other dogs that he means no harm, and is less likely to end up in a fight when other dogs are around.

3. WAIT. Wait is a word that differs from other words, since it's a concept rather than an action. Teaching your dog to "wait" develops patience and "frustration tolerance" Don't confuse it with "stay" which means "hold your position". Your dog can perceive "wait" as holding himself back for a few seconds, in any position he prefers. It's teaching him self control.

When your dog gets excited during mealtime, ask him to wait a few seconds while you put the bowl down so you don't spill food on the floor. He may go into a "down" or a "sit" or simply move away, it's his choice. Or when visitors ring the doorbell, asking him to wait before opening the door teaches him to greet visitors politely instead of jumping up and frightening them.

4. COME. Asking your dog to come when called may be a difficult thing to do especially when he is off leash, at a distance from you, and smelling cat poop in the bush. But teaching the word "come" enables you to call your dog back to you in a highly stimulating place like a park, and away from a potentially dangerous situation. Mastering this is not easy and involves bringing your dog to different places and training him where there are a lot of distractions. But your dog must respond immediately to you upon hearing this word in any place, in any circumstance. Having a clear understanding of the word "come" will give your dog greater freedom off leash and even outdoors.

The ability to get a dog's attention and keep it is the key to training any dog. When your dog is both physically and mentally present, learning comes so much faster. All these words are best taught through positive reinforcement method to maintain a happy, enthusiastic dog.

The King of Philippine Comedy Dolphy Dead at 83

A sad news for Philippine entertainment as the Philippine Cinema's Comedy King Dolphy aka Rodolfo Vera Quizon, Sr. has passed away at the age of 83.

The comedy king passed away at the Intensive Care Unit of Makati Medical Center while being treated for pneumonia,

Dolphy was diagnosed with Chronic Pulmonary Disease in 2009. Chronic Pulmonary Disease causes the airways of a person to become narrowed, it gradually gets worse over time, and a person diagnosed with the disease have more frequent lung infections such as pneumonia.

Dolphy is best remembered as Kevin Cosme and Pidol.

The Amazing Spiderman Earns $35 Million on it First Day

I have not seen the movie yet, watching movie in cinemas now a days are just too darn expensive for me. I'll just wait for the DVD or Blueray copy to hit the stores. The Amazing Spider Man has earned $35 million domestically in it's first day.

Box office trackers had projected that The Amazing Spider Man might earn around $120 million in its first six days, through the end of Fourth of July weekend.

The opening day results show the resilience of the Spider Man brand, which set box office records from 2002 to 2007 with three films directed by Sam Raimi and starring Tobey Maguire as the web slinging superhero.

After a falling out between Raimi and distributor Sony on a fourth film, the franchise started over, with Marc Webb directing and Andrew Garfield slipping into Spider Man's red and blue suit.

The Amazing Spiderman retells the story of how a bite from a radioactive spider endows gangly teen Peter Parker with super strength, agility and senses. The film co star Emma Stone, Rhys Ifans, Martin Sheen and Sally Field.

Jonah Hill Regains Weight after 21 Jump Street

I saw the movie 21 Jump Street which has starred Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum. What struck me was the appearance of Jonah Hill, he has trimmed down on that movie.

But now, Hill who has notoriously played an overweight underdog in several movies, has regained the weight he lost for "21 Jump Street". The actor was spotted showing off a fuller figure as he pumped gas in Los Angeles. Hill wore a half untucked button down shirt and dark jeans. The actor lost 30 pounds for "21 Jump Street" by employing a nutritionist and personal trainer. He said in the fall, "I run and do a lot of push-ups and eat healthy."

I think he has gotten off his fitness plan because he ballooned up his weight in this photo, maybe his new movie requires him to be back in his overweight figure.

Jonah Hill has landed a role in Quentin Tarantino's upcoming film "Django Unchained." He also stars in the upcoming films "The Wolf of Wall Street" "The Adventurer's Handbook" and "End of the World."

I first saw this chick in the Transformers movie, and boy was she hot. Megan Fox became a sex icon with her role in Transformers movie 1 and 2. Megan Fox is married to 90210 hunk Brian Austin Green, well his a hunk during that time hehehehe.

Just recently photos circulating in the net shows us Megan Fox posing in bikini revealing her baby bump. Shes still hot though hmmm to some of my perverted friends that is. Transformers 4 Will Have New Cast

After Megan Fox, Shia LaBeouf who is one of the main cast of the first 3 Transformers movie wont be in the new movie Transformers 4. Michael Bay has confirmed that Transformers 4 will have a new cast and said that it will taken in a different direction from the first three films. He confirmed reports from earlier this year that said none of the main cast would return.

Despite the new cast and new story line, Bay said the film would not be a reboot. Instead, the fourth film will build on what happened in the first three. "We're taking the story that you've seen - the story we've told in three movies already - and we're taking it in a new direction. But we're leaving those three as history. It all still counts."

Bay, who plans to meet with the film's writer next week, said that taking the story outside of Earth was a possibility. "That feels like the way to go, doesn't it?" he said. "I want to go a little off but I don't want to go too sci-fi. I still want to keep it grounded. That's what works in these movies, that's what makes it accessible." The franchise's most recent film, Transformers: Dark of the Moon, is the fifth highest grossing film worldwide at the box office.

Bay plans to make the fourth installment on a budget of about $165 million, $30 million less than Dark of the Moon had, according to Complex. Like he said while making the previous two films, Bay says Transformers 4 will be his last of the franchise.

7 Year Old Wakes out of Coma Because of Adele's "Rolling in the Deep" Song

I love some of Adele's song especially, song like "Someone Like You", "To Make You Feel My Love" to name a few. Shes a great artist, and not only that, I read a news that her voice had the powers to bring one seven year old out of a coma.

Charlotte Neve was in coma following a brain hemorrhage. Doctors asked her mother, Leila to start saying her goodbyes. Charlotte's mom took her favorite song before saying her goodbyes, singing along with Adele's hit song, "Rolling in the Deep".

Reports said Charlotte began smiling while hearing the song that she and her mother used to sing together, and within days was speaking and able to get out of bed. Charlotte suffered the hemorrhage mid-April following a normal days activity. Her mother exclaims, "Its a complete miracle. It was an explosive two hour finale for the American Idol 2012. But I was disappointed of the result, because I was hoping Jessica Sanchez would win it, sad to say she did not, and Philip Philips became the 5th consecutive male winner of the American Idol.

The show featured performances from eliminated idol contestant, and also from the Idol judges, Jennifer Lopez performed again, and Steven Tyler's Aerosmith.

The highlight of the show for me was the duet of Jessica Sanchez and Jennifer Holliday singing "And I Am Telling You" which drew a standing ovation. It was such an amazing performance, especially from Jessica who stood toe to toe with the power house Jennifer Holliday.

Well congratulations for Philip Philips for winning the American Idol 2012. I hope maybe next year a female will win American Idol 2013.
