It's obviously a phishing site. Once you purchase something, they won't release your stuff yet, they will ask info about you. Every single time you purchase something they will ask for different info about you like your location, bank, phone, receipt, linking this and that farming your data bit by bit and by the end of the day they probably will asking your grandpa's grave location and his bank account and password.

Different info on every purchase what logic is this?! BS! None of the similar site doing this kind of thing. Go try somewhere else.

Not trusted, after being asked to provide photo of my ID with personal photo as proof that card the payment was made with is not stolen. Picture of ID is not prove of such thing, payment was done with valid card including MFA, and requesting picture of ID is by most countries illegal and punishable by fine/jail time in severe cases. There is difference between ban in game which nobody cares about and being prosecuted for this... nonsense request.
