Bir web sitesinin iyi bir site olup olmadığı sadece ziyaretçi sayısı ile ölçümlenemez. Ziyaretçi sayısı çok az olup da çok başarılı olan siteler de mevcuttur. Önemli olan bu başarının veya başarısızlığın izlerini istatistikler içerisinde sürebilmektir.

Bu dokümanda, Google Analytics içerisindeki en basit ekran olan ve en önemli istatistiklerin bir özetini içeren Genel Bakış / Overview ekranındaki rakamlar üzerinde bazı analizler yapacağız. Gördüğünüz gibi terimlere hakim olabilmeniz için hem İngilizce hem de Türkçe ekranlar örnek olarak verilmiştir. Tek sayfalık bu doküman sayesinde Google Analytics’i çok daha iyi kullanın.

Verilen ilk örnek Türkiye’de B2B hizmet veren bir şirket sitesinin, ikinci örnek ise yine Türkiye’de farklı konu başlıklarında bilgiler veren bir portalın aylık ziyaretçi değerlerini içermektedir.
