I don't know what the rest of the country and world looks like these days but here at HQ, spring has sprung. The plum tree out in the yard has already bloomed as is busy making purple nuggets of juicy deliciousness, my tomatoes are starting to explode with growth and my lawn keeps needing to be mowed. And, oh yeah, our allergies have required consistent meds to keep them at bay.

So this all got me to thinking about a new Cheddar X. And here we go.

Meme of Four Six

So I guess there's this groovy new meme roaming the intarnets called the Meme of Four. But its not '04 anymore, its '06 (I'm pronouncing it "aught six" until I'm told I can't anymore). So the Meme of Four gets a Cheddar X-ing and becomes the Meme of Six. It makes more sense this way but I don't ever expect the world to make sense. Its been a while, kids, but its time for the to shake its cobwebs off and ride again!

Nothing But Static on Channel X

Tawdry, trite and trivial is a good way to sum up this week/month's . We at the Cheddar X underground bunker have been having a ball with Tivo'ing stupid moments, rewinding them to watch them again and again and again. Like Jay Payton's great catch before he slammed into the wall last week at the A's game in the Coliseum. Or watching Ken Shamrock (one of the Ultimate Fighters) come off the fence in the Octogan to bring his knee into his opponent's chin and end the fight in one single quick movement (I loved watching Shaq react to the hit!).

This X is all about the idiot box.
