We at Cheeni Labs had to face the same problems multiple times over. You see our family and friends all were getting ridiculous mobile bills. They had heard about amazing tariffs, but made US pick the best plan for them .. After some effort we decided that it would take a PhD to decipher some of these plans and understand the fine print …

We thought, you know what would be cool, a tool which allows you to find the best plan … instantly. Determined to make such a tool we set out on our quest.

As it turns out launching such a tool is easier said than done. We underestimated the complexity of the Indian mobile Industry … Undaunted we went on and on … and in the process missed some launch targets …

He has worked at Apple and Amazon. He studied at the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign where he got a masters in computer science. Before that he got an engineering degree in computer science from SVCE

Ankit Chhajer

Ankit Chhajer, a technologist and an aspiring business person, returned to India to pursue his entrepreneurial dreams. He founded Cheeni Labs to make cool products that actually simplify people’s complex lives.

He worked with UBS Investment Bank for 4 years after his Masters in Computer Science from State University of New York, Buffalo. Prior to that he got his Bachelors in Technology from Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering. He enjoys cool technology products especially those that simplifies his day-to-day processes.
