Standing Tuck

Collegiate Appearance (Athletic)

Both tryouts (Spring & Fall) are based on Skills Evaluations

Jumps

If you think you have what it takes, check out the necessary forms and get 'em filled out.

Good Luck!

Tryout Information and Forms
You will also need to complete the on-line insurance information and the tryout registration.

New Coach: Kansas State Cheerleading

Dani Ruoff, three-year coach of the Montana State-Billings University Cheerleaders and graduate of that university, has decided to move to the next phase of her collegiate coaching career and takeover the head cheerleading coach position at Kansas State University.

Ruoff, a 20-year veteran of cheerleading, has already made great contributions to the sport by starting the Montana Cheer and Dance Coaches Association.

It is assumed that Ruoff will be replacing current head coach, Al Enlow, but it is not apparent on their website how the two will be related. (http://www.kstatespirit.com/coaches.asp).

University of Georgia Cheerleaders on TV

Hey guys, just wanted to let you know that the Travel Channel will be airing a segment tonight on their show, Lawrence of America, that will feature the University of Georgia cheerleaders. Here's a quick excerpt about the show from the Travel Channel website:

"American college life is based on ancient Greek and Roman traditions, according to English reporter Lawrence Beldon-Smythe. He's in Georgia to prove this by visiting a sorority house, going to a college football game, and learning how to be a cheerleader."

After the show, Lawrence will be answering questions about the episode on his blog, http://lawrence-blog.travelchannel.com/.

Uploading Cheerleading Pictures

Uploading your pictures to CheerInCollege.com can be tricky at first. In order to get your pictures onto CheerInCollege.com, you'll need to create a Flickr account and then sync your photos with CheerInCollege.com.

The cool thing about having Flickr is that you can upload as many pictures as you want, and organize them any way you want. When you're linking up your Flickr and CIC accounts, you have the option to choose a PhotoSet to house your cheer pictures. The reason for this is that if you already have a Flickr account and want to use it for other pictures than just cheerleading pictures, you'll be able to easily share the pictures with CheerInCollege.com that you want, and keep the rest of them private.

While getting the two accounts linked up can be challenging at first, in the long run, we think you'll have a much better experience on CheerInCollege.com
