2008 Fall Cheerleading Tryouts

August 22-24, 2008

PLEASE COMPLETE THE TRYOUT APPLICATION AND RETURN BY AUGUST 18, 2008

FORMS FROM SPRING TRYOUTS WILL BE ALLOWED FOR FALL TRYOUTS. IF YOU HAVE ANY NEW CONDITIONS, PLEASE BRING A NOTE FROM A DOCTOR.

TRYOUT SCHEDULE

Friday, August 22
4:30-9:00 PM

Saturday, August 23
9:00 AM-12:00 PM

Sunday, August 24
2:00-5:00 PM

Please bring the following with you to tryouts:

A copy of acceptance letter to USC
The completed insurance form
The signed waiver
The completed physical form
